Electricity in my kitchen went out suddenly in Saturday night.  Never having a need previously for an electrician, we searched the internet for local electricians and left messages with several.  Mike Bartel responded promptly on Sunday morning.  Mike arrived on time as promised, quickly assessed the situation, and discovered the problem.  Previous work completed by a non certified electrician was corrected, which included several trips in the attic.  Upon my request, Mike also changed several  outlets to GFCI Safety outlets.  He also discovered and replaced a circuit breaker that was not working.  I now feel much safer about the electrical situation after having Mike inspect my house.   Mike was here for 2 hours .  I felt for the work he did and the effort he gave, his bill was far too conservative, so I tipped him 25%.  I like people who are responsive, arrive as promised, know their trade, and are professional.  Mike Bartel is all that and more, and will have all my future business.

Incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable. This was the first electrician we had out for some odd-ball problems and he was able to explain the issues and troubleshooting steps in a very clear way without being condescending. Made sure to listen to understand what our goals were and made sure the job went well. 100% appreciated the work and the price beat the other quotes we could find in the area. I will definitely call back when the next issue pops up around the house down the line.

I have had Dave out on several occasions.  He shows up on time and ready to work.  His prices are reasonable, he is neat and does a professional job.  In October our little dog was attacked in the back yard by a coyote.  I called Dave and he came out and installed outside motion light detectors so I could see movement in the yard.   Before he left he made sure that the lights were set properly and said he would come back and adjust them for me if something changed.  I have recommended him to all my family and friends.

Great guy. Very friendly. He even came and hooked me up on his day off. Fair price and he was in and out quick. He made sure everything worked before he left and answered all questions I had. He will be my go to electrician moving forward.

First time user of OC Pro Electric. Spoke with Jim and received a quote on recessed lighting installation for our home. Made an appointment and OC PRO Mark arrived early for the project which was a positive start considering the task was estimated to take 3+ hrs and required the tech to be in and out of the attic. This company responded to my call quickly. They came out the same day to do a free estimate and came to do the work the next day. I had an outdoor light fixture changed and a new motion sensor security light put on the side of my house. Todd and his partner showed up on time and worked quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them.

We recently bought a new electric car and we're looking to have a home charger installed. After getting a few quotes, we settled on Anchor electric because of their positive reviews and timely responses. David showed up on time, followed COVID protocols and worked quickly and efficiently to install our charger. Prices were more than fair and the work seems top quality! We would absolutely use them again!

I found Josh and yelp and he got back to me right away, was friendly and knowledgeable. He moved his schedule around to make sure he was in the area while I coordinated with getting him access to the residence. From the time I called until the time Josh was on site was only about an hour, he was extremely efficient and able to diagnose the problem right away. I've used Faraday Electric twice now to install a 240v outlet in my garage for my EV.  The quoting system is extremely easy and just requires a few pictures from the requester.  I mainly communicated with Rudy who was able install our EV outlet in our original house while we weren't home which was awesome.  The 2nd time I reached out, he was able to get the San Diego team to swing on up to Temecula to install another 240v outlet in our new home.  Best part was, both quotes were exactly the same.  I expected a mark up for being out of the way but nope, no change. The 2nd time did take a little longer to get a team out to the house but that's mostly due to COVID19 (luckily we have a super charger near our home that got us through the 2 weeks of not having a home charger).  

I highly recommend Faraday Electric for EV installation.  Their quotes are very thorough and customer service is top notch.  Thank you Rudy and team for getting us up and running.

This guy flaked on me TWICE. After the first call, I called him to see what'd happened, trying to give him the benefit of the doubt and he literally told me that he would come out unless a more important issue came up. Foolishly, I didn't end the call right there, but instead decided to give him a second chance. And again this morning - no show, and didn't return my voicemail.

I'm sure electricians in SD have a lot of work, but it's just arrogant, unprofessional and plain douchebaggy to agree to come out, and then completely flake. I don't know what this guy's problem is, but I had to write a review to warn others so that they don't waste their time.
