Best Heater Repair in Austin TX
I sent quote requests to 5 different electrical company at the same time on yesterday afternoon (Sunday) and Jonathan was the first one responded me (within 10 mins). After answering a few questions from him, he gave me a very competitive quote and I made an installation appointment with him immediately (Monday 9 am). Today he arrived on time even though the weather was terrible and completed the installation quickly (around 1 hour). After the installation, he patiently adjusted the height of each globe of the chandelier and asked for our feedback. I enjoyed the entire experience and will highly recommend him.

Todd was responsive and extremely helpful with a issue we had with moisture in our system over a holiday weekend. He answered quickly and was able to guide us through the resolution the problem over the phone for no charge. He took the time to explain the situation and let us know everything was OK. Highly recommend giving them a call if you have an electrical issues.
Great, fast service! We will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great service!! Four companies told me I had no repair options. They said I needed a complete replacement of my hvac unit. Xiaoyu was very surprised I wasn't given any options and he was able to replace some parts and he fixed my ac!! This was 1/3 the price of a new unit. There were some issues getting the parts but this was out of his control. While waiting for the parts to come in, he brought me a portable ac unit which was awesome! Very nice young man that I highly recommend and I will do business with him again. Thank you Xiaoyu! You are the best!
-Just this morning I was thinking I missed seeing you my friend! Haha! Just like the dentist, I hope I don't need to see you too soon. LoL! Take care :-)

ATX Lighting also does other electrical work! We needed a new electrical line to a gate across our driveway. JP and Josh did an outstanding job putting in the new line, including some tricky work running the line under a stone pathway. Terrific job as usual, JP and Josh!!

1904 Electric & Solar installed a manual transfer switch for me. The company was competent, explained the process, and did a very professional job. Furthermore, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend 1904 Electric & Solar and if I need additional electric work, I will go back to them.

Great work running some wiring for new outlets. They came in for my assessment and had the whole project finished very quickly.

My electricity in my Garage stopped working. And then my HVAC system made a weird noise and spark. I thought something was terribly wrong with my electrical panel. All while the freezing weather and ice accumulation was happening. I called at 8am and he was over by 9am. Made sure the panel was working properly. Restarted everything. Listened to my concerns. He left my mind at ease. Making sure everything was running properly. I highly recommend All Cummunities Electric, if you have any electrical concerns. Professional and kind.

Really appreciate the electrical work that Martin and his son completed for us. We will be using them for some upcoming a/c and electrical needs in the near future.

Well its nice to see so many wonderful reviews. Sadly, my mother and I can't say the same. After reading about all the complex work this handyman has accomplished, I was quite surprised that instead of coming to give us an estimate on the work we needed done, we were asked to send pictures. (Something I noticed nobody else has mentioned in these reviews.) So after that was done, my mother receives a call from him, and apparently we just have too much work that needs to be done. Really? I have never heard a contractor say those words. Also that's a surprise considering what I just finished reading in another review about no job being too big or too small, or even reading about him constructing a wall or a piece of furniture. And one of the things we wanted were some overhanging structures over our doors so we would not constantly get rained on trying to come inside. But I guess that IS more work than constructing a WALL. It just seemed that there were more excuses than answers. I will however give him an extra star for at least calling us back and offering to do at least half the work we needed. I guess its better than nothing, right? That's ok. Hopefully we can get someone who actually needs the work and the money and will show up to give estimates.

I was trying to get someone to troubleshoot an issue happening to several outlets and lights in my house. Was struggling to find someone to do it since most companies were not able to give me much information besides their hourly rates.
I decided to hire Pro Light ATX because Tony was down to earth and easy to deal with from the beginning. Instead of just quoting me hourly rates, he asked questions about the issue and give me a worst case estimate for a fix. He also got me to understand that the issue could be a potential safety hazard so I got him to come and take a look as soon as possible.
There was a few communication issues when we were trying to organize the visit, but as soon as Tony got to my house he got to work trying to discard some theories. He was able to get the issue fixed and thankfully it was nothing severe and less than his original estimate. He charged me a very fair rate for almost 2 hours of work, definitely lower than what others had tried to charge before.
Overall I had a good experience and would hire him again for potential projects.

I contacted Efficient at a time when my unit was malfunctioning--not completely down, but cycling on and off continuously. They were quick in response and worked hard to get it up and running but the next day I had the same problem again. I called them and they came out and got it fixed this time at no charge and with a free review of my entire system thrown in for free. I signed a maintenance contract with them and they show up like clockwork to do my free preventative maintenance in the fall and early summer. I like their 'can-do' attitude, their professionalism and their dedication to doing a good job. Another plus is that my unit is situated in a difficult place to access but this does not slow them down. I appreciate their efforts. I have no hesitation in giving them five stars and a high five.

