Mike came thru for us on 4th of Jul, 2014!!  I mean I called quite a few place as it happened around 10:00 am on this day.......hoping I will get a response from someone. It was an emergency. all my outlets in the den and kitchen stopped working, my fridge  stopped running.  I would have been stuck with so much mess otherwise. Mike answered my call and was in my house in Torrance within 45 mins.
He is a very friendly, knowledgeable and a helpful Electrician. Job done, clean and thorough..God bless America!!

I was installing a tv above my fireplace for the Superbowl and didn't realize i needed an outlet in the closet that would store all the components like cable box, DVD and wii . Mike came out the same day with a very reasonable rate and could come the next day. He came on time and was very friendly, clean and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. And he was not a hard sale.

I choose them because they had a 5 star yelp review. I paid to have an electrical problem fixed and a week later the problem came back.   They did return and wanted to charge me $500 to diagnose. They also told me after diagnosing the problem, they will tell me how much it will cost to repair. So the amount of $500 is just the beginning. They charged me $125 to change a GFI wall switch. I asked the company if they would apply the amount of $125 that I already paid  since the GFI did not fix the problem. They said no.

Up Date:  I received a call from them and they claimed they misunderstood about the amount  of my prior bill being applied towards the diagnosing.  They were happy to do that for me.

I was lookin into upgrading my electrical panel for my house since I just moved to LA. They were very accomodating and explained details very thoroughly. Gave me the estimate price of how much I was spending. I got more than what I payed for. Jay is definately the guy to go to for any of your electrical needs.

Some day I will stop buying electronics, but not today.  As a result, I frequently have a need for installation and, as a result, have used many different installers.  Big Ben is the first one I've reviewed because they are superior to all the others I tried.  They are confident, knowledgeable and pleasant to be around.  The two jobs they did for me were perfect.  Try them: you won't be sorry.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Angel came out with his assistant Sergio the same day I called him. Angel had my problem solved within minutes. He was on time, professional, personable (Sergio, as well) and very reasonable. Give Angel a call...you will be happy you did... seriously!!

Amir is the best.  A friend recommended his work when I mentioned that I wanted a  speaker system installed throughout my condo.  Amir came and showed me my options.  A few days later, he and his team installed the system and wiring throughout my place, with minimal mess to the walls/ceilings.  I'm now the proud owner of a beautiful, top-of-the-line sound system, accessible in any room, with not a single wire visible anywhere!

One thing I really appreciate is that Amir listened carefully to my specific needs, and tailored my sound system to what I wanted.  For example, I use Spotify for most of my music, and Amir set it up so that I can play an online playlist from the desktop computer in my office, but I can easily in plug my cellphone into a jack in my bedroom if I decide I want to listen to a different track when I'm in bed.  Amir also set up the system to interface with my TV in the den.

When something went wrong with my tuner only a couple months after the system was installed, all I had to do was call Amir.  He personally came and picked up my tuner, took it to the manufacturer for repair (it was covered by warranty), then delivered it back to me and reconnected it, all free of charge.

This is the real deal, folks.  Powerhouse Electric may not be the cheapest guy in town, but you get what you pay for when it comes to electrical installation and repairs.  Why pay for a quality appliance and then skimp on a slipshod (or potentially unsafe) installation?  Trust me.  Don't waste your time with anyone else.

I didn't end up using The Electrician but in providing an estimate virtually he was very thorough and asked good questions. He was also responsive with my questions and provided some good tips as well.

Next time I have a project for an electrician I know where to start no need for all the flurry of quotes that come when you start a project on Yelp.

We needed a Tesla wall charger put in our garage so we went onto the Tesla app and found a list of approved installers.  Meza was one of the more reasonably priced options (not the least expensive, but still quite good.)  The owner, Paul, answered the phone.  He was very patient with all our questions and, once we felt comfortable using his company, he sent us the quote.

He, and his team, arrived on time, did a fantastic job, were very polite, and cleaned up afterward.   They made us feel happy with our decision to use them.  We received the permit in a timely manner and, yes, he STILL picks up the phone when we call! (Unless he's on a job, of course.)

Overall, very very pleased.

Rich was great! He returned my call right away and was at my house less than two hours later. He was fast and efficient doing my electrical work, who could ask for more. Would definitely use him again!

Victor was a lifesaver!! We are remodeling the bathroom in our new house and due to poor original installation got completely turned around while trying to reinstall a lighting fixture. Victor came out to troubleshoot the issue and had it up and running lickity-split! We've saved his number for any future electrical needs; he's the best!

Santucci Electric was a great help for several electrical repairs my house desperately needed. I had light fixture, switch and outlet repairs as well as new wiring for an outside motion light and two new sconces installed. Peter was terrific at diagnosing the problems and spent the whole afternoon dedicated to fixing the issues. He is very professional, was on time and gave me a very reasonable quote that stayed true to the final price. It is so nice to find professional contractors that you can rely on to communicate well, be helpful, honest and fix it right the first time. I have him on my radar to replace the aluminum wiring in my home and upgrade my panel this fall (my house is 50 years old and needs it). Grateful for all my fixes and looking forward to his future help!

Alejandro was very prompt and quick. Got a free consultation with him and he arrived on time (even earlier) to see what I wanted done. Couple days later he came back (on time again) and got the job done within a couple hours. Would definitely recommend!

Had existing outdoor lighting fixed and new cafe lighting added by Roland.  What a great experience!  He's very reliable, offers friendly and helpful service, does a great job, and is very reasonable on pricing.  Nothing more to say, I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

I needed some work done as soon as possible as we are halfway through a remodel job at our house. Unfortunately I learned that the outlet on our wall was not suitable for a new induction range that I had ordered. I read the reviews and decided to request a quote from Nick. I was so impressed with how quickly he was able to respond and discuss the job with me - literally same day he was able to give me a timeframe of when they can come out and do a pretty significant amount of work. Basically I needed to have my electricity rewired to accommodate A 240 V outlet which involves writing some cables through an attic to the outside of my house.

The following day to crew members showed up they were professionally dressed polite and very efficient. They had to go to multiple stores to purchase the materials but they did not let this slow them down at all. The work that was done outside of the house was cleaned up and they were able to leave pieces of drywall so that my painter could re-patch the wall where the work had been done.

I would highly recommend Nick and his crew due to their excellent communication, value especially since I think they had to do some extra work and stuck to the initial quote and overall professionalism. I feel very confident with my choice of hiring them as the last thing I would want is to do a shoddy type of electrical work. My work is guaranteed for a year and I feel like if anything happens I can easily call Nick and he would help remedy the issue.
