We called George at Contessa Stone to come give us a quote for a new fireplace mantle and overmantle. He came and looked at the fireplace we had and worked with us on a design that both my wife and I loved. He gave us a timeframe for the stone delivery and the installation and Mario who did the installation of the Stone was really great. He truly cared about the work and took his time to make sure it was done right. The whole process was really smooth and any small issues were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend George, Mario and Contessa Stone to anyone.

I've known Tim Mullooly for over 10 years. He built the patio I designed in the picture above for a good friend of mine. In 2009, Mullooly Construction remodeled our house inside while we lived here. He phased the work. Performed very well, and coordinated his subcontractors well. I recommended Tim to several other friends and he did a great job for them too. I even recommended him for a remodel of a rental house our church owns. A couple years ago I hired him to oversee the replacement of our old windows. Tim is honest, completely trustworthy and does quality work. My background was in commercial construction so I know quality when I see it.

How often do people have nice things to say about their contractor?  Luke at Vista General is amazing.  

This is the second time I've used his company in a major remodel and I'm just as happy as ever.  What's more, I've referred other people to hire Luke and they too sign his praises and, I'm told, are hiring him for more work.

I love my wood, it looks beautiful because of their workmanship.  They were always concerned that it looked the best it could while installing my wood.  Fair price and meticulous!

Called this company late on a Friday. Al came out Monday. He kept in touch as to what time he'd be out to fix our fire sprinkler system. He gave us a quote over the phone and kept his word. He had to replace a valve. We were very impressed with his professionalism. He's knowledgeable and would definitely call again if we have any more problems with our fire system. Thank you very much!

Let me just start at the top because that is what they did. First Don the owner of the company came out and spoke to my wife and I. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He also has a great inviting personality. He offered lots of great ideas while listening to all input of what my wife and I wanted.

Next the real boss Lori who is Dons wife came out. She followed up with making sure all the T's were crossed and all the I's were dotted as they say. She is great at communicating and coordinating everything . She also has a great inviting personality.

Heather who was the field manager and direct contact person for us did an excellent job of keeping things on track. If things did not go the way my wife and I wanted she was right there to make sure things were taken care of to the satisfaction of my wife and I. We were always able to reach out to both Lori and Heather and they get right back to us.

We also like that they are open to suggestions and want to know if there are any areas of concern so that they can address the employees to make sure moving forward that the area of concern is not something that will happen again. They truly aim to please.

Now as far as the craftsmanship. All we can say is WOW, WOW, WOW!

Rick and Barry did a fantastic job on two bathroom remodels for us. We had some last minute additions to the scope of work and they accommodated without any issues at all. I hired W. C. Ahl to improve my kitchen lighting. They advised me on my options to get the best result for my project and provided very helpful suggestions. They already had kitchen lights much better than what I had found on my own. They came when they said and cleaned up afterward. They did a beautiful job, which comes with a lifetime guarantee. I am very pleased with the results. Even though this was a small project for a general contractor, they gave it their full attention. They came very highly recommended and now I would very highly recommend them as well.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. Mario and his brother were very professional and worked around my schedule to get the job finished. Quality craftsmanship and competitive pricing.

Our dishwasher failed while we were away and the significant water damage (about which we initially were unaware) not only slowly created mold inside our walls; it ruined most of our kitchen cabinetry. Since our house was built in 1984 the kitchen had been updated but never fully remodeled (including the original fluorescent lighting and drop-ceiling!).  We had no intention to undergo such significant a project but the timing would never be better.

Our insurer provided a list of its approved contractors but because the economy is so strong here in AZ, few responded and even fewer provided a bid (of the 18 GC's contacted). During the mold remediation process (a terrible experience we wish upon no one!), we were referred to Copper State Remodeling, a fully licensed and bonded General Contractor.  Are we ever grateful!

Mike Byrnes, its owner, came to our home the same day we contacted him and expediently provided a comprehensive bid:  Seal the rest of the house off (we lived in it throughout...), repair walls post-mold remediation, demo/remove all cabinets, drop ceiling and equally dated lighting, etc. His crew then installed new drywall/texture, redesigned our HVAC (making it more efficient), fully upgraded LED lighting, painted, and even completed minor structural improvements.

Mike as project manager, most capably coordinated and oversaw each subcontractor, the cabinetry company, appliance delivery/install, and the granite fabrication/install. Each and every individual who came into our home was the utmost in professionalism, competence, consideration, and also friendliness--including being most dog-friendly!

Copper State Remodeling was competitive in its bid.  Most of all though, we appreciate the significant added value Mike and his team brought to our home.  We're extremely satisfied and fully enjoying our new kitchen and family room--including its previously 'hidden' vaulted ceilings.

I had Southwest Building Solutions build a turn-key 40x40 steel building on my property in a county island in Northern Peoria. When I called, Aaron came out the same day. They had permits within a week, and my building is up after less than 6 weeks since I called. The building is beautiful and it's very well built. Thanks to Craig, Aaron, Chad, Scott, and everyone who helped.

I only let the best and talented people to work in my home. I needed new custom cabinets added to my new home. I contacted keith to do the job. If you want a perfect job then there is only one person to call. He will be my go to guy as long as I live. He is a gentleman snd a fantastic human being. He cares 100% about all his customers. Beware!  Owner Trond Matteson is unreliable and undependable.  I first used him to do artificial turf on my front yard a year ago on reference from friends.  Although the job was completed there were issues that he promised to fix several times but never did.  I recently decided to do my back yard and decided to give him a second chance since we have so many mutual friends, yet this recent experience with him has been horrible.  I asked him to come look at my yard and give me a quote, and he said he would come by the next day.  2 days later without coming to see my yard, he asked me to measure the yard and send him the dimensions.  Once I did that he agreed to do the job and said he would be here Thursday to do it.  After not showing up on Thursday I contacted him that afternoon to ask where he was and he said he had a funeral to go to and couldn't make it.  He promised he would be here on Friday.  He never showed up on Friday and no word from him until Saturday morning when he texted and said he would be at my home in an hour.  He never showed again!  Later that day at 3pm he called and said he couldn't come until Monday.  I told him to forget it and said I couldn't ever trust that he would show up after letting me down 3 days in a row.  He pleaded with me to reconsider and swore he would be here personally Monday morning before the sun came up to do the job and promised I would be happy.  Big surprise....he never showed up again!  4 days in a row he said he would be here to do the job and never showed up.  Do not believe anything he says and don't use this company!  I was hoping to have my yard done for Mother's Day but guess that won't happen!