Provided feedback and owner responded and essentially dismissed everything I had to say. Here is his message along with my response:
Owner:
I was made aware that you took issue with work that we recently performed for you. It is my understanding that you took issue with the following:
-The motion sensor that was installed for your bedroom lights was meant to be installed for your bathroom lights
-The Nest security camera that we installed for you resulted in a bush in your back yard sustaining some minor damage.
I have spoken with the technician who did the installation and my estimator that priced this work for you. I have also reviewed the invoice. The invoice clearly states that the motion sensor was to be installed in your bedroom and you signed for the completed work. This would indicate that you were satisfied with the installation and the location / function of the motion sensor. Furthermore, the technician says that he advised you not to install the motion sensor in your bedroom. If you would like us to move the motion sensor to another location, that can be done, but at an additional cost.
After speaking with both my estimator and installing technician, we will not compensate you for damage to a bush. Your vegetation in the backyard is overgrown and both of my employees advised you that there may be some minor damage to the vegetation because of where you wanted us to mount the cameras. You indicated that would not be a problem and asked us to proceed. Again, your signature on the invoice and payment would indicate that you were satisfied with the work performed.
My response to above message:
I was NOT informed that there would be damage to my plants (see pics below) and was only informed after-the-fact, once I approached installer in the backyard during installation.
As for the bedroom light, also not correct. I directed the installer to install motion detector device in bathroom. He informed that he couldn't. At that point is when I directed to install in bedroom.
You're right, the signature represents my sign off on work performed. However, it doesn't always characterize the context of the situation. If you choose not to redress, that's fine - I'll simply share my perspective /experience in the appropriate area.
To be clear, the installer was very courteous and professional. However, soft skills doesn't always align with technical competence.
Not a five star service.

We had a leak under the slab in our house after a recent cold freeze. I called 4 other plumbing outfits, getting nothing but recorded messages, before I got a real person at the phone at 1st Plumbing.
Steven and his helper arrived and calmly allayed our fears and concerns that we might have a major (and expensive) disaster on our hands.
As it turned out, tracking down the leaking culprit pipe was more involved than Steven originally estimated (took 2 1/2 days), but they stuck with it until they finally discovered the bad pipe, buried some 2 feet down, and corrected the problem without needing to dig into the foundation. Although it took longer than any of us expected, Steven stuck with the original estimate.
Yes, these situations can be expensive, but then responsiveness and results are worth a lot in my book!
Oh, and afterward they carefully cleaned up after themselves, including nicely restoring the dirt in the ditches they had to dig to find the pipes.

Unprofessional. Got a quote, Scheduled a TV mount for the following day, took the day off for it and they never showed up. Had to email and call multiple times to see if they were coming. Eventually got connected and was given the old we can't come a dog bit my technician excuse.

We have used fox for almost everything in our home from their maintenance program for our a/c unit, to electrical for the install of an attic fan, to plumbing for a new sink in kitchen and remodel of our bathroom to repair a busted pipe under our pier and beam house. We have always been more than pleased with the service we have received.
I have had friends asking me who I use, I tell them and they say I heard they were a little on the pricy side they go elsewhere and end up having to go to Fox because the services that were done were done incorrectly. So not only are they still having to pay someone to do it right the first time but they are out the money the spent to just get it done a little cheaper.
Take note people; you pay for what you get, if the price is too good to be true...chances are you are right and end up spending more money in the long run!

Lived in Texas for 17 years. I manage facilities and suppliers at many levels and deal with technical vendors all day long.
This company has been doing my HVAC work since I got down here and I have never had an issue. Prompt, professional, accurate, at every level from technicians to office staff.
No silly commercials, just great service and quality products at fair prices. On my system that was installed at my own home today I did not even bother to get a second quote because I knew exactly what my money was buying.

I've contracted with Salt L&E on two separate occasions, and could not be more pleased with the service provided or the work performed. Every member of their team has been professional, competent and respectful of my home and my time. I won't argue that the rate charged may be a bit higher than some of the competition but there is a lot of truth in the old adage about getting what you pay for. With Salt L&E, what you get for your money is quality work and EXCELLENT service. The service goes beyond just the electrician in the home, it includes the office staff as well. I've never once been put on hold, or even gotten a voicemail recording when I have called with questions or to schedule an appt. A special shout out to Beau (office team) and Tommy (electrician) for their stellar service and professionalism. It's tough to find good help these days but Salt L&E is top shelf through and through! Thank you!!

Apex electric has completed three jobs at my house. One was an emergency breaker job late at night, a Tesla charger in my garage and two outlet issues. All the jobs were completed fast and at a great price. I highly recommend Apex.

They did not hit the window of time that they designated. When called no consolation was given as a result of the missed schedule.
Update: After seeing post I was promptly followed up and offered consolation because of the time I waited.
