After calling an electrician who never bothered to return our phone calls, I reached out to my contractor for a recommendation. He passed on the number for Alex and Alex, who promptly responded and scheduled a time to come out to our house within 48 hours. The job ended up being more in-depth than we expected, but they took their time and spent the entire afternoon making sure it was done correctly. We now have all of the issues fixed, and the price was surprisingly reasonable considering the amount of time it took. Will definitely call them again for future projects!

We used optimum electric to install recessed lighting during our home renovation. Sean came to the house for a free consultation and gave me a few options, which was nice to have! They're a family run business, everyone who worked the job was very nice.  Prices were reasonable and work was great! Highly recommend.

We all know how hard it is to find good technicians and electricians. These guys (especially Val) are an absolute gem. Timely, honest, and highly skilled experts. I used them to install a chandelier, repair a light switch, and repair recessed lighting. Their estimates are extremely competitive, if not lower than most, and yet they do not compromise on service whatsoever. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Val insisted on disposing the large cardboard box that my chandelier came in and cleaning the styrofoam off the floor. When one of the bulbs that came with the chandelier wasn't working (thanks, RH Modern), Val kindly offered to come by the next day to bring me a replacement bulb. You don't expect this level of Rolls-Royce service from electricians, but these guys deliver. I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend them and will call on them for all my electrical needs.

Tedi and Dany were the upmost professional electricians that we've ever experienced. We could not be any happier with their service. They are not only great at what they do, they made the entire experience smooth. They helped us install our Tesla charger at our home and walked us through the steps on what they were going to do so we would feel comfortable with the process. I would highly recommend using Tedi and Dany in a heartbeat. They are solid, down to earth guys that really want to help you get the job done right.

Used Madison Electric and team before and had another electrical issue - so decided to contact them. Was not able to reach anyone via phone / voicemail was never returned. I feel like they did a good job last time, so shot over a yelp request the next day. Nathan responded via yelp that he would call next day, but never did follow up. This was several weeks ago.

Not a major issue, folks get busy and I was able to find another electrician to come up who also had no visit / service fee. But it did feel like they responded to via yelp to hit site response metrics without a real intent to follow up.

Five stars because even though the first job wasn't properly sealed, when it failed, in the rain, they did come back promptly and fix it.

They left all their trash in my garden bed but I was thankful to have electric.

i had 3 lights that i wanted to change from fluorescents to LEDs, and the fixtures had to be rewired to bypass the ballasts, at 15' high. (too high for me!)   Jose and his helper did a great job, super quick, and replaced the switches/dimmers while he was there too, all at a very reasonable price.  happy happy.  highly recommended.  (and I'm a retired old fart electrical engineer, who's hired many people in construction down through the years, so, that into account.)

I hired Penna Electric to install a new sub panel box and 5 new circuits to our old house in Hermosa. We were constantly tripping breakers when more than one appliance was running at the same time. Penna Electric came out and listened to me explain the problem. I mean really listened. He was very patient and understanding as I am no electrician. I had a few outlets that needed to be upgraded. Oscar arrived within the stated timeframe. Although the original plan for the upgrades was not practical to be done due to the way the house is built and Oscar explained it well, the alternate plan worked very well. The work was done pretty quick and of high quality. I plan to have more work done in the future by them.
