Best Outlet Installation in Houston TX
Veteran Electric went above and beyond our expectations. They were on-time, friendly, and they got the job done exactly how we wanted it. They even made a trip out to the hardware store (no extra cost) to purchase a last minute change that we wanted. Their price was competitive against other local companies (not the lowest, but lower than most). Our final price ended up being much less than the quote due to the fact that there was some work that wasn't necessary once they got a look behind the walls. They could've charged the quoted price and I wouldn't have known any different. It's nice to find a honest company that does such great work and has awesome customer service. This will be my go to electrical company from now on and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.

I had a blown fuse in my breaker box on a hot Sunday night. I called and Paul came out and replaced it which allowed us to have working air conditioning. Paul was professional, courteous, thorough, and most of all, very safe. I highly recommend.

My GOODNESS! Mr. Electric and Mr. Jeremy was so kind and very professional! No funny over the top jargon.. straight shooter.
Woke up to the all the restroom circuits upstairs and downstairs to be out.
Was a simple fix and was very knowledgeable. Also got an estimate, with a payment plan to redo the breaker box.
Definitely reccomend! Especially to all my gals Yelpers afraid to get scammed or overpriced!

I have to say I was in a bind. Just bought a new home and purchased some electrical appliance that just didn't seem to work. Conquer Electrical came in and immediately knew the issue. He was able to fix it on the spot at a very reasonable price taking into consideration our financial strain. I would certainly call on them again. Friendly, courteous and reasonable just my kind of company.

We were faced with Laura, a Cat 4 hurricane, coming to Houston and I was so worried about these 3 windows on the second floor of my house, pretty high up there (above a staircase), that I wouldn't be able to get to to put plastic on in case projectiles busted through the windows. Geovanny, as busy as he is, was kind enough to come by this morning before the storm was supposed to hit, and placed boards on those windows, giving me much relief. His price was very reasonable. He's an awesome person & great handyman, who I will continue to use in the future and refer to all my friends & acquaintances. The storm is headed in another direction now, but we are still going to get strong winds and I've decided to keep these boards up until the end of Hurricane season for peace of mind. Thank you again Geovanny!

This is a complete Yelp success story! Our 3 year old Maytag dishwasher suddenly would not power up. Got on yelp to find a appliance repair man, he came out told us we need an electrician. Ok, got back on Yelp found Ace, liked the reviews and book them online through Yelp. There was some sort of booking error between Yelp and Ace. I selected the 2-5pm slot but somehow that was submitted to Ace as a 7-10pm slot! That choice did not even exist! I did not expect anyone to show up. However, Ace called me around 6:30, to confirm my slot. They had an electrician available, it was still early, and my wife and I are tired of washing dishes by hand! He showed up around 7:30 and quickly was able to diagnose the problem. The Home Depot installation was a complete disaster. The idiots spliced a plug install with a hard wire install. It was not done correct. The wiring actually shorted out, should have flipped a breaker but did not. We had a hot wire that could have caused a fire. Thanks to Yelp we had the right man on the job. He wired the dishwasher correctly. He replaced a faulty light switch. 45 minutes later, the dishwasher was back on and goodbye hand washing dishes! $200 bucks well spent. Ace is great, Yelp is great, and our lives are improved. Love this app, used to be an elite, but still use this app as a solid resource to get through life and find great BBQ.

They put in a transfer switch and 50 amp RV connection at my house. They were super nice, responsive, and thorough. They took time and explained everything to me and also helped me think out what circuits would be best to power during an outage. I'm super happy with them and highly recommend them.
Also, they were super easy to book and pay. I'm really happy.

Last electrician didn't setup my breaker box correctly and still couldn't come out to fix it. Mr. Electric can out, told what was wrong, and fixed it in a day.

Otis and his crew were the only ones out if six local electricians to call me back. They not only were able to get me in the next day, but they arrived ahead of schedule. Otis kept me updated on the price during the process and always thoroughly explained what the issues were. We will 100% call him again and thoroughly recommend him and his crew!

Grounded was the most responsive, affordable, and quickest when we needed a panel replaced. Highly recommend!

Eric came out promptly to provide an estimate and determined we can go with a different solution for the problem. He was extremely friendly, prompt and informative. Recommended based on honesty alone. Much appreciated, Eric!

I was very fortunate to have same day service with Jack. He had repaired and replaced a lighting fixture in our master bedroom closet. Prior to coming to the house, he had made a recommendation for the best fixture when he purchased at Lowes.
No job is too big or small for him. Very personable, showed up promptly within the time window and very efficient in his work. Well done! I will be using him for all my future electrical needs.

