We recently moved to Scottsdale and needed some work done in the home that we bought.  Our son had used Rob and JVR and suggested we give Rob a call to give us a quote on our project.  Rob visited our home the next day and had a quote to us in 2 days.  We used 3 different sub-contractors to complete our project.  Each contractor was prompt, clean, easy to work with and completed the job in a timely fashion - and we were happy with all of the work that was done.  I highly recommend Rob, Chrissy (the scheduler) and the JVR brand.  They are very competitively priced and do good work.  Thank you, Rob, for working with us in up-dating our home.  You have our future work!

Chris converted our den into a bedroom by framing in an open door way and installing a sliding barn door.  He matched everything perfectly and the house looks like it was built this way. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail.  If I had any complaints it is that it took awhile to get on the schedule to get the work done (more than 6 weeks).  Fortunately, we weren't in a hurry to get this done so the extended timeline was a minor inconvenience.  I would use Chris again for future projects.

Very professional to say the least. family owned business thats professional and personable is hard to find. They came out and gave a free estimate in a timely manner. They were actually ahead of schedule to finish the projects. The workers were friendly and professional. The owner Youssef even reached out to me to make sure everything is to my demands. Chris and his team were amazing. They tore down the wall that divided the kitchen and living room. We were told by a different contractor that we couldn't take the wall out since the plumbing was in a post tension slab. But Chris had his guys come x-ray the floor and they moved everything over. Definitely recommend AZ Dynamic Builders!

Everything started out ok. He did not show up the day he set up for a quote and did not call. Called later and set up for next day. That we can overlook. Gave us what we thought was a reasonable quote so moved forward. Showed up as planned. Started the work. Would have been nice to either put up plastic or let us before he started demo. Mess was unnecessary. He had no regard for our things or our house. Dragged nails across our wood floor and left 2 deep scratches. Ceiling and wires everywhere because he just let it fall. Pulled out some old built in shelves. Of course it was much harder than he thought so more money. Found out after he left he cut electric wires to the plugs so needed electrician to fix. Move on to recessed lights. Hooked them up to an outlet. Not sure how to turn lights off from a plug outlet. Said my husband agreed to that. He does not recall that. Kitchen recessed lights done. No switches and said we needed to hire an electrician because he was doing a favor connecting them to light switch. He could not figure it out. Fast forward work is done and tried to charge additional money for work not done. He forgot to mark it off. Still feel over charged for the mess he left us with. Had to hire a floor guy, drywall guy and electrician. We were prepared for floor and drywall but as a handy man, he is not a one stop shop. Plus being in the industry he had no referrals. We found others on our own. Tried to get him to correct work and he totally shut us down. His response I am busy. Thank you . And we aren't too busy to clean up his work? Disappointing all

I met Ed Krolak and his team when I purchased my home in anticipation of a complete remodel. Two words to describe EJK Construction: quality and integrity. Ed was generous with his time and knowledge right from the beginning. Once we officially began the remodel and started tearing out walls, that did NOT change! Ed, Brian, and Eddie were with me every step of the way! They allowed me the space and time to make important design decisions, all while keeping the overall project moving. The inevitable challenges were handled quickly and with appropriate urgency.

The remodel turned out better than expected and I couldn't be happier! I consider Ed and his team part of my Arizona family and would use them again in an instant! In fact, I will be working with them on an outdoor living area project... which I am confident will be just as stunning when finished!

We have had Bill do dry wall repair twice since we moved to Surprise.  He is very professional, extremely fair and honest.  Bill is totally a professional and goes the extra mile with his service.  I would never use anyone else for drywall services and would recommend his company to anyone who could use an honest and fair company for any type of drywall work.

We just wrapped up project with Canterra Construction in our new build. They guided us throughout the process as we transformed our plain, asymmetrical, and inverted TV wall to the focal point of our home. Their entire team is great and we felt supported by all of them over the course of the month-long process. We can't wait to tackle other projects in our home with Canterra Construction!

Summer is coming and we all know it's going to get really hot! Insulation in my attic has been on my mind and I reached out to Insulation Contractors of Arizona to see how it will work for pricing and timeline. They were extremely responsive on Yelp, got an estimate quickly and was able to be booked the same week. Got to love that quick service!

