Best Light Bulb Replacement in San Diego CA

I requested a quote to install the Ring Bell Pro.  George contacted me right away, requesting additional information.  I sent him a picture of my current doorbell and location and he was able to quote a price.  I had to wait another week or two before install as I had to order the item.  I made an appointment and Julian came to my place for the install.  Julian also called 30 minutes before his arrival which was great.  It took about an hour to install and he checked everything to make sure it was working correctly.  Thanks to George and Julian.  They were AWESOME and I would highly recommend their services.

These guys are great!!!! I had a fuse blown that I couldn't reset. OTHER electricians wanted to charge me $50 just to look at it. Lee told me how to fix it over the phone! We're planning to do some rewiring in the future and I will make sure to use Electric Lee

Very satisfied with Frank's work. Fast response to my original call and was able to come by on the same day and do the repairs. Disaster averted and now I can sleep knowing my house won't burn down around me. Will definitely be recommending him to friends and family. Clean, neat, personable and professional. I am very happy with both the electrical and plumbing services I have received so far from Point Loma, specifically from Jimmy Fogg. He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and really worked with me on prioritizing what needed to be done to fix our electrical issues in our old house. The plumber who we have worked with were also great and were able to identify issues on the horizon as well as fixing what we needed. We were planning on installing a new sink ourselves and the plumber identified a couple of issues to take care of first that would have become a real problem for us once we started! The plumbers were also honest and willing to explain what repairs we could do ourselves in order to stay on budget. Highly appreciated. Point Loma is very communicative and and their personnel is very pleasent to engage with. As others have noted, they are not always the cheapest compared to other bids but if you use them, you WILL get the work done right and with a guarantee. Thank you Point Loma Electric and Plumbing!

James was awesome to work with. We moved into a new house and needed recess lighting and a bathroom remodel and he was a total pro. Finished all the work in a timely fashion. The bathroom ended up being a bit of a disaster as it needed paint too, and they circled back and finished vanity lighting after the paint job very quickly. He even face-timed me off hours to help with some wiring issue I had!

Will definitely use him again in the future.

(Just as an aside - some of the other electricians I contacted through yelp did not respond to me, and some talked to me once and never called back. Seems like business is too good they don't need my money!)

Roddy put in a 240 outlet for me and redid the subpanel. He got the work done quickly and took pride in the quality of work.

Called Luis short notice he came a few days later and installed a ceiling fan and new bathroom light fixture. He showed up on time and was very professional and practiced social distancing, wore a mask and kept a clean work area.

Made an appointment and Ed came out at the appointed time. Ed found the problem after a bit of troubleshooting and replaced the circuit breaker. Ed was very professional, knowledgeable and gave step-by-step on what he was doing. I'd call Ochoa Electrical whenever we need electrical walk done. Thank you Ochoa and abig thank you to Ed.

BOTTOM LINE: IN MY OPINION, IF PRICE IS A CONSIDERATION ... GO SOMPLACE ELSE.

My original review was done before money entered the conversation. I felt obliged to update based on the  following:

Website claims free estimates. I guess the free part only starts after a $50 SERVICE CHARGE plus a  $75 TROUBLESHOOTING charge.  Charges apply to each visit.

According to CLD, a 2-phase, 100 Amp main panel circuit breaker costs around $500 + tax. I found one on Home Depot site for $66.

I had the tech unplug a circuit breaker from one line and plug it into the other. Touch time was 2 minutes (to be very generous). Charge was $189!!  I questioned the charge and was told that CLD had overhead' to cover.

I suggested cleaning corrosion off the main panel contacts and was told it could not be done. Only solution to my problem was to replace the entire panel at a price ranging from $6k to $8k.  
I later found an electrician who would clean the panel contacts for $250 and, if necessary, replace the panel for $4200.

BUYER BEWARE; GET SECOND ESTIMATE

I called in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. After a minimum of time he found the problem and solved it right away. I would use this company again and will spread the word among my community.

