They gave me a free quote which is rare for electricians and most importantly are honest guys. Several things I had asked them about adding to my home they suggested not to bother with since it would be a waste of money. Exceptional overall experience! We needed a ceiling fan hung to replace the original one that lost a blade. The price was reasonable and service was great. They called to say the technician Shemar could be at our house earlier than requested. That was fine with me and worked out well. He was efficient, friendly and worked quickly. He cleaned up after and took the old fixture for recycling. We will use them again.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. We are currently renovating our home and as a result have met with many, many contractors for various work needed and were elated to finally have a very transparent, easy, and professional experience.

Our electrician Mark was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and tidy leaving no mess to clean up. Very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and the issue was resolved because it was a simple fix. Had an issue with my fluorescent fixture in my kitchen not coming on after changing the tubes. Saw that this business had great reviews through Yelp, reached out, and they responded within 5 minutes. He could have come out the same day but I had a conflict and could not make the window of time on Friday afternoon, but he came out the very next morning (Saturday). I appreciate that these guys were very professional, prompt, and always kept in communication from the initial point of contact. Within 20 minutes they installed a brand new fixture with LED lighting that now shines bright like a diamond and I won't have to replace the tubes for at least 45 years! Their service was reasonably priced and to top it off they cleaned up to make sure they left the area spotless where they did the repair. Will definitely be using these guys again in the soon to near future for other services!

I was very fortunate to have same day service with Jack.  He had repaired and replaced a lighting fixture in our master bedroom closet.  Prior to coming to the house, he had made a recommendation for the best fixture when he purchased at Lowes.

And thanks Larry for wearing your  booties in the house and taking  them off when in the garage without my having to ask.  I will be asking for Larry in the future.

I called Abacus plumbing yesterday to set up appointment to have water heater gas control changed out; the appointment was set. I took a day off work which cost money and time. I emailed several times to be told they will be out by end of day; this was after I told them I didn't want this to turn into a Im sorry we can't make it out today situation. my wife called and was told the same thing. They called around 6 and asked what my schedule looks like for tomorrow.., Do not do business with this company they don't give prices over phone and will not give you a firm time window; only to call with we had several emergency throughout the day BS excuse. They knew I only had one day and my situation.... business is so good for them to be able to treat customers like this.... Give a price estimate, time and communicate don't hide behind emails and BS crisis stories....
