We're very happy with the work the Tapias did for us! They were punctual, reasonably priced, and walked us through each step of the work. It's great to see work done with care. They went out of their way to make sure it wasn't just done, but done RIGHT! Great guys. I highly recommend!

I sought out several Electrician estimates for some fixture installs, outlet replacements, and a range hood install.  Of course the prices and ability to do the work was all over the place.  During the estimate and clarification process, William always responded quickly and was thorough in his explanation.

While he was not the cheapest or most expensive for this job, I appreciated his timely responses.

His team showed up on time, and covered all the impacted areas.  They left the property like they found it, as though they were not there, and everything was done in a very timely manner.

There were a couple of issues, one was my own, but they quickly responded and resolved them.

This place is awesome for your electrical needs. I was referred by my daughter who said they were up there in terms of effectiveness. Well she was right. They were responsive, prompt and did the job. BTW the price was right!!

We needed our dated 2-prong outlets replaced, and needed our living room wired for light and a ceiling fan.  They were the first to respond, getting the info they needed and gave us a quote right away.  Electricians were super professional, definitely recommend to any who need electrical work done!

Sometimes you get lucky. There aren't huge numbers of reviews but I took a chance and called to compare his estimate for my described work and while the rates are comparable to other electricians, I liked Stuart's forthright answers. We calendared a time and date for an appointment. He asked for pictures of some fixtures and switches so good indicators too.  He was prompt, did great work and listened when we walked through the house. His questions helped me make good decisions when there were options.  His company is a hidden gem in Coronado where most of his work occurs but it is worth getting him to cross that bridge.

Ms sparky , aka Mary . Has helped me with 2 remodels and both times I was impressed with both her attention to detail and my needs on the job . They where always there when they said and always made sure I understud the scope of the work to be done . I highly recommend her and her company for any work you may need them to do.

Mr.Mejia did an excellent job on adding some plugs in my backyard. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs service for a fair and reasonable price. I will hold on to his number for any future issues or other problems that might arise.

I don't know why I haven't written a review for these guys sooner. Damon and his team are awesome! Not only are they actually enjoyable to be around (these guys are super down to earth), but they work fast, get the job done well, are up front with cost, are flexible and willing to work with your budget, and arrive when they say they are going to arrive. For electrical work, they are also really reasonably priced! I've had D M Electric work on my cafe 3 different times now, and will continue to work with them for all things electrical.

COMMERCIAL/RETAIL BUSINESS OWNERS- They also know what they are doing when it comes to SD Environmental Health Code. This saves so much time and hassle on your part.

Joel was awesome. He was quick to come out and troubleshoot our lighting. He was super honest and communicated very well throughout his visit.

After my failed attempt at installing a dimmer switch and a fan switch I called Thomas Electrical Contracting. Jeremy and Louie were punctual and professional. They were able to correctly install my switch and resolve my electrical problems in one hour. I definitely will be using this company in the future.

We had an issue with an outdoor outlet that needed the ground wire properly connected.  Live Wire came out right on time, and got the issue fixed so we will have safe use of the outlet for what we need.  He also fixed another minor issue we asked for.  We will definitely use this company again in the future.

Kens crew came over and installed some recessed lites with dimmer switches and we are very happy with the job they did....

There was some drywall ceiling patching and you can't even tell so if you're looking for some guys to do some electrical call them you'll be happy you did....

Jayson and Shoreline Electric have done numerous jobs including major electrical work when we bought our house. They installed bathroom lights, can lights, ceiling fans new outlets, exterior lights, recessed lighting and more. They were clean, professional and a joy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good electrician.

I had an appointment with an electrician made through American Homeshield (which is also a scam so don't ever purchase their plan), and he just didn't show up for the first appointment.  This is annoying because I took time off of work to stay home to meet the electrician.  Ernesto came the second time.  Although he was polite, he never followed up after that first visit.  I called continuously and even went so far as to message the business through Yelp.  Crickets.  When we finally did get someone on the phone, they stated that American Homeshield wouldn't cover the issues, so I said that's fine.  I'm happy to pay out of pocket.  They said they sent it to me via email (which I never received it), so we requested that they mail it to me.  I never got that either.  So after numerous attempts at trying to reach them, I give up on getting my $75 service fee back.  When I say I tried to contact them numerous times, I'm talking *lots* of calls.  This isn't one or two attempts then I gave up.  I have no idea how they stay in business treating their customers this way.
