From the beginning, it was so easy to schedule with Veteran Electric, they got back to me within minutes of requesting service and got me scheduled for a convenient time. Larry helped us with some electrical panel repairs we needed for the new house we recently bought. He arrived promptly and got right to work. He noticed that there was an inconsistency that the inspector hadn't noted and that he hadn't seen in his 20 years of electrician work, and took the time to research to make sure that it was safe to have in our home because he said he wouldn't have felt right leaving without knowing that it was safe! All around professional who pays close attention to details, would highly recommend this company to friends, family and obviously strangers!

Prior to the day of upgrade the business was 5 stars.
Upgrade day they moved to a 3 - lack of communication between their employees and contacting Center Point. - CP came to the home at 3 to turn on the lights but Mr E wasn't done yet. So CP left. Mr E supposedly called CP at 5pm to finish the work, and told us CP could be out by 7pm. Long story short, CP never got the call Mr E left the house at 5pm with a family of 8 sitting outside in 100 temps/humidity and mosquitoes- with 2 family members having special medical conditions.
CP stated they could be out by 7am the following day.- not good! Now I got involved and called the Mr Electric company and asked for a hotel compensation for the medical kids, they agreed. 1/2 the family stayed the night in a reasonable hotel of $70+ tax (remember Houston) and followed up by emailing the receipt to their recommended email, and I have yet to receive payment. - so I drop to a 3 star.
Now a month later, my electric box is popping breakers. I reached out via the website as calling is a hassle, but I will tomorrow during business hours.
Mr. Electric could respond to email inquiries via the internet form on their page.
They want to sell their services, but once you use them they could care less about keeping their customers. I am not happy with their business, and I have reached out via website, now I have moved on via Facebook.
This matter has become personal to the fact that their work could lead to a home fire and as of now if the investigation proves the fire was electrical this Mr. Electric in Katy will be sued.
But that is why they get 1.5 stars, I really should give .5

Had a few quotes from different companies, some larger names, but Conquer was very responsive, great value, followed up, texted me eta upon arrival. I wasn't able to be present(wish I could have) due to work and needing to get this project completed. He relocated and upgraded our main panel, ran an exterior plug for a water softener, fixed a couple interior plug issues, ran an additional circuit(required trenching), and added multiple plugs in the 3 car garage for us, two garage door opener on the ceiling, and extra wall plugs, which also included a 220V(50 amp) for future EV charging.
All in all, very satisfied and will be using him again for future projects, including exterior lighting.

Ace electrical services came out and installed our new high bay lighting for our detail shop. They scheduled us next day which was great because we were on a deadline with a few of our clients. Came out and installed job from start to finish in one day and now we have triple the lighting we did before. Our detail bay was left clean, organized and well-lit. They didn't leave one piece of trash or garbage anywhere. We will be using them for our future projects.

Very subjective and unprofessional business practice. Went with A1 Plus Electrical instead who did a much better job diagnosing my problem than Brotherly Love Electric did.

Brian did an amazing job installing some window shades I bought online. He fixed the holes in my walls, hung up a mirror I needed help with, reinforced all my other pictures and hangings so they were secure, and made sure everything was to my liking. He even fixed my squeaking door on his way out! Brian was very efficient with his time and was very professional. He even brought his own booties so the house wouldn't get dirty! Today I have called Mr Electric 7 times. Endless recordings and menu he'll over and over . I left a message where they said you would get a callback. The call came....again endless recordings. I own several apartment complexes and am changing from gas to electric. Need help for water heaters and stoves and requiring. Huge jobs. But they obviously could not care less. They have done very good work several times for me but it is impossible to get help or talk with a live person. I am now calling where a live person eventually picks up the phone. Do they even care at all?

I have moved into my Mom's house that was built in 1970 to care for her. I used Abacus a few times for smaller projects and did not get multiple quotes. The technicians were always very communicative, timely, kind, considerate, and helpful. They always tidied up before they left.
I had a problem wit the AC just at the beginning of summer so I called Abacus. The technician recommended a new ac and heater. Whoa!! I wasn't prepared to spend $13,000! So I got to more companies to come out. The second company said it could be replaced for $7,000. The last company was one whose business card I found on the side of the fridge. They came out and told me they had been servicing her ac and heater twice a year for goodness knows how many years. They had not been able to reach her and assumed she had passed away (Mom is 93 and can hardly eat so doesn't answer the phone). He checked it out and came out of the attic in about 39 minutes. He said it was fixed, very small repair. Needless to say his business card is on the front of the fridge!
I am so disappointed that Abacus tried to take advantage of us. I really liked so much about Abacus but I cannot dismiss.