When they showed up the day of, they explained to me on to let me know what they are going to do, how long it will take and to even answer some of my silly questions on the process. They finished the entire job under two hours and even cleaned up any mess they left. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland and hopefully my house will be extra cooler this summer. Highly recommend them for insulation! Great job guys!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

Very happy with Rhino Construction and already thinking of more projects, now that I have found a reliable, professional, and courteous licensed contractor.
Was contacting Licensed Contractors for a couple of small projects that were beyond my abilities when I came across Rhino Construction, their response time was quick, the estimator's site review was scheduled, and the estimates came in close to what I was expecting.
The roofers arrived early on the agreed-upon day for the work to start, they were done fixing the broken tiles, replacing the cement caps, striping off the flat roof over the patio, replacing the dry rotted fascia boards, and gone by early afternoon.
While the roofing team was busy working away, the site supervisor showed the carpenter the work to be done inside.
By the end of the week, they were painting, cleaning up, and checking for any loose ends.

I reached out to McCurdy Construction due to all the awesome reviews they had. I was set up with an appointment with Ryan Grannis in the first or second week of February. The whole meeting was a little over an hour, my boyfriend & I were convinced McCurdy was definitely who we were going to choose even before other appointments we had scheduled. Our meeting with Ryan was awesome, he listened to what our vision for the house was (as it was going to be a complete remodel from the inside out) & gave us some great ideas as well. Ryan left us feeling great & we were looking forward to hearing from him within the two weeks he promised for an estimate. Two weeks came & nothing, at the beginning of the third week I reached out to him on Monday, March 1 via email & his response (the same day) was I will have it completed by the end of this week. Sorry for the delay. Saturday came & still nothing. Fast forward to March 25 when I received an email at 2:38 p.m. from Ryan saying My apologies for not sending you the estimate yet. I have had some issues and will be working to get everyone their estimates quickly. My hope is to be caught up in the next two weeks. Well here it is, April 14th & nothing. I had given up on McCurdy after week three unfortunately & still have no GC.
I understand things happen but before our appointment with Ryan ended he went on about how McCurdy is the best in the business when it comes to communication with their clients & that's one thing clients never have to worry about. It's unfortunate & I'm hopeful McCurdy & Ryan learn from this, especially because I saw another review from someone with the exact same experience with Ryan.

This company has zero interest to do business with us. I took all the time to take pics of our bathroom, walls, windows, shower area needs to be done and we need a contractor in our fountain hills home. I even took the time to fill out all the necessary questions on their yeIp website. I read all the great reviews and I am extremely excited to give them a business. We have 3 properties in Fountain Hills and 1 condo that needs to be upgraded by 2019 too. The owner didn't even had any courtesy to text, call my husband for any alternative date or even any options. Very unprofessional and what a waste of time.

I AM DELIGHTED!  Donnie (owner) actually answered the phone himself.  I know that's good since I have called numerous roofers and usually get someone who knows nothing.....takes my number and never hear from them.
My job was small...one tile pulled off by a tree during a storm.  Donnie had me send him pictures.  I already had the product info (from builder) so he went to the distributor, picked it up, along with 3 tiles for future need, and installed the next day.  Bless his heart!  It took and hour, plus he walked the roof and took care of some other tiles.  He came quickly and was efficient.  He charged me far less than the roofer who installed the roof was going to charge, plus they were going to make me wait 2 weeks for the evaluation and then have to come back with the tile, even though they had the product info.
He'll be my go-to-roofer-dude!

Mark, Jack, and the team at Lifetime remodeling did an amazing job replacing our floors. They were not only quick, but did quality work!

Alex completed two projects for me and I couldn't be more pleased.  The first project was to install a bathroom door, remove old bio-fold doors and replace them with paneled sliding doors.  The second project was to remove old carpet from the staircase and replace it with new carpeting.  With both projects, Alex and or his associate were there on time.  Finding a contractor that is on time is very difficult so I greatly appreciate that Alex makes sure to be here when he says he will.  The jobs were done quickly and very well.  Alex and his team are very professional and friendly.  I highly recommend Gordon Enterprises for your home projects.  I have more work to be done and Alex will be the only person I call.
