This review is not based on actual work performed by Alex & Alex Electrical Services but merely for the awesome experience I had reaching out to them for possible electrical work that we needed to have performed on our residence for an electrical main house panel upgrade and EV charging station options. Alex has been always prompt on communicating most of the times, I'm sure that they are super busy so please if you do not get a response, be sure to reach out again to make sure they did not miss or forgot to do it not because they intentionally wanted to but just because it happens to the best of us. Again, important if you read this review, do not give up to get their attention because I can assure you won't regret it.
Alex, I think jr that I had pleasure to speak to, actually he was be able to call me and spend quite a some time on the phone one evening, considering it was off their regular work schedule, to listen to my unique situation and giving me at the end the best idea on how to approach my electrical needs. I would not hesitate to refer them to my friends and families as they are very knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, patients and their communication skills especially explaining things in simple and easy way for you to make your final and sound decision on your electrical work needs. My partner and I hired Sean to remove all of the old knob and tube system in our new house and update it with new wiring. We passed our final inspection yesterday and could not be more pleased with the work. Sean and his team did excellent, timely work and were also very kind and courteous. I recommend these professionals highly.

Roman and his crew are fantastic! I hired them to install an EV charging unit. This required rewiring of the panel, running electrical wire under the house and installing a wall charger. I'm amazed at how efficiently the crew did its work and how clean the jobsite looked upon completion. I will absolutely hire Brentwood Electrical Experts again and would recommend others to do the same.

Vians and Sevon were great, very helpful and completed the job in one day instead of two! Really appreciate the effort from both of these guys and looking forward to our new lights!

Had 2 ceiling fans installed in our new town home a few months ago.  They did a great job, showed up on time and the price was reasonable.  I would definitely recommend them for any work you need.

i had 3 lights that i wanted to change from fluorescents to LEDs, and the fixtures had to be rewired to bypass the ballasts, at 15' high. (too high for me!)   Jose and his helper did a great job, super quick, and replaced the switches/dimmers while he was there too, all at a very reasonable price.  happy happy.  highly recommended.  (and I'm a retired old fart electrical engineer, who's hired many people in construction down through the years, so, that into account.)

Responded over the phone with tips to troubleshoot myself and avoid call out.
Troubleshooting didn't work, so engineer came out. Took about 45mins from initial call for him to arrive, which felt great, especially on a weekend.
Will be my go to electrician from now on.

I am joining the previous reviews in recommending BK Electric Services. I have hired Gustavo and Marcio on several occasions to do a variety of electric installation and repair projects at my house. Each task was performed perfectly and on time. Even a complex undercabinet multiple LED lights job was completed exactly as we wanted, with tidy clean-up and clear explanation of work. Gustavo and Marcio also fixed recent work done by another electrician, tracing a hardwired telephone line under the house and relocating it to a new jack. Gustavo and Alexis have been invaluable in advising me what electrical switches and lights to select and how to best update my home's electrical service. Rates are reasonable and they always complete their work on one service call. I trust their expertise and I'm pleased to have them work on my house.

I highly recommend Scott at W. LA Electric, and would absolutely use him again.   If you're like me, and don't have patience for long reviews, here's the bottom line...

Scott is an honest, experienced and talented electrician.  Very efficient and up front; no surprises.

My front yard outdoor lights stopped working during the heavy rain last week.  A good friend, who used to be a general contractor, said there is a short somewhere, but I'd need a qualified electrician to find it.  The nightmare scenario for me was that 2 of the 8 lights are on posts about 20 feet from the house, and digging underground to find the short would cost me a fortune.

Based on Yelp reviews, I called Scott.  He offered to come out and explained how his company charges for diagnostic work and repairs.  Wasn't cheap... but sounded reasonable.  Upon arrival, Scott was courteous, professional,  and apparently very experienced.  The short was in the line to the 2 post lights, but he was able to find it without digging!  After testing a couple of possible entry points to the house from the underground conduit, he found the shorted wire within about 30 minutes!  Scott completed the repairs, installed a new digital timer, and was done in just over an hour.

These guys were amazing. They installed a 240v outlet in my carport to charge a Tesla. It was an intricate job and they did it flawlessly and for a great price. Would definitely recommend!

We purchased an EV and needed a charger installed.  Got a few estimates, but Penna was the only one to come out and look at things before giving us an estimate, which was assuring.  Daniel came out when scheduled and installed the charger, and he also took some time afterward to look at some loose wires we had from a demolished water feature to confirm they were safe/dead and could be cut, and looked at a broken porch light for us.

I highly recommend this great company. I chose to go with them because the communication was clear. The other companies were throwing me high estimates before coming out to assess the problem. One even said they would change our smog detectors. LOL. Our smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night. We tried changing the batteries and re setting but they continued to chirp. The father and son team came out and determined that one was defective setting off the others. That was replaced as well as the carbon monoxide detector closest to the kitchen by a smoke and carbon monoxide detector which was good advice. All the work was done at an extremely reasonable price and they thoroughly vacuumed up the work area.

B&K was great.  Everyone was friendly on the phone and in person, service was prompt and price was very reasonable.  The tech fixed our landscape lighting, installed an outdoor plug and light fixture, and lowered our ceiling fan.  Very very happy with everyone at B&K.

Very happy I found Eduardo and his team at Blueprint Electric. He was very responsive, and detailed. We talked for a few days before I made a decision because I was also obtaining other bids. He circled back when he said he would. The install of our Tesla wall connector was very clean. The majority of the run in our homes crawl space. I look forward to working with him on our panel upgrade and our future JADU.

He did a great job replacing two fuses and solving a mystery with one wall of outlets. We feel so much better that things are updated and properly installed.

I used Got Light for an emergency outage at my rental property on the hottest day of the year. Could not have been more impressed with their service. They responded same day, fixed the problem and their prices are more than reasonable for their level of experience. I will definitely use Got Light for other services when needed.

I can't say enough of how happy I was with Yuri's service.  I contacted him about an issue I was having with an electrical panel.  He came to the house the very next day.  Turns out, the electrical panel was fine.  It happened to be a GFI outlet in the garage that needed replacing.  It had been painted over and hidden behind a standing shelf unit.  He also fixed an exterior light on the upstairs balcony and trouble-shooted a few more things before he left.  All of this for the cost of a service call.  It's great when you discover excellent service and fair prices in a contractor.  I'd have Yuri do all of my electrical work from now on.  I'm so glad I came across him.  Yelp does it again!   Thanks, Yuri!

This is my first 5 star review.  
I needed a EV outlet for my future Tesla. I called several electrician to get quote, when other company heard I need a charger for Tesla, they ask for 800-1400 or even more for a outlet. I happened see the EV guy from yelp and called Cesar, he give me very reasonable price and very detail to help me fix potential problem for my home since my house is kind of call, it may not qualify for a 50 amp charger. He walked me through and explain potential risk and we have everything done very quick. He also responded quick and come to check everything, then I decided to let him do the work right away. Highly recommend Cesar if you have any need.