I'll start by saying I had a terrible experience and would not recommend Harmony Electric to any of my friends or colleagues.
1) The electrician gave me an hour advance notice call and arrived an hour and 45 minutes later.
2) I was given the company's hourly rate but was not notified that it was a flat rate with a one hour minimum (no prorating). The work performed by the electrician took 30 minutes and when it came time to pay, we called the company's office to provide our credit card number. This is when we were notified that although the work only took 30 minutes that they will be charging me for the full hourly rate. When I tried to explain to the company that this was not previously explained to me, the lady representative (Laura) began raising her voice and yelling at me (talk about poor customer service). She flat out called me a liar (again, poor customer service) and said that the company fully explained to me their hourly rate policy prior to performing their services (which they did not and was the reason I was surprised in the first place). Reluctantly, I had my girlfriend call the company and pay them over the phone.
3) When my girlfriend called to pay, she (girlfriend) also tried to get an explanation of why we were being charged for a full hour's work when the electrician only took half an hour. The representative of the company (which repeatedly kept saying she was the owner's wife) also began yelling at my girlfriend (for a third time, poor customer service) telling her that things were explained to us beforehand.
We ended up paying the full rate partly out of frustration and partly due to the yelling of the company's representative. I'd also like to mention that the company's findings were to call the energy company. It seemed very unreasonable to pay full rate for 1) half an hours worth of work and 2) to get a call the energy company answer.
I would never EVER recommend this company to anyone.

10/30/2017 Dear Andrew,
Every customer is advised of our hourly rate and that the only time we can guarantee arrival time is first call in the morning. We cannot pay an employee to sit and wait for you to come home. I don't raise my voice or call people liars and I don't tell people I am the owner's wife because I am the owner. I will defend employees that I know are honorable if you falsely accuse them. Most service companies have a service rate and I'm sorry you didn't understand that. You did not pay the full rate as we gave you a discount to try to make you happy because you didn't understand the service rate. Our technician called you to inform you he was on his way but there was no answer, so he went to the next call and called you again when he was free to attempt to service you again. We found that the problem was a power company issue and advised you to call them. That saved you a lot of money. I'm sorry if you were unhappy with our attempt to service you.
My response to above:
1. I had someone at my residence the entire time. Your employee did not wait one second for someone to arrive at my residence.
2. You indeed did raise your voice and did indeed call me a liar.
3. I did not falsely accuse your employees of anything
4. I do understand that service companies have a service rate. I think what you do not understand is that it was not clearly communicated to me. You're starting to sound very condescending like you did when we initially interacted on the phone.
5. Your technician called me to tell me he was running late because he didn't have his GPS to input my address. There was no instance in which he called and I did not answer my phone. Again, sounds like you're making stuff up to CYA.
6. My only regret is not having our call recorded so that everyone can listen to the way you talk to your clients and potential clients. After reading all the reviews of your service company, it appears that all those with unfavorable reviews have the same thing in common: lack of communication on behalf of your company and lack of respect by you/your representatives to customers. I would not go out of my way to post this unfavorable update review but I will not tolerate a false statement posted by you/your company in response to my initial review.

The only positive is that they have decent prices but apparently you get what you pay for. They dropped workers at my house who supposedly didn't speak English to dog with zero supervision. The told these people to dig before the utility guy came out to mark the lines. I went out and asked them did they cut my ATT line and they all said no. I didn't believe them so I started walking the Trevino and of course one of them said maybe over there. Of course that's where it was very clear that they had cut a line. They bold faced lied bc the one who said over there wasn't the one digging in that area so they all knew. At the same time I'm out here looking at this cut like the utilities guy comes up to me and says he was here to mark the lines and they weren't supposed to start digging until he marked them. He also stated that I was lucky that they didn't hit the gas line. So not only were they negligent but lied and would have covered it up if I hadn't checked behind them. I feel that Mr. Electric should have supervised these people who weren't even their employees instead of dropping them at my home and leaving it for me to supervise. Considering these people weren't employees I doubt they even ran background checks or knew their full names since they were just there to dig. Also Mr. Electric left them to start digging knowing the lines weren't marked which was beyond negligence and dangerous. All the guy from Mr. Electric said was well they don't know English. A lie considering they understood enough to lie and then tell me the truth when they knew the damage would be discovered. He didn't apologize or give an explanation of why he left them to dig without the lines being marked. Lastly there were about five workers and they all camped out on my neighbor's lawn. I don't believe anyone should camp out on another's lawn without permission however they could of at least stayed on the property they were servicing. If they aren't going to teach these people how to conduct themselves then they surely shouldn't leave them unsupervised at a clients house. This company was negligent and didn't take enough responsibility to give me a simple apology.

Today we had a problem with the electricity going to our new oven. At 4:30 pm we called and got an appointment for the same day. Jose came out within 20 minutes and replaced a breaker. Our oven installer was able to complete the install same day. Thanks Abacus. We will be a loyal customer.
