One of the most honest and best contractors one could work with.  Only problem is that there are not enough Glenn's to go around.  I highly recommend Glenn and his team.

We hired Nordic Improvements for a kitchen remodel and new bathroom addition. They were professional, friendly, patient, and upfront through the entire process - from planning to completion and followup. We asked for several changes along the way and the Nordic team was flexible and fair with adjusting prices. For instance, we decided to extend new flooring into the dining room, ordered our own appliances, and picked some higher-end and hard to install sink hardware. We will be hiring Nordic again and highly recommend their services!

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Tyson was recommended from a friend.  He turned a den into a bedroom for us.   Framed a wall, closet, and door.    Overall the price was great, job was done quickly, and no complaints on the workmanship.   He did take a little awhile to get back to me and had to schedule the job a few weeks out, sounded busy, but I take that as a sign of a good contractor.   Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Home Time Bathrooms was amazing! We needed to remove a tub and install a more accessible shower for dad. John was amazing! He provided us great options, suggested products to make pops life easier and safer and worked with us on a customized bench to meet his needs. The products were absolutely beautiful, and the little touches of trim and care were far above what I was expecting. It turned out amazing! John took care of everything from start to finish. Checking on the work and provided great updates to pop and myself.

Having done a bathroom remodel a few years earlier the price was great compared to the quotes that we got and paid. The work was quick and the crew was super respectful and clean! We are so very happy with pops new bathroom and highly recommend!

Jim's group is excellent. The entire team takes pride in a job done right. Jim and his team are very responsive. They answer phone messages and address your questions promptly.  I would not hesitate to use them again and would definetly refer them to friends or family.  The team is trustworthy and honest.

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jacqueline for a number of years. Jacqueline was the Interior designer for our latest project, a home remodel in Ramona, CA. Jacqueline was able to assemble a team that completed the project within the aggressive time frame without sacrificing style or quality, Her understanding of the clients needs, coupled with a keen design sense, make to whole remodeling process simple for all involved. The clients were extremely satisfied! I look forward to working with Jacqueline again!

I was referred to Ron at Home Heros by the Monique Walker real estate team when I sold my house and had to make some
warranty repairs before closing.

Ron was quick professional and right on budget with all of the repairs. Made it very easy and seamless.  I highly recommend this handy man.

SUBCONTRACTORS BEWARE...we worked on several projects for this company  and they refused to pay for completed work. After months of waiting we informed Kristen that we have the right to place mechanics liens against the properties where work was performed and she texted back saying ok. Our crew was cursed at and told to do more work than was originally agreed upon. She is a huge nightmare to do work for and at the end will only end up refusing to pay.  We did great work on her jobs so quality of work is not the issue, she is the issue. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS.

Homeowners should not do business with someone who is willing to allow subcontractors to place a lien against their homes because she doesn't pay.

BEWARE AZSD INSTALLATION!!

We had AZSD install 2 custom frameless shower doors in our home near Casa Grande which we had to purchase through Lowes.

Both doors leak. According to Phil, the head installer, frameless doors leak. That's just the way it is.

Really?

Phil has ZERO customer service skills. He was LOUD, rude, and condescending.

Interestingly, we had Excellent results with AZSD when our custom frameless shower doors were installed by A1 Glass in Snowflake.

But having AZSD install the doors at our  home near Casa Grande was absolutely horrible. We are ultimately left with a $5,000 investment in leaky shower doors. BEWARE!

Both reps from AZSD offered ZERO solutions for our brand new Leaky custom frameless shower doors.

When asked why they installed flashing on one frameless door but none on the 2nd, their reply was that any gap less than 1/8th of an inch is within standards and does not require flashing.

First, the Gaps are NOT less than 1/8th of an inch, they are TWICE that, at a very generous 1/4 inch. You can easily imagine how much water leaks onto your floors during even the briefest of showers.

Second, even if the gap was within their acceptable standards, why on Earth would you leave a customer with Unresolved Leaks?

I do not recommend AZSD for installation of shower doors, particularly, frameless shower doors.

Keep Phil, the head installer, away from your property.
