These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

I have used Efficient Systems three times over the last month due to various needs associated with the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home. They are the most competent and professional HVAC technicians as well as plumbers and electricians I have ever know. It's reassuring to have such a group of service providers available!

I had a clogged pipe leading from the Ac unit in my home. This was causing water to leak in the room where it was located. The technician did not check this. The technician did not tighten my schrader valve after looking at the unit outside, then comes in and telling me my refrigerant is leaking inside(not the case). I got a second opinion on a new unit which was $3,000 lower. I got a third opinion and he saw  a pipe filling up with water, which was causing the water to leak (not refrigerant as Mr Quik stated). The new tech with the last company, flushed the clogged line and the filled up my refrigerant which was not previously leaking before Mr. Quik came out Tuesday. Do not use this company.....even in a pinch like I did. I've emailed a manager because I ended up paying almost $600 to have the Mr. Quik error fixed and no response over a week later. DISAPPOINTED doesn't even explain the situation. I would give them 0 stars if I could.  I believe they were trying to take advantage of me. Will be contacting corporate ASAP!
