Best Wiring in Austin TX

Malco Electric Electrician
We had two ceiling fans that quit working as well as a fuse braker problem.  The two service men were excellent--they came on time, were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They not only fixed the problems but were able to wire the fans so that we could use the wall stitches to operate them instead of having to use remotes.   It was a relief to get it fixed all in one day.  The cost was quite reasonable and fair.   I recommend them highly.     JD

Texas Electrical Services Electrician
I had a great experience using this company. They responded quickly to my service request. I was able to schedule an appointment for a few days later. They were on time and super nice. They found and fixed the problem right away, then charged me a more-than-fair troubleshooting fee. My problem wasn't particularly difficult to fix so I can't speak to their technical skills, but they did troubleshoot the problem very quickly. When I get new light fixtures installed in the future, I'll definitely be using this company! Oh, and they didn't press me to leave them a yelp review, which I appreciate!

Grayzer Electric Electrician
We had a tricky installation job for an EV charger (electrical service is on the opposite side of the garage) and wanted someone up to the task. Grayzer is often recommended by those in the EV community so we gave them a shot. Dan came out and gave us an estimate. He spent quite a while talking through the various challenges and options. (This is a 60+ y/o house with multiple add-ons and weird roof lines.) They were fast to get a quote together and answered any questions I had via email promptly.
Installation Day came a couple weeks later. Here's how it went down. Max the electrician first went and uninstalled our EV charger from our old house and got that capped off and looking great. Then he came and got his first look at the installation site. I asked him if he had been properly mentally and emotionally prepared for this job. He had not. We walked around and surveyed everything together and I relayed in more detail what the office folks had left in the notes for him. (If there's any room for improvement, this is where I would recommend to them to have an electrician try to do an on-site review with the sales guy on more difficult installs prior to giving the estimate just so everyone is on the same page from the beginning.)
Anyway, back to Max. Once we all realized there really was no way to do this but the hard way, he and his teammate (I'm sorry I forget his name) got started. He was rather concerned that they were going to have to make some holes in sheetrock inside the house, but I assured him that I knew that was going to be likely and not to worry about it. I was prepared for that. They battled wasps, the TX summer heat, squeezed into tiny attic spaces, and ran a line up through multiple attics full of who-knows-what, along peaked rooflines and across the whole house to the garage. I busied myself around the house with other stuff that was going on and before I knew it, Max said they were done. It took several hours but I was actually surprised how quickly they got it done. The charger is right where I asked them to put it in the garage and appears to be working. (I haven't had a chance to actually use it yet but they assured me to just let them know if I have any issues.) The holes in the sheetrock are small and neatly replaced and screwed in so that it should be easy to tape/float/paint. The new breaker was neatly labeled in one of the many panels we have. (Did I mention we have like 7 or 8 different electrical panels and sub panels, none of which are clearly labeled?!...super fun.)
So all-in-all, considering the materials cost, time, and challenge of the job, I think the cost was in line from what I had heard from other jobs. I asked Max if it ended up being as challenging as it looked and he cheerfully said yep! Two thumbs up for the install team, for sure!

Max Electrical Services Electrician
Excellent service!  Arrived on time and knew what they were doing.  Didn't charge for work that couldn't be completed (due to someone else's shoddy install and faulty equipment), and they were very reasonable in pricing and offering  cost-effective suggestions for future repair.

Lion Group Electrical Electrician
I found an outlet in my home with some black scorch marks around it. Called Lion Group, they were able to come out that same day, identified and explained the problem, and replaced the outlet. It went so smoothly that I called them again the next week to help with the installation of a video doorbell. Reasonably priced service fee, quick response time and availability, and professional on-site service. They're going to be my go-to electricians moving forward.

Tomei Electric Electrician
Todd was extremely helpful.  He was very knowledgeable and explained how I could do the repair myself and then he didn't charge me.
It turns out my wiring was trickier then anticipated so he came back out replaced all my smoke detectors.  They had been going off randomly no matter how many times I'd replace them.  I highly recommend Todd and no doubt will use him again in the future.

Would call these guys again for sure if I ever have any issues and would recommend them to anyone who needs service. 5 stars for sure.

Raptor Electrical Services Electrician
Alejandro was fantastic! We had those ugly fluorescent lights in our kitchen and I've been wanting to switch them out for quite some time. However, the task seemed daunting and spending $$$ wasn't something I was excited to do. I decided to call a few places for quotes.

You wouldn't believe how hard it is for someone to return a phone call. Are you kidding me? However - Raptor was different. I inquired via their website and within 30 minutes received a call back asking a few more questions about what I was looking for. They told me Alejandro would call me later that day to discuss. And guess what? He did! We discussed it, I sent him a few photos, he gave me a rough price estimate and scheduled for him to come out and look at it in person. He came the next day, provided a quote and got us scheduled for just a few days later.

He installed 9 recessed can lights as well as dimmer switches in our kitchen and y'all.. it looks sooo good! I wish I would have done this a long time ago.

He has another team out here today (they are in the kitchen working as I type this review). They are filling the hole(s) from those ugly fluorescent light fixtures.

His team has been excellent. Very communicative, pricing is reasonable and fair. I 100% will call Alejandro and his team for any future electrical needs.

And if you still needed another reason to call them today.. here ya go:

While up in our attic yesterday he noticed that our AC drain pan was leaking and the unit didn't look right. He was under no obligation to tell me about what he saw, but he did and I am so grateful. He took photos while up there and sent them to me. Cue the panic though...AC issues in Texas? That's immediately a scary thought especially as we are gearing up for the summer heat. I was able to call an AC Company who came out today and was able to get it fixed before it became a disaster situation. If you're looking for an AC company, I highly recommend The Coolest!. They were phenomenal too.

Very grateful for Alejandro. Honest, hardworking and reliable. Give him a call!!

I will update my review with photos once the team is finished today! It looks great, y'all.

Twin Oaks Electric Electrician
Max was easy and clear to communicate with. Gave pricing estimates early on over messaging (didn't require an in-person visit for my project) and was clear about what we could expect with service - something I really appreciate! Dylan completed our service and was wonderful to be around and did excellent work. He was friendly, professional, gave advice for light placement, and seemed to have our best interests in mind when placing the lights and discussing light brightness/warmth. Completely recommend Twin Oaks Electric!

Excellent business all around. I requested help installing a ceiling fan that was 20+ft high - they gave me a fair quote and were at my house the next day, right on time.

Their work was quick and professional, which is not easy to find now. I will 100% use them in the future.

Handyman Dan Electrician
I called Dan to install three ceiling fans in my new home. He did a good job and didn't stop for a moment until all the work was done. I didn't post a review then as I thought he did what was expected.

Two months later two of the fans started clicking, so I messaged Dan on a Sunday asking him to call me to see what could be done.

Less than an hour later Dan came by and spent more than 90 minutes diagnosing what the problem might be disassembling and reassembling, tightening, testing. Eventually all was well again and when I asked what I owed him for his travel and time he said nothing, consider it warranty work.

No one is perfect but a guy who stands behind his work is refreshing and should be rewarded.

Dan is my guy for future work.
