Alejandro just replaced my light switch with a Lutron smart switch and he fixed my closet shelf that was about to fall off. What a great experience! So friendly, reliable and communication was top notch! He even took the time to discuss other items I'd like to work on around the house and even provided me some DIY tips as he worked. Of all the myriad of places I reached out to, Point Loma Electric was the quickest to get back to me. That means a lot to someone like me who is always on the go. It seems they really wanted my business and it stuck in my head even when I called them back two months later! Speaking with the customer service representatives was great. Brandy and Mary were really great to work with. They were very responsive and informed me with reminders and updates as they were made available.
 Greg came out to fix a ceiling flush mount light that wasn't working. After assessing the problem it took him about an hour to fix. He was a little late due to a previous job and acknowledged and apologized. Love that. It means a lot to recognize that other people's time is valued. Nevertheless Greg was the consummate professional. He even gave me a credit for the full cost of the job, about 300 dollars so that if I decided to go a different way with the light in the future I wouldn't be double charged for the work. Incredible. He was also very engaging with conversation and we talked about the NBA playoffs while he worked.
 All this coupled with the fact that Point Loma Electric retains a BBB rating of A+ and has numerous other reviews on other platforms really makes me feel good that I went with them. What a great experience. Can't wait to have them back for other projects in the future!
