We stumbled upon Alex when we had a bit of a DIY gone wrong. Alex responded so quickly and was able to make it to our house within the hour on a Saturday! He was so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and honest! He fixed our problem in no time. He walked us through every bit of the issue. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Optimum is the best. I called them out to look at some flickering lights. While Sean and David were investigating the flickering they discovered serious damage in our main panel as a the result of some previous incident. They were able to rebuild the entire panel the same day and at a very reasonable price considering the scope of work. Can't go wrong calling Optimum.

I had an emergency with my lights. Although it was a rainy day, Ron responded right away and came to my place in less than 1 hour. Very professional, organized. Reccomend!!!

I was quite pleased with the Zenith electric.  It was a huge job, so it took the entire day.  They are pleasant people to work with.  They clean up after their work and the chandelier that they installed with a lift works perfectly.

We used Madison electric to move a few outlets, install ceiling fans, and change over to LED cans. They were very responsive and were able to meet our schedule. While the work was completed timely, they left a huge mess both inside of and outside of our new condo. Garbage was left everywhere including coffee cups, boxes, and broken or used materials. In addition, there was footprints and dust everywhere and a trail down the exterior common hallway of our building - which we've had neighbors complain about. Moreover, some of the work was not done to even to the owner's satisfaction. Certain outlets were left without proper face plates and covering, and some of the LED cans were not installed flush with the wall. The owner mentioned it was a difficult install and should've been more expensive than quoted, but it seemed like an excuse to us. While the owner did offer to have folks come and clean afterwards, it was too little too late. All this being said, definitely use caution when hiring Madison electric and be prepared to clean and have a lot of trash.

I used MH electric for services including install of a charging station, juice box, 60 amp circuit and 6 gauge wire running about shy of 50 ft. As well as other things. I know that the owner works with smaller scale jobs to much larger scale jobs, essentially everything electrical.

First of all, the owner is extremely knowledgeable, and cares about his craft and displays excellent worksmanship.

He is extremely patient. He is open to going through the details and helpful with recommendations.

Also, I called about four other companies to get quotes, MH was the most reasonable, straightforward and forthcoming about price and details. They stuck to the price that they gave me, and the owner went above and beyond to make me happy.

They arrived timely, they were completed fairly swiftly.

Anytime I had questions he showed courtesy and answered them all. He pulled a permit, and gave me everything I needed.

It's wonderful to know that I have a top-notch electrician on my side that I can call on.

I cannot say enough good things about MH!! I will definitely be using them for other projects and future needs!

Needed some help installing several light fixtures and addressing a mega old fuse box. AP Electrics was responsible, reliable, knowledgeable, and super easy to talk to! Got the jobs done and with wonderful energy's done enthusiasm, to boot! Can't go wrong with them.

Our technician Kevin, came over to repair in op light switch.  He was very professional, knowledgeable and honest.

He explained to us how to wires connected in the Electrical outlet, was quite dangerous and should have never been crossed.

He was able to repair the switch and now I'm able to turn off my bedroom light.  I'm glad I had a professional electrician do this job.

I would highly recommend this company or hire them again.

Ask for Alex and Aldo - these two were top notch. They had to troubleshoot an issue that the previous electrician thought would involve holes in the wall and re-wiring. Instead, they took their time to figure the issue out and realized it was instead a burnt wire at an another outlet on another wall that was causing the issue. They did a great job and saved my wall from some expensive holes

My wife and I really want to give West LA Electric 10 stars, however, 5 stars is the limit.  Simply put, Scott at West LA Electric exceeded all of our expectations and we are grateful for having found him and his company.  There is no doubt that his work has improved our home from a safety and practical standpoint.  One of the primary differentiators we found with Scott was his patch work, it was seamless.  Obviously, electric work can often require making holes in your walls/ceilings, Scott and his professional crew did an amazing job with plastering and patching which saved us lots of money and time.  Just two weeks before we hired Scott, our neighbor hired an electrician that did not plaster and left her with unsightly holes all over her condo, she was frustrated and had to find someone to patch and plaster which added costs and drained her time/energy.  We did not make the same mistake.  

But with Scott, plastering and patch work was just the cherry on top.  To sum him up in a few words, he is honest, professional, timely, competitively priced, clean, very hardworking, flexible, and reliable.

Our Story:

2. Bathroom exhaust fan installation, included demo and removal of old fan.
3. New bathroom light fixture.
4. New GFCI outlet installation in bathroom and moving of an existing outlet which had safety issues.
5. Rewiring and a new circuit for bathroom electric.
6. Installation of new chandelier and removal of old fixture.
7. Installation of new outdoor outlet.
8. Upgrading of unsafe outlets.

Again, we recommend Scott and West LA Electric without reservation, for any job, big or small, thanks again for a fantastic job.

I have found this  place as the experienced one and at the time the skillful one also.
At that time they also made me so disappointed. But they handle all the light fixture for my clients in the La and orange country also.

I was lucky to work with Evans for an electrical project on a house I just bought, including replacing a subpanel, grounding outlets, and adding in a remote control switch for an outdoor light. He first walked through the property to analyze the work that he felt would be required to make my home safe, and he was patient and friendly in explaining what needed to be done. He provided me with a typed estimate over email, which clearly stated the services and costs. When he arrived on the day to do the actual work, he brought a team of friendly and respectful professionals. They were on time, and worked very efficiently, and Evans explained their work and guided me through the process as they went along. As we corresponded over Yelp, text, email, and in person, Evans was always responsive, cordial, and easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable asking what were probably very rudimentary questions. Because of the excellent job he did in pointing out potential fire hazards and resolving them, I now feel safe in my house, and on top of that, I feel that I received a great value for his work. I will gladly work with him again on future projects, and I highly recommend working with him on your own.

Im editing my review because I want Celso to be able to earn money for himself and his helper. Just because it didn't work out for me doesn't mean it won't work out for you. What I thought was a simple job turned out to be difficult for Celso. Maybe it was the heat, I'm not sure. But at the least I would expect that if there is a problem in the very near future (the same day the work was performed) he would take care of it. Lesson learned: no good deed goes unpunished.

Very satisfied.  Friendly service, professional quality, fair price.  I would definitely use Got Light Electric again.

We have a home in the Holly Glen area of Hawthorne that needed a new electrical panel.  I read all the reviews of different electricians in the area and decided Rocco Construction was the one to call.  I called at 8 in the evening and left a message.  To my surprise I received a call right back that evening from Jeff. He stated that he and his father Pat would be over at 9 in the morning to evaluate the job.
When they said they would be there they were there.  The communication was great, and also decided to have new plugs and lighting installed.  They are an outstanding team and recommend them to everyone.  You don't find professional people like this team any longer.

Heny is reliable and honest. He doesn't just fix electrical problem but also guarantees his work. I have had other electricians (no names) and they misdiagnosed the issue. I had a dish washer malfunction issue but turned out that the machine just needs a hard reset. The other company that misdiagnosed the problem even charged me and recommended to either replace my dishwasher or replace the mother board. GUESS WHAT? None of those are necessary. So by going with Heny or HDJ, I saved $400 - $500 in replacement fees.

Can't wait to have HDJ work on my lighting fixtures and upgrading my home.
