GEM apts.  On March 27 Steven Tech came out looked over shot pictures and they said I would have a estimate in 2 days. Called Simple Electric 4 times since  2 times they closed early 1 only emergency and 1 will have estimate next day that was monday April 6th today April 10 still haven't got the estimate. Took 5 days to get an estimate.We own and manage multiple properties and the lady on the phone had nothing but excuses. When the bud finally showed up it was 30% higher than the company that did the job.

Reached out on behalf of my parents who were struggling with a garbage disposal. Super responsive, reasonable quote, and available same day. He worked out the details with my parents so I can't speak to that, but they said they're happy and I'm happy they're not messing with it anymore! Even followed up with me after to let me know it was taken care of. Recommended for sure!

JR from Affordable Electric Service provided excellent service from my initial phone call to the completion of my request installation of 3 dedicated 20A circuits. This is a New home purchase December 19, 2022. The master bedroom, and living room, were on one circuit breaker. When I used my floor heater would trip  the circuit breaker. JR from Affordable, Electric Service, installed (3) 20A to solve my problem. I now have peace of mind when turning on my floor heater. JR converted an already existing plate to have 20A and 15A plug.

Alex was quick to respond to my quote request. I asked him to install a NEMA 6-50 for a new Tesla and he wisely advised I have a 14-50 installed for added safety. He gave me a fixed price for a level 2 outlet for my 2022 Tesla model 3. He was willing to assess my utility box by photo and answered a ton of questions for me. I Submitted the request for a quote on Sunday and the outlet was installed the very next morning 7am sharp.

My 5 year old came out to say hello and see what he was doing and he took the time to say hello.

Alex showed up and gave us an estimate to have a ceiling fan installed, seemed knowledgeable. We booked a date/time to have it installed. The day of the scheduled installation, he texted and said he couldn't make it and would need to reschedule. I understand that part, the part I don't understand is him not returning my text or phone call to reschedule. There are a few more reviews with similar situations. It truly is a natural wonder as to how some peoples brains function. After going through the whole estimate process and talking about even more potential jobs I might hire him for, he ignored my phone call! How does one just throw away potential profit so easily? Not return a simple text?

Rob called within a few minutes to my inquiry on needing assistance evaluating the voltage at a sub-panel and either correcting it or install a new 240v line in order to connect a mini-split AC unit I was having installed. He was able to fit me in to his schedule on short notice to take a look at the panel and provided information about what had previously been done incorrectly as well as what needed to be done to support the AC system. He was then able to come back a day and a half later to complete the fix. Glad to know that the wiring is safe now and able to support our needs. Rob kept in connect through text and phone throughout the project and provided up front pricing at each stage of the project before moving forward. Would recommend Rob for your electrical needs.

Mike is the man! I dont write very many, if any, reviews but feel this one is definitely warranted. My wife and I were looking for a handyman to help us install some ceiling fans, light fixtures, and help with some other small things around our new house. We reached out to numerous companies and pretty much all of them couldnt come out for a couple weeks or were charging ridiculous prices. I sent an email to Mike and based on prior experiences with handymen, was expecting a response the next day or 2. Mike got back to me in 10 minutes and told me he could come by my place in 30 min. Not only did he charge a very fair and reasonable price, he did an amazing job. We had a weird wiring issue for one of our ceiling fans which the previous handyman we got had no clue how to resolve (we paid that guy double what mike charged for basically doing nothing). Mike got that fan up and running and it works great now. Ive already recommended him to my family members who need help around the house and if i need any further help around the house, i will definitely be calling him back.

Phil was great. We were having one ceiling fan moved from living room to bedroom and installing a new large fan in the living room and installing 2 smoke detectors. Phil took care of everything including running to Home Depot for a part and more wiring.  I basically slept through the whole thing while my husband took care of anything.
