We needed to add an outlet, electricity, and a garbage disposal to our sink/kitchen. He was so nice, prompt, and did an excellent job. He rewired our electricity so we could have an outlet at the back of our sink, added an outlet for both the garbage disposal and our future dishwasher, and added a switch for the garbage disposal. He even installed our garbage disposal for us too!  Such reasonably priced and would definitely use him again and recommend him! Looks and works great!

I have used Mr. Electric of Central Indiana a couple of times. They are very friendly, responsive to your needs, on time and get the job done. In my opinion, their pricing is very reasonable.

I've used Joe Schmo several times for electrical work.  I've had them install indoor and out door lights as well as check electrical connections They have been timely, professional, and efficient in the work they've done.  It was easy to schedule service with the main office and they had an good amount of availability in their schedule.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

Just moved to Indianapolis. Looked for an electrician near to me. Noah was quick to respond and more than fair. Our texting communication was very fluid, and he worked me in within a day! The electrician arrived on time and very professional. When the issue was discovered to be my dryer and not the outlet, he even gave me some helpful suggestions for that (as a bonus!). I reiterate that Noah treated me very fairly for the charge of the service call. Good man and a good company. I'll remember them next time!

I have referred Artisan Electric several times to my real estate clients and they have been extremely appreciative and happy with them every single time. It is a small, locally owned business but is always growing as well as doing a lot for the community in supporting other small businesses etc. I know they have a huge focus on excellence and go much further than most contractors I have worked with to ensure professionalism and quality standards. I know most people associate them with excellence and some have even been more inclined to purchase a home if they knew the electrical work had been worked on by Artisan.

We had a great experience with D Davis Electric. Douglas got ahold of us promptly and was available to do our work right away. He was prompt and gave us great information about our problem. His rates were reasonable. We would definitely use him again.

I needed to have my solar system serviced because four of my panels were not producing any power. After speaking with my regular electrician, they suggested Jefferson Electric for the job. It took about 4 weeks to get a call back from Jefferson Electric to set up an appointment for them to come out and look at my system, but in late October I finally got one of their workmen, Matt, to come out and look at it. Matt was informed by my solar monitoring company that two of my micro inverters were defective and needed to be replaced. I asked how much this was going to cost right then and there and was told, IDK, but when I asked later, he said it was completely covered under warranty and would be free. Matt replaced the inverters 10 days later, and we parted ways without him informing me that I would be expecting any type of invoice, while still informing me that I was covered under warranty. However, three days after service, I received an invoice from Jefferson Electric for $768.00. Perplexed, I contacted them, and a one Philip Field informed me that I had been misled and that they were sorry for the misunderstanding and asked if I would be willing to pay half. I informed Mr. Field that I would not pay because I was under no contractual obligation to do so, and he said okay, I will cancel the invoice. I considered the matter closed until I received a call from the company's owner, Joel Walsman, who basically tried to tell me over the phone that Philip didn't have the authority to dissolve the invoice and that he wanted me to pay something, to which I replied that I might feel comfortable paying for the two service calls totaling $120. Nonetheless, Mr. Walsman seemed bothered by the amount and attempted to counter with $250, which I declined, and he threw a hissy fit on the phone, claiming that I didn't know the business and that he would refuse service in the future, at which point I told him the conversation was over. They do good work, but get a quote from them before doing business with them.

Jason helped us with a handful of electrical issues at a new house. He made excellent suggestions and helped us fix the issues in better ways than we considered. He was communicative, went above and beyond for us, flexible with our schedule, and reasonably priced. We can comfortably say we have a standard electrician now, one we can trust and can call whenever needed. Excellent all around - don't hesitate to call!

GODBY HPE has always been there when we needed them- whether it's plumbing, electrical or heating/air related I know I can count on them to give me a fair price and diagnosis of the problem and that they will work to fix the problem quickly! I also appreciate their semi-annual HVAC check which assists in keeping our systems in top working order! I refer them to friends, clients, and colleagues- knowing they will be treated right!

We had Ed out today to install a very large light fixture in our two-story great room. He arrived on time, did a good job getting the fixture up and charged the amount of the estimate. Overall we were very satisfied with the work that Ed did and will look to use him again in the future if we have any other electrical needs.

It's unfortunate but I cannot recommend this company. I work as a personal assistant and oversee several executive homes. I recently needed an electrician so I called BRE because they are close to the property, had good ratings and I lived in BR for 9 yrs so I am partial. When I called I was informed the scheduler was out picking up a child and would call me back. I'm a single mom so I get it and think it's terrific that she has a flexible employer. I waited. And waited. And then a few days later I called and left a detailed message in my happy voice. I never received a response.

I'm the owner of a commercial building and my salon client needed new electrical and lighting...  Owner /Electrician and staff did not communicate clearly, as a result  A complete month has gone by and now we start over with a new company.
Our experience was extremely poor !

I called in the morning for a plumber and electrician to come out that afternoon. I told the lady over the phone exactly what was the problem and asked for a quote. She told me they had to come out to do that. The lady who took my appointment told me that they technicians would call 10-15 minutes beforehand and she would email me their pictures so I knew who would be coming. The technician arrived in the timeframe, but never called and I never received a picture.
The technician was in my basement for a total of two minutes and then went out to his van to get the paperwork for my quote. He came back with a sheet of paper with tier pricing and told me it would be $771. When I told him no thank you, he went down to the next tier: $565.
What I would like to know is, if they knew it was a valve that needed to be replaced (which I told them over the phone) why couldn't they quote me the $771 instead of charging me the $69 to come out for literally 5 minutes total?!?
I promptly called and cancelled my appointment for an electrician and the lady on the line didn't even ask why I was cancelling. Obviously customer retention is not their focus, it is scamming people into paying for a "service call fee" when every other company will do it for free.
**UPDATE** The cost to fix the valve from a competitor was nearly HALF of what I was  quoted by Mister Quik. Do yourself a favor and look at the reviews and pending LAWSUITS on this company before asking them to come out and waste your time and money.
