David was very prompt and professional during the initial estimate. They showed up when they scheduled, they spent extra time taking out a cabinet in a corner that they did not plan on removing and David texted me back when I addressed him about my concerns.
I have only had countertops put in twice, the first was on the initial build of our home. I wish I could post pictures of the finished work. There is a 3/4 gap of damaged drywall above the entire countertop in the kitchen and areas where the drywall has actual holes where they hit it with the countertops. David told me this is a job for a good handyman to repair. Under the cabinets and in all the drawers there is drywall debris along with all the grout that they removed and all the dust from the old countertop removal. I guess a job for a good house cleaner. I don't know if I'm overreacting but I have contacted a few reputable companies to get their input and share some pics. I was out of town during the installation so I was extremely disappointed to come home to this. I do not like to post bad reviews for people who I think are trying to do their best but wanted to give a heads up to anyone planning on using them that there may be a lot of additional work and cost once they finish the job.
