Scott arrived when he said he'd arrive, so points for that. I had a couple of smart switches installed, which went smoothly with no issues, especially given the mess of wires he had to work with. I also asked him about moving an outlet a foot to the side; he presented me with the options and didn't pressure me into getting the work done. Would hire again and recommend to others.

I highly recommend these guys! They did a great job removing a chandelier in our dining room and replacing it with a new light. They also assembled the new light for me. They were very professional and courteous and friendly. Plus, their price was lower than many competitors. We have been searching for a good electrician and will definitely use them in the future.

In all the homes I've owned and different trades I've worked with, Raptor Electrical Services is one of the most professional and high quality I've had do work for me. I worked with Alejandro on having an inlet box and transfer switch installed in my home, so I could use a portable generator to power essentials during an outage.

Alejandro did an initial estimate with pictures, and then came over to do a more detailed review of the project. His communication was always prompt, price was fair and the quality of work is amazing. If you're looking for an electrician, I highly recommend going with Raptor Electrical Services. First, I can't overemphasize how clean the work they did was given the rate at which they did it. Miguel and his team make their finished work look like it has always been there - not like a repair or an upgrade. I can guarantee you it's going to look sharp.

I was also impressed with Miguel's prompt and customer-service-oriented communication skill, and his initial strategy for getting the job done. Further, Miguel's crew was almost deferentially polite, courteous, and friendly but with solid professional boundaries. It's hard to find that level of professionalism anymore, especially in a newer, growing company.

But perhaps most importantly, I was impressed with the flexibility and agile manner in which the job was completed. There were some unexpected speed bumps we ran into with my older house, and the proposed solutions were quickly addressed and the plan adjusted with minimal downtime. We did have to work on the timing a bit, but, having seen some of the problems a big electrical rework can require, you have to, as a smart customer, be able to work with a small crew on timing if something becomes complicated. Miguel worked with me in lock-step to adjust his schedule to mine and make sure the scope of work was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

These guys do excellent work, have excellent customer service, are trustworthy and knowledgeable. I will be recommending them to my friends and family and hiring them out again. Great work!

We were so thankful to have found Max, the owner of Twin Oaks Electric. He's is building a reputation for his company based on quality work and honesty - rather than trying to take advantage or cut corners. I spoke to at least 5 other electricians including the highest rated ones on Yelp. Max didn't use scare tactics the other companies did. From pictures I sent, one company told me I had to replace the whole electrical system ($10-20K!!!) before they'd install a dedicated outlet for my fried dishwasher. Another guy wanted me to pay his hourly rate for the estimate plus 30 min of travel time. Not Max! Instead of asking for pics, he came out RIGHT AWAY and gave a very reasonable quote that he stuck to. He doesn't charge unless he actually does work on your home. In addition to putting in our new outlets, he rewired our breaker box, solved a number of other issues, AND FIXED THE DISHWASHER we thought we had to replace.

Basically I was a huge snowball of anxiety until I found Max. He is very knowledgeable about older homes, he can shimmy in tight (and icky) attics and crawl spaces and he stayed on budget. He was willing to look at all our other little side projects and gave us a reasonable action plan ranked by priority. He's incredibly honest, responsive, courteous and makes everything feel easy, not overwhelming. It makes him a pleasure to work with. I'm so happy we found our family's electric company with Twin Oaks Electric.

Was able to contact Travis easily through the app.  He came out gave an estimate and installed my exterior porch light, and was spot on for the charge.  Great job, and will be using again if I need anything else.

Jon came and provided me with a free estimate which was what I was expecting to pay and hired him on the spot. I had an appointment scheduled the following week, which was today As I write this.

He and his son came out and fixed an outlet which kept tripping And confirmed I did not need to increase the wattage in my breaker box. He quickly added a new outlet in another room which was needed for another remodel in my home I am having done while my contractor was I stalling tile.

They were very quick, in and out. Communication was also great. I would definitely hire again, and I believe I know what project I have them tackle for me.

Contacted them to get a quote for home charging setup for an EV. I spoke with Adam on the phone who had me send a few pictures of electrical equipment and he was able to give me a few different options and provided me with an email copy of a quote. He was very knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable using this company and setup for installation one week later. The electrician arrived promptly and was very professional. I discussed everything with him prior to the job and everything was done just as they said it would be. He was very clean and professional throughout the process. Everything looks great and pricing was reasonable. 10/10 would recommend and will plan on using them for any future electrical work.

Hart has been very responsive to each of my calls, with fast customer service and appointment availability.  Electricians arrive on time, with advance notification, and they're good at their work!

I have used Cox electric 3 times in the past few years for all sorts of electrical needs in my house, from hanging chandeliers to dimmers to installing flood lights.  James and Doug have always been extremely professional, courteous and I've never had an issue afterwards with malfunction, like I had previously experienced moving into my house.  They also have always come to my house within a few days of my phone call, so I don't have to wait weeks and weeks, which is great!  Their prices are completely reasonable and worth every penny.  I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We found Brad online with great reviews. We just moved from New York to Spicewood. We needed a general house electrical inspection done along with having a generator bypass circuit installed, and wiring run to our well shed for a water softener and UV system.
Brad was extremely easy to work with.  He came out and did the inspection  all checked fine. Looked over what was needEd and said he would be back in a couple of days.  True to his word, 2 days later he was back and work done in 1 day.  Clean, neat work. Very pleasant to chat with.  Prices very reasonable.
1 day later, we called with a problem with the well.  He came out in 1 hour.   Totally unrelated issue but he resolved it.

Swindlers! Get a second quote on anything they do. They upsold me on products I didn't need and overcharged for them. They lied about my home being out of code and used fear tactics about the safety of my family. Shame on me for being fooled.
