Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

PDG Construction is the best handyman service in the city. I have never worked anyone who was as honest, clean and meticulous as PDG. They are very knowledgeable and do great work. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Steve and his team renovated our 1950s Arcadia Lite home this summer. We met with nearly 10 contractors to get quotes and Steve's pricing and schedule were in line with or better than most but we went with Steve based on the comfort level we had with him after our first meeting. Steve asks all the right questions and provided suggestions and inputs that made our project so much better. Our work included removing multiple load bearing walls and installing beams in our ceiling and support footers; associated drywall work and some additional drywall work; installation of all new flooring and baseboards; retexturizing of the entire great room ceiling; movement of electrical switches and outlets and installation of new recessed lighting and chandeliers/fixtures; plumbing in our laundry room; addition of a tankless water heater and the associated electrical work; removal of microwave and cabinetry and replacement with a range hood and accent backsplash in the kitchen; and the addition of an island in our kitchen.  Steve was a great communicator and the only reason the project took longer and cost more than originally quoted was because of work scope we added.  In fact, Steve offset some of that increased cost with cost reductions in other areas.  We couldn't be happier with the results and when we complete additional renovations over time in our home we will contact Sun Country Renovations without question.

I rarely give 5 stars for services, however when it comes to Jeremy and his crew 5 isn't enough.  I had a number of items that needed to be done.  One of which was removing and disposing of a very large brick planter.  Not only did they get that done, they also spent the better part of the day making sure the excess cement was chiseled off the existing cement walkway.  All members of Jeremy's  crew have specialized skills, from masonry to carpentry.  

They were on time and kept me informed of their progress.  The work took them the expected 2 days.  The crew was diligent in keeping and cleaning up the debris.  Jeremy is not the least expensive of the bids I received but he is certainly the most professional and knowledgable.  If you want the job done right the first time, Jeremy is your go to guy.  I have more projects in the works and I will be calling Jeremy.

What a joy it was to work with such an honest and remarkable journeyman.

Our patio door is heavy, it took 2 hands and full body weight to open. On top of that, my door handle had broken and I couldn't find a replacement. I called 3 places found on Yelp, and Melissa was the only one to answer the phone. I described my issue, took a couple of pictures of my antiquated door handle and she said, no problem! She gave me an estimate over the phone and we scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out.
My appointment was confirmed 24 hours before and they called 20 minutes before they arrived. They replaced the rollers, cleaned the tracks and now my door opens with 2 fingers! I wish I had called sooner.  Call them first before replacing the door, it will save you time, money and frustration.

Heritage Crown just completed installing baseboard and crown mounding throughout our home. When we were checking on a company to do the work we contacted three with good ratings and comments. Matt (owner) at Heritage came out himself and brought actual samples so we could see how they would look. After we made our selections we thought of more questions and asked Matt to come out again, which he did and, again, with all the samples. (The other two companies wanted us to select from a website and book --- not the same as seeing the product sample against your walls). Matt spent all the time we wanted, walking through every detail of our project. He offered suggestions when we asked but never tried to up sell us. The  installation team did an outstanding job. They were on time every day and went right to work. They really take pride in doing a first class job. We highly recommend Heritage Crown.

We did extensive research relevant to refacing our kitchen cabinets - paint, stain, cover with wood simulated contact tape, and 3/16 inch real wood refacing material.   We contacted at least a dozen contractors in the Phoenix area - big box, kitchen remodelers, general contractors, and franchised kitchen and bathroom remodelers.   It was a nightmare with these companies relative to their exhorbitant prices, material selections, warranties or lack of, and minimal or no creativity etc.

Fortunately at the end of our search we found Keith Wolfram and Arizona Kitchens and Refacing.   We clicked with Keith right at the onset of our first meeting.  Keith is exactly what a homeowner wants in kitchen remodeler -  open minded, a good listener, cooperative, flexible, and adept in providing excellent design suggestions.  

Keith is very hands on.  He personally took all of the detailed measurements, ordered the materials, delivered them to our home and worked with his installers to assure the work was done right the first time.

He even provided to us a portable multi shelf rack for us to use in storing all the cans, dishes and other kitchen items during the remodeling process.    His team are just like Keith in their attention to detail.   They even took our dog out for walk while we we were away from home one day.

It should be noted that Keith was not the least expensive quote we received.  Keith will provide a quote that is firm and he will not negotiate.    The slight premium that we paid was WELL WORTH IT.

Our cherry woods cabinets make our kitchen look brand new!!!

I have worked with Homework's several times. Steve and his crew do an excellent job! Aaron the project manager has amazing attention to detail, and the designers are phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel, to a full house renovation! I will guarantee when the job is complete you that you couldn't be happier with the results. We contracted Habitat Renovations through a recommendation from our decorator for a complete renovation of our master bathroom. Coutney was the designer and did a fabulous job. She laid out the bathroom design in accordance to what made us comfortable. There were some hiccups during the process, but everything turn out  beautiful.
We just love it.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

We needed some interior drywall repair work done and also utilized Arise Construction to help us finish installing our laminate flooring in our master bedroom.  THEY WERE FANTASTIC!  Marcos and all of the gentlemen we worked with at Arise Construction were amazing.  Communication was prompt and all phases of each portion of the job were completed in a timely manner at a fair price.  We are very pleased with the service provided.  We are looking forward to working with them again.

I had granite done by Apache tile for my townhome, which I was preparing to sell. This company was wonderful to work with and got everything done in the time frame they promised. There was a discrepancy in the measurements between the drawing my husband brought in, and the correct measurements as done by their installer ahead of time. Ben really worked hard to make it work for us at a small additional price, as my husband had not calculated the need for an island piece (which required a whole additional sheet of granite). We ended up getting a bathroom counter done too, and the customer service was exceptional throughout this process. The installation was perfect, and on time and the black galaxy looks awesome!

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.

He should deserve no stars at all. He does NOT guarantee his work. Very poor workmanship. Stay away!!!

READ THE BELOW STORY TELL ME IF YOU'D LIKE THIS COMPANY TO DO WORK FOR YOU!!!

Two disabled people living in Carefree, AZ area used this company to add a bedroom in a garage area for a nanny to help them with their small children.  The original contract (dated 10-25-17) was fine, any changes made Verde astronomically over charged them.  Her husband passed away January 2018 who was handling the job and his wife was totally lost being disabled herself.  She was a good friend from high school she asked me to help her. As I reviewed this additional contract she was being charged for items she didn't receive and Ken Verde (owner) of Verde General Contracting refuses to credit her for soffit lighting of (4 can-lights for $3500) they didn't install reason being is all the a/c duct work had to run through them and they couldn't put them in. Ken Verde still feels they are owed the money.  There were changes made that Verde never had change orders for but it was very evident these were done and she had no problem paying for those.  Verde General Contracting has sent threatening lien letters to her when she only owes $4836.00.  My lord if the poor woman isn't devastated enough from the loss of her husband in January then a few months later she lost her mother.  We tried the Registrar of Contractors they wouldn't help her at all so here she sits with an unfinished bedroom for her nanny that could be helping her right now. A list of items not done properly: a can-light  installed in ceiling  instead a light fixture over the bathrm sink, drywall unfinished, paint unfinished, exterior doors installed with no seals on them, moved plumbing made a mess of the concrete while doing so, this list just goes on.  She has two young children and Verde General will not contact her to complete this job for her. She's exhausted just trying to keep up with the kids all by herself now, thanks to Verde General Contracting..