My standards are set pretty high when it comes to the safety of my family. Getting my electrical mess of prior homeowner repairs was no easy task but Richard Olinger Electric blew me away!  The professionalism and knowledge of this company can not be matched. Every job done was over the top clean, neat and organized. Their honesty and workmanship far exceeded my expectations and the fact that it's a veteran owned business is outstanding.

If there was a six star rating, Carlos would receive it.  Carols and his crew (Mike and Luis) spent two days with us completely retexturing our ceilings, installing light fixtures and a bathroom exhaust fan. We also had repair work completed on some walls.  Everything was done with delicate orange peel texture that turned out just beautiful. It looks like we have a brand new home. It is no wonder that they are backed up six weeks at a time with work...you couldn't hire a better crew. Danelle was quick to respond to our request for a quote and kept us updated until the day the work was completed.  Everything that others have stated on Yelp is completely accurate.  They are the best of the best and we would hire them again in a heartbeat. We love our ceilings! I wish they installed interior doors!

The whole team at Zapp Electric is amazing. Jonathan came to do the quote and the quote was very comparable to other ones I got. However, Zapp electric came recommended by a friend so I figured I'll just go with them. I am SO happy I did. I didn't have any other space in my panel for an EV charger, but Jonathan knew exactly what needed to be done to make it work. Also, when installing my charger, he measured and balanced the position of the charger to make sure it'll look good. AND to top it off, he left the work space cleaner than it was when he arrived :) His detailed work, friendliness, and good quote earned a 5+ Star from me! Highly recommended :)

Andrei came today to fix my doorbell and help install my new ring.  He was so polite and patient and also helped me order additional accessories on Amazon.  I definitely will use the company again and request Andrei!

Again Oscar is awesome, busy but awesome. I guess that is why he is busy!  We had a issue with a component he had installed sometime ago, he came out as soon as he could, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part to fix and rescheduled me to come and install the fix. Oscar stands behind his work, wish more people would.

Next Level was on time, efficient, courteous and professional.  Work was completed as quoted and the installation team placed booties on while in the house and vacuumed areas when done to ensure to capture any debris. We would use Next Level again and would recommend to friends.

I am over-the-top pleased with the work Pete and his team at Armes electric did on my house.  I had a large amount of various jobs I needed them to tackle for me, and they did so with flying colors!  A number of these jobs were quite challenging and required tenacity, ambition and good problem-solving skills, which Pete and his guys most definitely have.  Pete, the owner, is an enthusiastic, quality guy who genuinely wants to please his customers.  He is honest, reliable, detail-oriented and thorough, and will not consider the job complete until his customer is happy.  Every man on his team has a great attitude and is hard-working, and they all seem to enjoy each other's company and work well together.  I enjoyed having them all coming to work on my home (which lasted about 1.5 weeks) - how often can one say that about contractors?!  Pete frequently visited the job site to see how the jobs were progressing and to ensure everything was being done correctly and according to my wishes.  Pete and his team installed a lamp post, which Pete took painstaking efforts to make sure was completely level, and installed light fixtures on top of brick pilasters all around my yard, which included some difficult underground investigative work.  They installed outdoor outlets, garage outlets, a light switch and outdoor light, and added a florescent wrap light to my garage.  They also connected all garage lights to one light switch, making lighting up my garage much easier and more convenient.  Pete also pointed out that my garage door had not been wired correctly by the previous homeowner, and brought the wiring up to code.  I couldn't be happier with my experience with Armes Electric.  I have already referred them to quite a few neighbors and friends, giving them the rave reviews they profoundly deserve.  I will be sure to give Pete a call if/when I am in need of more electric work!

They showed up on time, knew what they were doing, and got the job done. Their quote was accurate, and Karina the office manager was helpful, informative, and professional.

Just an update. Damon just rewired my very old kitchen, and found lots of unexpected potential disasters. Very good job at tracking and remedy, so adding to my previous post, once again very happy and pricing very reasonable.
