Wondering why the name 21 Electric? Well, the name was created in honor of our 15-year-old son, Brody, who has Down Syndrome. Individuals with Down Syndrome have 3 copies of the 21st Chromosome, which is what makes them special. So, the 3 arrows in our logo represent the 3 copies and, of course, the 21 is the Chromosome. Our mission is to not just financially give to Down Syndrome of Indiana, but to raise awareness to others on their abilities and not so much their disabilities. We want to create a company that our family, our employees, and our customers can be proud of. About us.... 21 Electric is a female-owned and family operated business with over 100 years of experience in the electrical industry. We are proud to employ both men and women who have integrity and are hard-working, experienced and clean-cut. Wondering why the name 21 Electric? ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Tony started in the electrical trade shortly after he graduated from Roncalli H.S. 33 years ago. He started immediately into an apprenticeship program and quickly advanced into a foreman position at the age of 21 and was one of the youngest men at the company to hold this position. At the age of 24 he was promoted to General Foreman and worked on several major projects in the Indianapolis area. In 2010, he entered into the administrative side of the business and became a Project Manager and quickly advanced to Vice President and Estimator. After years of observing what to do and what not to do in the electrical industry, he and his wife decided to take the plunge and start 21 Electric!

Tony is also a huge Michigan fan, loves spending time with his big family and going out dancing with his wife, Kellie. Tony and Kellie have been together for 5 years and married for 2. Tony has 3 children (Kennedy, Colyn, and Kailee) and a new grandson named Roman!

I sent a message to them on Saturday and on Tuesday I already had my new electrical wall outlet installed.

When I called I spoke with Kennedy. She was very sweet and professional and answered all of my questions. I sent a follow up question on Yelp about them being insured and she replied they are indeed insured and bonded.

My electrician called 10 minutes before arrival. Hi name is Paul and he was very nice and professional as well. He did an ex Ellen's job installing the outlet. He was quick, cleaned up after himself with a vacuum and just seemed like a nice guy.

I'm shocked more people haven't commented on this company because they really great. I did find 13 more unrecommended comments and not sure why. They were very positive .My experience was awesome all the way around. Best quote I'd gotten and I paid exactly what I expected to.

Great job, guys! I will work with you will recommend you to as many as possible!

As the entrance to our neighborhood had its lights malfunctioning, most electricians would not touch the job because they considered commercial. 21 Electric responded right away, and got everything wired in beautifully.

I wish all home projects were as easy as working with 21 Electric. From my initial inquiry to the installation of a new outlet for a garage refrigerator, I was impressed with their responsiveness and knowledge. Their prices were fair (time and material) and they were able to complete the project within a few days after I reached out. We will be repeat customers the next time we have any electrical needs.

We had a major power outage in our neighborhood that took out our service panel completely and permanently. IPL shut us down until repairs were made. 21 Electric rearranged their schedule to arrive at 6AM the next morning. They assessed situation, provided quote (not that we were in a position shop around), and got busy making repairs. Took most of the day. We very much appreciated their prompt attention as we headed into a 90 degree weekend with no power. Great job. Saving to Contacts!

Can't say enough good stuff about these guys. The cost was fair and reasonable. The tech was professional and knowledgeable.

I had reached out to others that wanted $900 to replace 8 wall switches. They did the same work for an hourly rate.

The work was stellar. I will use them again without hesitation.

We had some issues which caused us to lose power completely in one room and partially lose power in another room and a bathroom. Scheduling was easy over the phone. Paul called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival and he arrived on time. He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He went through each of the three rooms to diagnose the issue, found it, and fixed it. I would recommend using 21 Electric.

Fantastic Job. I needed to move an electrical box to install a new light. They double checked twice to ensure work would be completed correctly and had the work done in no time.
