We called George at Contessa Stone to come give us a quote for a new fireplace mantle and overmantle. He came and looked at the fireplace we had and worked with us on a design that both my wife and I loved. He gave us a timeframe for the stone delivery and the installation and Mario who did the installation of the Stone was really great. He truly cared about the work and took his time to make sure it was done right. The whole process was really smooth and any small issues were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend George, Mario and Contessa Stone to anyone.

I've known Tim Mullooly for over 10 years. He built the patio I designed in the picture above for a good friend of mine. In 2009, Mullooly Construction remodeled our house inside while we lived here. He phased the work. Performed very well, and coordinated his subcontractors well. I recommended Tim to several other friends and he did a great job for them too. I even recommended him for a remodel of a rental house our church owns. A couple years ago I hired him to oversee the replacement of our old windows. Tim is honest, completely trustworthy and does quality work. My background was in commercial construction so I know quality when I see it.

How often do people have nice things to say about their contractor?  Luke at Vista General is amazing.  

This is the second time I've used his company in a major remodel and I'm just as happy as ever.  What's more, I've referred other people to hire Luke and they too sign his praises and, I'm told, are hiring him for more work.

We had Lollis add some custom doors onto our office/den. They were great to work with. Very friendly and professional and did just what we wanted. I highly recommend them for most any work you need done in your home!

Joel and his son were extremely professional and friendly! They were also very accommodating with their time. They installed a new patio section for us, updated the current patio, did some crown molding and fireplace work as well. All of it came out fantastic! We will definitely be using them again. For any home projects - these are your guys!

I had spoken with 4 different companies to inspect and repair my house fire sprinkler system in Scottsdale.  I'm selling my house through corporate relocation and the relocation inspector had limited understanding of fire sprinklers.  Larry provided honest and practical advice that avoided unnecessary repairs.  I didn't receive the similar level of consult and advice from other companies.  Very much appreciate his honesty and top notch expertise/service.  Highly recommend and big thank you again!

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

Let me just start at the top because that is what they did. First Don the owner of the company came out and spoke to my wife and I. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He also has a great inviting personality. He offered lots of great ideas while listening to all input of what my wife and I wanted.

Next the real boss Lori who is Dons wife came out. She followed up with making sure all the T's were crossed and all the I's were dotted as they say. She is great at communicating and coordinating everything . She also has a great inviting personality.

Heather who was the field manager and direct contact person for us did an excellent job of keeping things on track. If things did not go the way my wife and I wanted she was right there to make sure things were taken care of to the satisfaction of my wife and I. We were always able to reach out to both Lori and Heather and they get right back to us.

We also like that they are open to suggestions and want to know if there are any areas of concern so that they can address the employees to make sure moving forward that the area of concern is not something that will happen again. They truly aim to please.

Now as far as the craftsmanship. All we can say is WOW, WOW, WOW!

Rick and Barry did a fantastic job on two bathroom remodels for us. We had some last minute additions to the scope of work and they accommodated without any issues at all. I hired W. C. Ahl to improve my kitchen lighting. They advised me on my options to get the best result for my project and provided very helpful suggestions. They already had kitchen lights much better than what I had found on my own. They came when they said and cleaned up afterward. They did a beautiful job, which comes with a lifetime guarantee. I am very pleased with the results. Even though this was a small project for a general contractor, they gave it their full attention. They came very highly recommended and now I would very highly recommend them as well.

Work was done in two parts:
Initially raised ceiling in kitchen, moved washer and dryer to garage from kitchen, installed new lighting, and painted.
Second part involved total kitchen remodel with removing walls to create open space; new cabinets, granite, lighting.
MK remodeling did a beautiful job remodeling my kitchen. I had my kitchen gutted and completely redone. They are very professional; they completed the kitchen in a timely manner and went out of their way to make me happy. Kristina designed my kitchen; she has a natural talent for understanding what you want (and has excellent taste). Mike is wonderful to work with and will always go out of his way to make sure things are done to your satisfaction.They made a big project easy by handling everything.
This honestly was not an inexpensive endeavor, but I am a believer in you get what you pay for.  This is the third time I have used MK remodeling and would absolutely use them again for any future project  that I may have.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. Mario and his brother were very professional and worked around my schedule to get the job finished. Quality craftsmanship and competitive pricing.

Our dishwasher failed while we were away and the significant water damage (about which we initially were unaware) not only slowly created mold inside our walls; it ruined most of our kitchen cabinetry. Since our house was built in 1984 the kitchen had been updated but never fully remodeled (including the original fluorescent lighting and drop-ceiling!).  We had no intention to undergo such significant a project but the timing would never be better.

Our insurer provided a list of its approved contractors but because the economy is so strong here in AZ, few responded and even fewer provided a bid (of the 18 GC's contacted). During the mold remediation process (a terrible experience we wish upon no one!), we were referred to Copper State Remodeling, a fully licensed and bonded General Contractor.  Are we ever grateful!

Mike Byrnes, its owner, came to our home the same day we contacted him and expediently provided a comprehensive bid:  Seal the rest of the house off (we lived in it throughout...), repair walls post-mold remediation, demo/remove all cabinets, drop ceiling and equally dated lighting, etc. His crew then installed new drywall/texture, redesigned our HVAC (making it more efficient), fully upgraded LED lighting, painted, and even completed minor structural improvements.

Mike as project manager, most capably coordinated and oversaw each subcontractor, the cabinetry company, appliance delivery/install, and the granite fabrication/install. Each and every individual who came into our home was the utmost in professionalism, competence, consideration, and also friendliness--including being most dog-friendly!

Copper State Remodeling was competitive in its bid.  Most of all though, we appreciate the significant added value Mike and his team brought to our home.  We're extremely satisfied and fully enjoying our new kitchen and family room--including its previously 'hidden' vaulted ceilings.

I had Southwest Building Solutions build a turn-key 40x40 steel building on my property in a county island in Northern Peoria. When I called, Aaron came out the same day. They had permits within a week, and my building is up after less than 6 weeks since I called. The building is beautiful and it's very well built. Thanks to Craig, Aaron, Chad, Scott, and everyone who helped.

I only let the best and talented people to work in my home. I needed new custom cabinets added to my new home. I contacted keith to do the job. If you want a perfect job then there is only one person to call. He will be my go to guy as long as I live. He is a gentleman snd a fantastic human being. He cares 100% about all his customers. After we discovered that annoying neighbors were moving in next door it became a priority to add a level of blocks to our neighboring fence wall. My husband had the idea of us doing it ourselves and after seeing all that went into the job I nixed it real quick! I wanted this job done and finished within the next week. I was referred to David by another Mason and it was a great referral. David gave me the lowest quote and could come in 3 days! They came this morning and laid 80 ft of block, cleaned up and it was done in about 2 hours. They were very nice, professional, fast and got the job done right. I'm happy!

Do NOT conduct business with Trond Matteson. As this point will be taking next steps to move to legal proceedings to recover my deposit that he has refused to give back to me. As other review states, broken promises and more. Very unethical business person. Has broken the documented contract he gave me. He has stolen my money and refuses to give it back. Again I would never recommend anyone ever do business with Trond Matteson ever.
