I was referred to Goodman Electric by California Closets, who have used him for their closet lighting solutions for a decade or more. Finding a good contractor in San Diego is always hit or miss and he has come to work at my house 2 times now and I was impressed impressed with his work both times. He's punctual, communications with his office are good, he charges very reasonably and takes smaller jobs, and he is just a genuine, cool, trustworthy and professional man.  I'm in La Jolla but he takes work through most of San Diego. Highly recommended.

Mauricio is very professional, thorough, and friendly. I hired him last minute to install a new outlet. I was impressed by how fast he was to respond and quick to install. He walked me through what he was doing, which gave me a lot of reassurance and confidence in his work. His prices are also very affordable. I will be keeping his contact for any future needs.

We were extremely pleased with the service Daniel provided.  He changed all the compact florescent lights to sealed LED lights.  He showed up on time and was very neat.  He had his own vacuum to clean up the insulation.  I would highly recommend him and we will definitely use him again in the future.

I'm a licensed Architect and General Contractor and our team hired Philip to do both the rough and finish electrical for a modern 1,100sf companion unit in Hillcrest.  

Philip and the rest of his close team (his son and his nephew) delivered high quality craftsmanship within a challenging shell (concrete block, cast-in-place concrete walls, minimalist aesthetic), provided thorough explanations of his recommendations to exceed trade standards, was promptly responsive in his communications, and was just an overall nice guy to work with.    

I plan on hiring his company for my own house, which I hope to break ground in February, and will continue to recommend him highly to the people I care about and to Contractor colleagues looking for reliable, trustworthy, fair, and accountable subcontractors.  

The picture I'm attaching shows a good sampling of the finished product.  As with any final building product, a bunch of work goes into planning and the concealed components that make a certain result come out looking clean and effortless.  I credit the end product to the great collaborative effort with Philip and his family.

Fantastic experience with Next Level Lighting.  Had 9 recessed lights installed; everyone was professional.  Everything was covered in plastic, did a great job cleaning up afterwards.  Price was fantastic, especially for what you get and the service by which it is delivered.  Super responsive, came when they said they would, and the job was complete in about 3.5 hours.  Would highly recommend.

AWESOME....hands down SoCal Home Theatre crushed the installation of my 55 inch Samsung TV. My wife and I just bought a new house and wanted to ditch the tv stand and cords for a sleek look that saved space. These guys show up on time and walk you through the whole process. They kept the floors clean with a blanket and vacuumed and wiped the TV down before they left. They even mounted the router and modem behind the TV (I asked for this) at no additional cost. For less than $400 I could not ask for more. Great job. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Ethan did a great job!  He arrived early and was quick to replace a front porch light.  I would highly recommend Armes Electric and I hope to use them in the future.

I am very pleased with the service. Robert was here within half an hour of my call. He very quickly fixed the initial problem and happily looked at an additional little fix. He was happy to answer questions, was very conscientious and his rates were entirely reasonable. I will definitely call him again when need arises.

My Main circuit breaker broke on a Sunday afternoon. My husband was at work and I couldn't believe that out of all of our friends none of them are electricians! I called around for about an hour trying to find somebody who wouldn't charge me an arm and a leg to replace the $20 part. My husband was at work and I knew my chances of getting ripped off were pretty high. My husband called me and told me he found a guy that wants me to call him because he could walk me through fixing it. I told my husband that I already knew how to flip a breaker switch. He said he already told that to the electrician and that he wanted me to call him anyway.
I reluctantly called the number my husband gave me and sure enough the gentleman on the other line walked me through fixing the problem myself at no charge! He knew my husband was not at home and could have easily made a quick $200! I am so grateful for this man's honesty and will definitely be calling Pacific Electric for all of my electrical needs!

I have used Chad from Arendt Electric for many of my home projects, he is clean, professional, and a wonderful electrician to work with.  Highly recommended.

We were installing a new washer/dryer and I called around to have a new drip pan cut/installed and Farhad was willing to take a look. He came over and fixed the issue in less than an hour and was very professional and willing to come back if any issues came up. We just moved to Carlsbad and are glad we found a handyman nearby. Great work!

I cannot say enough good things about SMS electric.  We recently purchased a house in IB, the home inspector said that the wiring in the house needed some work.  We wanted to get a professional electrician to take a look and called Scott at SMS electric.  Scott not only saved us money by confirming we did not need work on the house that was recommended, but he also did not charge us for the inspection.  We have also used Scott to do several upgrades to our house as he has earned our complete trust.  I highly recommend SMS electric to anyone who needs superior electrical service.

Eric, Janie and Huang installed recessed lights in three of our bedrooms and did a wonderful job.  They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.  They laid tarp and vacuumed up all the dust before leaving.  We are loving the brightness of our rooms and would not hesitate to hire JaCo again for future electrical needs.
