Told me to wait 2 weeks for a tech to come out.  The lady in the phone was nice, but who's gonna wait that long?

Roman came out right on time and was extremely helpful! He got to the root of the problem very quickly, and in this case it was a very easy fix. So easy he insisted on not charging me even after making his way out here!  If I have any electrical problems in the future he will be my first call.

We requested the estimate to add two light fixtures and a fan. They responded right away , other firms were much slower to get back to us.
Art was our technician and he was very professional. They gave a reasonable quote on the spot, and were able to perform the work the next day.
To add the light fixture, he had to drill the ceiling and a wall but he prepared the areas so well that no cleaning was needed.  He didn't hesitate to offer great advice regarding the fixtures we bought as well.  Would not hesitate to call upon them again should we ever need electrical work.

Great bunch of guys who did an awesome job for us with a 200 amp service upgrade and circuits for our new HVAC. The owner stayed on top of the operation from start to finish. I would highly recommend!

I reached out to Marat for a 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet install. He is very responsive, honest and professional. His estimate was fair and reasonable compared to other estimates I was receiving. Per his advice, I pulled permit myself, it was a very easy and cost effective process where others were charging an arm and a leg for it! Marat guaranteed that his team would fix anything that comes up during inspection, if needed.  Serj and Mike performed the work and did a great job on the install. Inspection passed; I'll definitely be reaching out to the MH team for future projects and highly recommend them for your next project.

This company has been consistently good and professional for YEARS. With all the frustration of the various home repair outfits out there, it is such a great feeling when you have a good company. It's almost like you don't want others to know how good they are because they might get too busy.

There never were any conflicts with him, so I can not say whether he could resolve conflicts well, but I would assume so. He interacted very well with others and is all around enjoyable to work with. He was able to communicate all his ideas and suggestions effectively.

I had high hope for this company. They sent their technician to my home right away after my inquiry. The technician were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I was told that I would get a quote the day after. I waited former than two weeks, called multiple times and sent multiple messages through yelp, no response at all. Not sure what happened.

Joel and his crew are consummate professionals. He was able to diagnose some tricky issues with my home's wiring/circuits (lights blinking/cutting out, appliances shutting off) and propose excellent, long term solutions. Other electricians had previously quoted very high costs for elaborate work - Joel explained that there was a better way and his quote was well below what others had given me.

On the day the work was scheduled, Joel and his crew arrived on time, with full COVID safety gear, ready to work. They made special accomodations to allow us to maintain power in the home offices while they worked - this was crucial as my spouse and I are both working from home.

After a full day's work, everything was working great. No more blinking lights, microwave cooking at full power and the washer/dryer can run without overloading and shutting down.

Throughout the process, Joel made sure to keep me informed if what he was doing and why it was important. He took the effort to actually show me what was wrong and explain what needed to be done.

At the end of the day, I was quite happy. The cost of the work was extremely reasonable (I was expecting it to be a lot more than it actually was). I believe that this was because Joel knows how to efficiently diagnose issues and has the experience to know exactly how to best correct them. He didn't waste any time, didn't try to upsell me things I don't need and treated my whole family with respect.

I will definitely be calling J Powers Electric for any and all future electrician needs.

While we didn't end up receiving services from BE, they responded quickly to my quote request and talked through various options and prices. They were even willing to send someone out on Easter Sunday to assist, but the timing didn't work on our end. Very grateful that they were so responsive and willing to have someone come out on a holiday weekend. Wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them for services in the future.

Had the most positive experience. I needed changes in the breaker panel and some socket repairs. Celso was on time, very polite, did the job quick and left everything neat and tidy after himself. Hector from Got Light Electric in Torrance responded promptly to my call to install 2 new ceiling boxes from which I intend to hang pendant lamps at a later date.  He arrived on time, clean and with the tools and supplies necessary to do the work.  He progressed quickly and efficiently with no unnecessary holes or mess.  (The painters were also on site wanting to mask that room for a new coat of color so having the work proceed smoothly was important.)

As far as demeanor and decorum, there was no music or unnecessary noise or goofing around.  I would feel comfortable having Hector work in my mother's home if that is an indication of comfort.

THE PROECT:  With no attic space overhead all work was done from a ladder.  The Romex was in the ceiling somewhere but the drywall covered up the loose tail -- no box had been installed when the house was built.  So the job grew to installing 3 boxes on fan hangars.  And since LED is taking over as the price comes down he changed a Lutron rocker-style switch to a slide dimmer that is rated for incandescents, fluorescents and LEDs.  He also changed another dimmer so I would be able to make the switch to LEDs seamlessly.

IN CONCLUSION:  The price I felt was fair and reasonable.  I expect to call Got Light Electric when switching over to LEDs for all the recessed ceiling fixtures -- I feel that comfortable.

I have nothing but praise for Yuri.  Prompt, courteous, totally capable, very reasonably priced.  
He installed my patio lights and looked at all my electrical in the house and gave me truthful diagnosis on what I need and what I don't.

They did a good job running a conduit from a subpanel to the location of the wall charger outside the garage. They increased the cost a bit above their initial estimate but I thought it was reasonable.
