I recently purchased a house in the Heights that had many minor electric issues according to the inspection report.  I finally got around to searching for an electrical company to take care of all of these issues.  I found Paul Richard Electric on Yelp and was able to schedule a technician to come out right away, even though my work was not an emergency.  When Ryan arrived, he went over the inspection report with me and was able to identify the issues that required immediate attention.  He patiently answered all my questions and was able to figure out which remote controls went to which fans, blinds, etc., which pieces of equipment were not working, which switches went to which lighting, etc.  He corrected some issues with the electrical panels.  The electric system in the house had some quirks that were not evident which resulted in all the electricity going out in the garage later that night.  Ryan came back early the next morning to quickly take care of the remaining issues.  I was very pleased with the work that Ryan performed and will definitely be using this business in the future for all of my electrical needs!

Our electrician Mark was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and tidy leaving no mess to clean up. Also, and perhaps most importantly, the owner Ian was professional, polite, and displayed a lot of integrity.

Yovani was the most professional and organized electrician that responded to my request for a quote. He did everything he said he would and left nothing for us to question. He arrived when he promised he would and clearly communicated with us along the way as the job progressed. He was respectful to our home and time. He gave us some tips as well on how to save some money on various inquiries that we really APPRECIATED! He completed the work he came for today in about two hours and we scheduled him to come back and install recessed lighting throughout our entire home next week. We have been doing major renovations to our home since closing escrow and he has over delivered on all of his promises thus far!

Daniel and his team came in and got our electric project knocked out in a very timely manner.  Other than needing to have the main power disconnected for several hours to swap out the main panel, we hardly knew they were here.  Awesome work.  Very professional.

Appointment arrival was on time. Tech was efficient. Installed a Ring Doorbell in about 20 minutes, helped me with the app, showed me a couple of tricks, bells and whistles. Will be calling them again for our business account.

This company is awesome.  They installed four recessed lights in my master bedroom.  They are professional and their work ethics are magnificent.  Pete and his wife are indeed the best.

Got hosed by this guy whose simple rewiring to an internal fixture didn't hold up for even 6 months. When asked, he insisted on another $150 just to come admire their previous mistakes rather than at least agreeing to stand behind his previous work.  Owner was also quite condescending on the phone as well, which never helps.

Sorry, I can tolerate incompetent-but-nice or competent-but-rude, but I can't tolerate incompetent AND rude... Fortunately, this was revealed on a little a little gig. Needing a new electrical box, downstairs wiring and with an addition four months away, I still have plenty of time to find competent/trustworthy pro with better customer service skills.

Brian did an amazing job installing some window shades I bought online. He fixed the holes in my walls, hung up a mirror I needed help with, reinforced all my other pictures and hangings so they were secure, and made sure everything was to my liking. He even fixed my squeaking door on his way out! Brian was very efficient with his time and was very professional. He even brought his own booties so the house wouldn't get dirty! I would definitely recommend Brian and this company for any handyman needs. They respond quickly and were readily available on short notice. My money was well spent!

I routinely try to support local area businesses. I gave Mr. Electric a try with an electrical issue and was not disappointed. I experienced a quick response, professional service and competitive pricing. Will use again!

Quick response on Yelp Platform. The Master Electrician addressed both concerns in my kitchen and garage, and executed what was agreed upon within a reasonable amount of time. Price was worth it for me.

I called 3 or 4 places to get a quote on a panel box service. Wes answered all my questions and quoted the least for a full replacement. Johnathon came over to inspect my panel box after my A/C compressor blew a line and tripped and fried the breaker.

Johnathon said that my panel was too old to service and that breakers was not replacable due to faulty parts. I had an old Federal Pacific Electrical box that are known to fail suddenly and be hazardous. He said the only way to keep from the breakers from shorting out again was to install a new box and all new breakers. He quoted me $1900 for parts, labor, and warranty - only a few hundred more than what Wes said they stared at. I approved the estimate and Johnathon moved his schedule around to start repairs the next morning to get my A/C running again.

He arrived on time and got the installation done in 4 hours - new box and breakers. The installation was tidy and he cleaned up the mess well. Overall, very professional, courteous, and good workmanship.

I had two water heaters replaced for $5000.  I was in a hurry so I did not get a second quote.  Their tech that quoted me cited additional work due to the location in my attic as to the reason for the high price.  Turns out they did none of the extra work.  Getting a follow up quote later I found this job should have been $3500.   These guys did adequate work and finished when they said they would, but please get a second quote.  You will be glad you did.
