We have needed extensive electrical repairs over the past several months.  Jimmie and his team at Malco Electric are responsive and always do a great job.  Sheri at the office is super at getting us on the schedule for quick service.  The team always shows up on time and handles all repairs efficiently and professionally.  Plus their rates are very reasonable.  Highly recommend!

Thanks for getting Kennan here today. He was able to get everything done and I'm back to normal with no cables running down the stairs and out the window...plus, I've got a Ring light monitoring my back yard. Kennan was SUPER knowledgeable and could have easily padded the bill by doing things differently, but he didn't. I'm a repeat customer from a little over a year ago. I literally have used Grayzer Electric as an example of how all in-home service companies should operate. Outstanding experience both times working with them, first time with Aaron, and this most recent time with Max.

I like that Grayzer are transparent about their estimates, give flat numbers, and are frank about the pros/cons about completing a project one way versus another.

Also, their technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and loop you in on certain key decisions (ex: marking the ceiling for canned lights for your approval, explaining any structural features they may need to avoid and getting your input, etc.). Max was great for this project.

I will definitely continue working with and recommending Grayzer Electric!

Amazing! On time. Willing to do extra even when it wasn't planned. They were super helpful, knowledgeable, and prepared. They were quick to get an appointment. Well priced! Gave suggestions but not pushy. No hidden fees. Couldn't be happier. We already had them come back and do 2 more jobs, unrelated to the first.  I will always call them.

I needed an outlet installed under my sink quickly. Recently my garbage disposal died and I had to replace it. I found out my garbage disposal had a direct wiring. Russell responded quickly and was very friendly and professional. He completed the job in less then an hour. Highly recommend his service!

Tom finished his previous job early and text if it would be okay to come early. I text back it would.  He showed up, went over the issue, troubleshooted it, and left in under an hour.  Very competent and thorough.  Will definitely use again for any future electrical issues.

These folks have become our go-to for small electrical jobs (we haven't had any major jobs lately but we'd probably use them for those, too!) They wear masks, are professional, do the work quickly, and charge fairly. We had them in to convert 2-prong outlets to 3-prong, and then to put in an outlet. All is fantastic. We highly recommend!

Scott responded very quickly to my call.   He arrived as scheduled and was very efficient to install a new outlet  in my attic.  Very competitive rates as well.  I definitely plan to use Bear for future electrical needs.

I had a old chandelier that I needed to have replaced with an upgraded one and I hired the Lion Group for the job. They removed the old one without a hitch and informed me about its condition in case of future installation in the future. The new chandelier had tons of crystals and lights that they painstakingly installed with care. I was also consulted on the chain length so it would not be too low nor to high for my taste. Lastly, they swept the area thoroughly and offered to take out all of the boxing from the new chandelier as a courtesy.

Overall, these guys were top notch to work with and I look forward to hiring them for future projects.

We highly recommend Todd.  5 stars for professionalism, straightforward communication, friendliness, flexibility, and reasonable pricing.  When our garage lighting fixture left us fumbling (literally) in the dark, we dreaded the wait times we anticipated to get them replaced based on general demand in Austin.  We found Todd through a referral, and he swiftly offered options ranging from quick-fix to a longer term environmentally-friendly upgrade. He not only did a great job with the original job but fixed two other lighting issues in our home as well, all with determination, speed, and friendliness.

I am so so glad that we hired L&R electric. They came and installed three ceiling fans for us upstairs. When they went to install them none of them were up to code. Which isn't shocking because the previous owners of our home were do it themselves types of people and cut corners.

With a new baby on the way having everything up to code was vital to me and I knew that the changes were made safely for our son.

They also installed a generator outlet for us and new panel. This was so important to me because we went five days without water and power last year during the storm, and we will have a newborn during that time. They did an amazing job and the price was perfect. Of course there were some surprises, but they explained everything and were able to work with us on price the best they could. I will be hiring them for projects in the future!

Alejandro was able to diagnose my issue in a few minutes by phone, which saved an expensive service visit. We really appreciate the help, and will go back to Raptor when we have issues in the future.

I recently bought a home and had to remodel the bathroom due to a poor remodel from the past home owners. Max was super responsive, unlike many other electricians, and was very thorough with correcting some issues not to code, while also prepping recessed lights in my shower so that my tile guy would not skip a beat.

His promptness and ability to take technical jargon and put it in such a way for anyone to understand really stood out to me the most. Could not recommend Max anymore highly.

I have an old home with really bizarre wiring. David was great when it came to finding the source of my electrical outage. It wasn't straight forward but he was thorough and persistent. He identified the problem and fixed it and I've had no issues since. He was very professional and I felt comfortable with him in my home. I will use him for any future electrical needs.

When I called to get pricing a professional guy answered the phone and informed me of a service fee to come take a look at our job. I went back and fourth about using them but decided to call back and book my apt. We were so glad we did! We had three light fixtures changed. One outside at our entry (20 ft ceiling), one inside entry (20 ft ceiling), and a pendant light. When they arrived they did a full inspection of our home to make sure everything was safe and worked properly. He then went over a direct pricing of exactly what we would be paying. This was so very helpful. Just a few weeks back we had a contractor come in to fix a wall we paid his original price but ended up wanting to charge us more to finish and NOT the agreed price so we now have an incomplete project that we will have to finish ourselves since we already spent our budget in the first place, it is quite frustrating!! Salt went above and beyond!! We had a lot of wasp nest in our entry that we could never knock down because we don't have a tall enough ladder. When I realized they got them  I was pleasantly surprised! It's the little things :)!  I will recommend Salt Light and Electric to my family and friends.
