Best Electrical Services in Phoenix AZ

We just used Simple Electric for a problem with the electricity along one wall of our bedroom where we lost power.  They were very easy to schedule with (and I did a reschedule as well - and they were flexible).  They showed up in the timeslot they promised and explained on the phone that there would be a $49 service fee for coming to the house.  It turned out to be a very simple issue with a wire in a light socket, and took the gentleman less than 15minutes to identify and fix.  So from a service perspective - they were top notch.  Then came the cost...  and that's where they lost my 5-star rating.  It was $144.  This seems...  unreasonable.  The electrician did tell my husband the ballpark cost when he found the problem, but at that point - we needed the fix done and he was at the house (and we were $50 in for the call out).  I feel like they had us stuck because he was already there and we were already paying $50 for him to show up... so another $100 for less than 15min of work is just absolutely ridiculous.  Including drive time from their office down the road - it wasn't even 30 minutes of time invested.  I absolutely believe in paying for good service (and there's was good) - but this felt like we were taken for a ride on the cost.

UPDATE:  So, no less than 10 minutes after I posted my above review, Katie called and left me a message from Simple Electric... She asked that I call back so that she could talk to me about my service and offer me a partial refund based on what I felt a fair price is for the work they completed.  Impressive.  Often, customer service isn't just about getting it right the first time - but a strong recovery when it isn't perfect for the customer.  Not only are they clearly customer-centric in their servicing ethos, but they were extremely responsive!   Updated my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars...  and I will call Katie back later today.  Nicely done Simple Electric...

Bob and Conrad took down and put up a chandelier.  The job was very challenging because of the height of our ceiling and the weight of the old fixture.  They were very polite and did an excellent job.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

On time. Professional and did a great job!  Cleaned up afterwards too!  Wasn't a huge project I had, but I'll certainly call them again!

We are using them again. The first time Daryl was referred to us by Renco roofing (Now those guys are good) and he did perfect work. We needed a 220 line run from the utility room to the kitchen. He had to cut lots of dry wall holes and run new wire. He cleaned up and it all worked perfectly. In addition he is courteous and you can trust him.

Today we need the 220 outlet changed to a 110 because  the Advantium oven is shot and can't be repaired. We are changing to a microwave and it does not need 220.

The home warrantee people suggested an electrician who did not show up, forgot the appointment and then forgot who I we were when we called to ask why he had not shown up for two weeks. We called Daryl!

Daryl was here the next day (today) and he is installing the new 110 outlets and I have him putting in a switch and an outlet on my barn.

Let me comment on trust. We have had two neighbors broken into and the bad guys were contractors they had used to do repairs. Going cheap in not always a good idea and you need to know who you are letting into your home. You can leave your home and know that you can trust Daryl and that may be his greatest asset. He is a really good electrician but there are lots of those. With Daryl you get  quality electrical work and a guy you can trust. That is a big deal.

I just want to rave about Gabe Razo of One Shot Installation, who just left our home after 12 straight hours of challenging plumbing work. He was kind, courteous, professional, and did excellent work. He ensured all our plumbing would be working when we have out of town guests tomorrow night. He also mentioned he does (and prefers!) electrical, washer/dryer, and DSL/phone/cable work. Despite coming across a bunch of unexpected issues, his pricing was still incredibly reasonable. We couldn't have asked for a better technician. If you have any upcoming repairs, consider hiring Gabe!

Had a 5pm appointment today and Ryan never showed up.  I even called and texted him.  An hour after appointment time I received a call saying he had a scheduling error and offered to come over on my voicemail.   I already got someone else. Offered me a discount to give them a chance to makeup for it. updated my rating.

These guys are beyond good!  We had a huge, horribly prickly very, very, very heavy metal chandelier that we needed help with , and they came thru. They came out to give us an estimate, then showed up to install a few days later. They couldn't because of a defect on the light. They arrived the next day (after not charging us for something that was our fault) and gave it a go. Three guys were shaking after the first attempt. Yep, that darn heavy, but they gave it another go. I would have just given up right then, but the third time was a charm, and they stuck around even though everyone was wiped out to try. Unbelievable. And they stuck to the original charge even though it was 10 times as much work as they figured. I wish I could say my faith in contractors was restored, but nope. I just know that if they did other things beyond electric, I would hire them in a flash. Personable, funny, good-natured even under adverse conditions, and fair, what more can you ask for? HIRE THEM NOW!

We were blown away by the quality and timeliness of the work. Not only did he do an AMAZING job, he was significantly less than the other quotes we were given. If you need electrical work done, you should definitely given him a call. He is very responsive and will have you fixed up quickly. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. 10/10 would recommend.

Very satisfied with Arc Electrical and would highly recommend this business if you need electrical work done. Alex responded right away, set clear and reasonable expectations, and was on time and professional. He completed the work fast and I was very happy with the outcome. So much so that I will be using his company again to hard wire and install some exterior lighting.

Guy came out to do an estimate, provided a more efficient and much cheaper solution than a big electrical company. Service guys came out and determined that there was no electrical problem and the pool pump was broken. Just paid service call. Quick, professional.

Kevin arrived on time and as scheduled.  He made quick work of installing a new ceiling fan, light switch and light assembly.  He cleaned up afterwards.  Very good work and reasonable.

Was at the site within 1 hour of initial call. Diagnosed and fixed my electrical issue in a matter of minutes. Definitely will be using again! A+

I hired Zimmerman Electric to install interior ceiling lights, garage outlets and repair my outdoor landscaping lights.  Everything went as scheduled.
However, the outdoor lights were not working properly.  The owner sent back is an electrician to troubleshoot the outdoor light problems, but no fix was found to work.  I was able to get Mark the owner to come out and after two separate trips, he found the solution.  The outdoor lights work incredible.  Not many businesses will be that persistent.  Thanks, Mark, and crew.  Definitely, recommend this business

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.

Give me a good quote and great response time. I have an older electric box and they figured out how to still use it for an EV charger. I ordered a 240 hard wire electric charger by accident instead of a plug-in one and they came back and converted it free of charge.

Alex is a very detailed electrician. He understands the complexity of certain projects with ease. We used him to rewire our entire house. His work was fast, complete and reasonably priced.

He was amazing!  Very thorough and completed the job quickly!  I will be having him back soon to do more work for me.  Highly recommend for your electrical needs!
