I tried to install a new brace and box to support a fan.  During the process I messed up the wiring and killed power in the room and half my garage.  Vlad and one other guy came and had it fixed in an hour.  They brought some issues up to code from the legacy wiring job and did the job that I could not.  They were responsive via phone and text, arrived when they said they would, fixed my issue and cleaned up after themselves.  Pricing was reasonable. Neither high nor low based on others I talked to.  I believe it was reasonable and would use them again.

Service was superb. Very professional and on time. Art was very friendly and did a great job. Really happy with the work. I highly recommend this company for any electrical work you need done.

Scott recently installed a sub-panel and a new 240 volt, 40 amp outlet for my Tesla Model S charging needs. My home power setup was bit of a mess but he figured out a neat solution right away.

Alex and his crew were fantastic! They did a great job with a variety of repairs and installing new lights, which included assembling some pretty difficult fixtures. They were on time, patient/helpful with my questions and friendly. The prices were transparent, fair and they even recommended ways to save money. Manny is so awesome.  It is December 23, the Saturday before Christmas.  I started calling down the list in Yelp for help when the electricity in the condo was out.  Manny was the only one to answer and not only did he answer, but he was available to come the same day.  SO grateful!  You totally take electricity for granted until you don't have it and when you need it, it's a crapshoot when you can find someone to come out, much less an honest reliable person.  I am keeping Manny's number I. My phone!

I'm in West Hollywood so located the nearest electrician to put an outdoor outlet to my patio.  Steve responded very quickly, sent him some pics.  He quoted me a price and showed up as agreed and was extremely considerate and polite as he installed the outlet and then took time to review his work.  His actual work was less than the quote which was very nice. Good experience overall.

I called Mario Castillo Electric 2 days ago to add a circuit for my electric dryer. They gave me the lowest quote and scheduled me 2 days later. Sergio and another guy came on time day of, and worked flawlessly to fix the problem we were having. Our electric dryer now has heat! Thank you Sergio. I really recommend them! Everything was done to perfection.

Backstory: The previous owners of our house had a gas dryer and we initially called our handyman to switch the lines but he wasn't able to fix our problem as the dryer was still not heating up. To make things worse, he used a line that was very dangerous. I'm so glad we hired Mario Castillo to handle this and make sure our home is in good hands

Steve came the same day to fix an outlet with no power. He gave me a reasonable quote and fixed the problem within 1hr. I knew the price was reasonable because i got price quote from different electricians.  I would definitely call him again for electrical problems.

Mr. Wrate is just the best! Very fast response on Yelp, came with PPE, and got the job done quickly at a fair rate. He is knowledgeable and experienced, and he did an excellent job of quickly identifying a problem with the electrical for our rainbird irrigation system (that we were able to fix ourselves after purchasing a $10 part). He also repaired 2 outlets in our garage, one a 35 amp so that I could charge my electric vehicle at home. What I like the most about him is that throughout the job, he explains what he is doing and why it matters. Not only did he correct a dangerous ungrounded outlet; he helped me to understand *why* it was a fire hazard, and trained me on the signs to look out for if the EV charging equipment is malfunctioning or overheating in the future.

He readily offered up his own parts he had on hand and didn't charge for them, but we felt we should cover those costs so we gave a fat tip. Well worth every cent, and peace of mind that the grass won't die and the garage won't burn down!

I just had a great experience with Walteria Electric. Gary installed a new circuit for a car charger in my garage. He also helped me fill out paperwork and handle getting all the permits completed so I could get my SCE rebate. Gary was super honest telling me that he could get the permits for me or I could do it myself and save $200. I won't hesitate to call him back out for future work.

Francisco changed out all of our old flush mount fixtures with ballasts in our hallway and garage and installed new LEDs in our condominium complex today and we are all over the moon with how great of a job he did. He was very kind, personable, reliable and did the job in a timely manner. Also, the cost of replacing all of the lights was very reasonable and not expensive like most of the other quotes we got from other electricians. It took us about two months to find a company like American Electric Service, but it was well worth the wait to get the job done right. There are so kind and wonderful over the phone. The other competitors in the LA area were NOT - AT ALL and I called twelve different companies. We will work with American Electric Service for all of our electrician needs in the future. You guys get an A+++ from our HOA board. We're also looking forward to saving money on our electric bill! Thank you for everything! If you're reading this, I'll save you some time - look no further. I highly recommend you work with this company.

The price is on the higher side, but Steve was great to work with. Super cool guy and fixed our light switches in 10 minutes!

I was looking to hire an electrician for my electrical panel. He asked me for some pictures of my panel and pointed things out that were off. He agreed to come on Monday, but said he couldn't and that he would come on Tuesday. When I reached out to him on Tuesday, he read my message, but I never got a response nor did he show up. They really lack professionalism and customer service. Very dissatisfied and do not recommend.

We wanted to install an electrical car charger in our condo, but due to a small circuit breaker it became almost impossible and  the breaker could not be increased because of HOA guide lines and regulations.

I needed several Track Light systems and a Fluorescent bathroom fixture repaired.  Robert responded quickly to my request for a quote and the price was very reasonable.  Robert and his crew came to my Loft, diagnosed the problems and fixed everything in a couple of hours.  Easy to work with and they know what they're doing.  I will definitely call them again!

Lee was quick to respond, super easy to communicate with, showed up on time, fixed a nagging problem we had with some low-voltage landscape lighting and charged a very reasonable rate to do it. Not sure what else you'd want. Definitely recommend.
