Best Wiring Repair in Austin TX
I contacted Malco because our main/overhead kitchen lights went out. Chris arrived within a few hours. He provided great/friendly customer service, completed the job quickly, and even gave me a recommendation on how to remedy my flickering lights on my chandelier. I will definitely call these guys again for all my electrical issues!

Awesome service.
I recently requested a quote from Grayzer: my dishwasher fell totally unresponsive just before Thanksgiving. After poking around a bit (i.e., checking the breakers and plugging other appliances into the dishwasher's), I discovered the dishwasher's outlet just wasn't working.
Grayzer responded within a day and suggested I look around for an switch and double check the breakers, and gave me an hourly quote to send someone out if neither of those options worked. His response inspired me to double check around the kitchen for an outlet (may I selfishly add I moved into this home not too long ago) and it worked! I resolved my own issue! Dishwasher back totally in operation. Thank you to Grayzer for saving me the time, money and embarrassment of sending a repairman out for such a silly little issue!

What a great team of folks! They were thorough, professional, friendly and offered safe, creative solutions for our electrical project. Highly recommended.

Thomas was awesome! All of the lights in my kitchen and living room just stopped working. All of the other powered items were fine, just the lights. I had ONE lamp that worked in my living room but was otherwise SOL. As lovely as forced mood lighting might sound, it's hard to cook dinner by microwave light. I reached out to seven companies via yelp and no one could get to my house until at a minimum Monday or Tuesday. Thomas emailed me and said he could do 10 AM this morning (on a Saturday). Not only did he come on a Saturday but he was $50/hour LESS than the next lowest bid I received. I completely by accident discovered the issue was a plug about an hour before he came so he was in and out in no time, confirming it was in fact the plug and replacing it. He also took a look at two ceiling fans that the lights stopped working in and gave me an honest answer about what was wrong. I would most definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Tom finished his previous job early and text if it would be okay to come early. I text back it would. He showed up, went over the issue, troubleshooted it, and left in under an hour. Very competent and thorough. Will definitely use again for any future electrical issues.

Dustin and his crew are great! I've used them twice now and referred them to friends and neighbors as well. They are professional, insured, friendly, and show up on time. I would highly recommend Dustin and Megawatts Pro to other folks here in Austin with electrical needs.

I used Brightside Electrical for three jobs over the last couple of months and they did incredible work on all three. The first was installing dimmable can lights into our ceiling (6 of them). The second was installing our Ring security system (3 outdoor cameras). The third was installing a new chandelier while also adding dimmer switches to that plus the lights in our kitchen. They came on-time, performed the services as quickly as you would expect, and were very friendly. If I had any questions or concerns, they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with their job. Their quoted prices before they performed any service was exactly what I was charged afterwards. I highly recommend them. As you can tell - through three different services - I will definitely use them again. Can't thank them enough!

This company is fast acting, asked for photos--to narrow down the scope of the job, gave me a fair quote and was able to come that day or at a later date. I wanted immediate help.
I was was texted, more than once, the electrician's ETA.
Scott Cockrell arrived with a big smile on his face sporting his tool belt and asked me to guide him to the problems; we shared some info and off he went.
After fixing one issue he had to troubleshoot the second one and it led him to a GFCI that I didn't realize was tripped. The light was still showing green.
He put everything back together and even taught me a few things. I laughed and called him Dr Sparky because I work in healthcare and he's the master.
I figured I'd be billed the original amount and more since he had to spend time investigating. Nope! He only charged for the one item!
It's when you meet honest and caring people like Mr. Cockrell that you trust people again. It just seems I'm often on the defense afraid of being hoodwinked.
There's a reason he's got seventy-something reviews and FIVE STARS! They go above and beyond.

Raymond responded to my quote request within literally a minute or two, knew exactly what to ask to determine what they needed in order to quote the job properly, and offered me a same-day appointment for the installation! This company really seems to have their stuff together. I will update this response following the work being completed

Great service! Came out same day, very reasonable rates and unlike many, no service charge to get an estimate. Truly a nice guy. Whisk is have known about him years ago

Absolutely wonderful experience! They came out immediately to take a look at my project, provided me with an estimate and they scheduled me the next day. In addition to being quick and efficient, they took the time to explain some existing issues and correct them. I've already used them again on a small project and they will be my first call for any electrical needs!!!

We added a pool heater / chiller to our existing system and needed another 60Amp breaker. Another company told me my house only had 125A and would need another line brought from the street for $6500 LOL! By the way, every house has 220A so don't believe that ever. Raptor showed up on time, didn't BS me and finished the job in less than 1 day for a very fair price. The finish out looks fantastic and works perfectly. Thanks guy!

Great work! Installed eight recessed fixtures for me. Was especially nice to have the work quoted before he came out, so I knew exactly what to expect.

Very responsive, professional. Used Twin Oaks Electric multiple times and plan to continue to do so on future projects. Highly recommended.

I reached out to Travis via his website and his response came same day. He was able to assist us with installing a power outlet for our mounted TV the very next day. Travis provided different outlet options and even assisted in installing a non-electrical recessed cable plate. We are completely satisfied with his service and will definitely be calling again for other electrical needs. Highly Recommended!

Shine on had great reviews and I decided to hire them for what I considered a quick and easy job.
Jon came and provided me with a free estimate which was what I was expecting to pay and hired him on the spot. I had an appointment scheduled the following week, which was today As I write this.
He and his son came out and fixed an outlet which kept tripping And confirmed I did not need to increase the wattage in my breaker box. He quickly added a new outlet in another room which was needed for another remodel in my home I am having done while my contractor was I stalling tile.
They were very quick, in and out. Communication was also great. I would definitely hire again, and I believe I know what project I have them tackle for me.

Dan is personable and friendly. I thought his hourly rate of $40 was quite reasonable (plus a $20 trip charge), but his work pace was not fast. However, his work quality was solid and he did a nice job of installing some wood blinds and replacing a thermostat.

They showed up as scheduled and repaired the problem at a reasonable cost. Electrician was professional.

It is very difficult to get an electrician to even show up for an estimate in Austin when permitting is involved. Blame The City for that. I had several no shows and others that never followed up with an estimate. Hart not only showed up when they said they would, but followed up with a very reasonable estimate. They are a solid company.
