Best Bathtub And Shower Installation in Phoenix AZ

They technician fixed my faucet so I didn't have to replace it which saved me money. He went out to grab a few parts he needed for my shower and the install didn't take very long.

I read all these great reviews about Donny, but Donny is now gone and Chris is the owner and worker. He quoted me $148 for the job, came here and said the job would be $299. I said good-bye to him and will get another plumber for a leaky faucet that just needs a part. Better go with another plumber who doesn't bait and switch you.

Technician was right on time. Was respectful and did a great job. Very informative too. Prices are fantastic at least for drain clearing. I would use them again.

Reddi Services were able to come out the same day that we called. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We had Marco Prieto. come out to our house to look at our shower drain which wouldn't drain properly. He was quick, efficient, friendly and informative. The services were charged at a very reasonable rate. And honestly, were just super stoked to take a shower without standing in 6 inches of water. Hallelujah'!

I am an agent and investor, I've worked with Elite for three years. They excel in sewer replacement services including, trenching, lining and pipe bursting. Soro is the lead plumber and really knows what he's doing.

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

The technicians were nice, but it started wrong from the beginning.  First, all I wanted were my pipes scoped on house I have an offer on.  They refused to give me a quote over the phone and said they needed to see it first.  When they got there, they said it would cost more because they had to go in through the roof, then pressured me into signing up for their subscription service model (which I did and now regret).  

One technician showed up and clean the lines, but said his manager would come and do the video.  We waited about an hour and he never showed.  We ended up having to reschedule.  He came later and took videos and said they all needed to be replaced, but the videos they took didn't show anything because of the glare of the sun.  He had recorded the videos with his iPhone so I couldn't actually see any of the issues.

End of the day, couldn't get a quote over the phone, showed up late, quoted me for an estimated $15 - 20 K job, but couldn't show me the proof because I couldn't see the videos and I had to ask multiple times just to get the useless videos.  

I called another company and they quoted me over the phone and also said they didn't charge extra to go on the roof.  I would definitely recommenced calling around  before going with Rooter Hero.

Had an issue with our company kitchen sink, called Rooter Ranger.
They came out the following day. All the technicians that were on site were so professional & knowledgeable.

The supervisor came out to give us an update on everything.

Main line issue, yikes. This will be a fun one!

Tim came to service our home after 5 pm on a weekday, and we could t be more thankful, as we had no water! He showed up in a very timely manner and was extremely friendly. We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

I had called Freddy the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I didn't leave a message because I had assumed they were closed for the holiday. Within an hour I received a call from Freddy saying that he was returning a missed call. Needless to say I was impressed with the service already. Freddy showed up on time later that day. He was very professional. He did the job quickly and cleaned up afterward. I will be using Freddy Fox for all future plumbing needs.

I contacted Top Dollar Plumbing through Thumbtack, along with two other companies.  Top Dollar responded immediately, scheduled same-day service at a very fair price, and when the plumber (Q) arrived, he was on time, friendly, professional, and polite, and he fixed my problem in record time!  He also replaced a leaking hose bib and gave me instructions on how to re-start my water softener.  He was AWESOME!  I absolutely recommend this company!

Called One Call Plumbing in Mesa, AZ to replace a leaking water heater. Was quoted $1250 parts and labor to install a Bradford-White 50gal gas heater(one of the lowest rated brands available) and was promised service the next day. Price was exceedingly high and the quality not what I really wanted but agreed to it due the fast installation time. Service guy showed up when scheduled and immediately said he was going to charge an extra $240 to move the water softener(an effort that required the removal of 2 plastic spring clips and a move of 6 inches.) This discussion led to his being asked to leave the premises.
In the end though I am thankful for this bait and switch tactic, because the next reputable plumbing company I called supplied and installed a better quality water heater for $839 and charged no extra for the 5 minute job of moving the water softener.

I gave them 3 stars because the first tech Robert was 1 star worthy and the second Tech Itay was 5 star worthy.  We recently purchased a home and Ace called us to see if we would be interested in a $19.95 AC check plus 1 lbs of refrigerant and a free washable filter.  I figured $20.00 was worth taking a look at our AC.  Robert came out on 7-2-15 and took a 5 minute look at our AC and then proceeded to tell us that our unit was 12 years old and needed to be replaced.  I said I couldn't afford to spend 10k on a new unit and he said smartly you think AC's cost 10k?.  He pulled out his calculator and began running numbers and then said oh yeah they are 10K.  He put his foot up on my kitchen table bench and started saying that my unit needed at least a new dual run cap ($350.00) and a coil clean ($350.00) or it would probably explode.  I showed him the price of new run caps online ($30.00) and he got really offended and said good luck blowing yourself up.  He kept trying to hard sell me on a new unit etc and kept saying that I didn't understand etc.  I didn't accept any work and tried to pay him $35.00 for taking the time to take me on the roof and show me everything.....he handed me back $15.00 and said you're hard up for cash keep the extra money.   In other words this guy was a real disrespectful A-Hole.  He didn't top off the refrigerant and didn't give me a filter.  I called Ace to complain and said they could refund my money or send a new tech out.  They opted to send a new tech the next week (today).  Their tech Itay was awesome and should be promoted to train their employees on how to treat customers and give exceptional customer service.  He worked me up a great price for a new run cap, coil clean and re routing my drain to the other side of the house.  He was very helpful and gave me some extra cost saving tips......but the best part Is that he didn't try and hard sell me on anything.   AC companies in AZ get bad raps and is mostly deserved but Itay did a great job and I will have him back again next year.   Seriously give that guy a raise because I wasn't  going to give ACE another $ but now I'm a customer.....unless he quits.

It would be a disservice to Peoria/Phoenix to not announce the smoothest service I've experienced

Plumber Masters utilizes a combination of old school in person care and project conversation and combines it with new age technology.  At each step I received notification via text of who was going to be meeting with me, time, date. There was in person follow up.  Brad, our service technician, then follow up with making sure we understood the work that was being done, took the time to educate us about the rest of the buildings plumbing.  The office staff at each of my visits, was very accommodating and again, provided outstanding follow up.  No one enjoys having to call a plumber cause all it means is having to pay for something. That being said it's nice to find a capable, qualified outfit that I hope I'll never again need but would be happy to refer.

My a/c went out on 6/22/11, so we made a service call for the next morning.  The technician came while I was at work, spoke with my wife.  Technician said that there was a leak and the unit needed replaced, but he could go ahead and fill it with 3lbs of freon.  My wife told him to go ahead if it would get us through the summer, and we could start looking for someone to maybe replace the unit.  So, $367 later, the technician leaves and 6 hours later the a/c unit completely dies.  I called them back that evening when I got home from work and their response? What do you want us to do about it?  Why would he fill the freon and charge us if he knew it would die?  Screwed again by an a/c company in Phoenix.
