I must say that I am impressed with the owner of this company. After my post yesterday, he called me and left me a message to call him. I was very busy yesterday, however, even if I wasn't, I still would not have called him back because I didn't want anything (I told him this as well). I wasn't looking for financial compensation or anything, I was just frustrated with the circumstances and wanted others to know to be careful. We own three businesses ourselves and understand mistakes happen, however, as per my previous posting, I was not happy with the way everyone but Steve had handled the situation. Today, July 22, Steve and Chris (the owner) came by my store first thing. I was shocked, but completely impressed. The owner wanted to make things right. He apologized profusely and told me the changes they were going to implement to ensure these issues don't happen in the future and offered a complementary 2 year service plan for the troubles I had. As mentioned, I was not looking for any compensation, and I told him that it wasn't necessary, but he insisted. I was very happy to see a business owner take ownership of the mistakes. He could have just left things as they were, but actually coming to see me in person showed me just how much he cares about his business. So many people who own businesses loose sight of these things and Chris has not. Handling staff can be a headache, especially during busy times, however, it's what the company does to resolve issues I believe that sets them apart, and Chris has now set his business apart for me and I will refer many people to their company because of Steve and Chris. Thank-you again Chris and Steve, I am very impressed with the way you have handled things for me.

It's interesting how things work out..if you have followed my other reviews you could follow a timeline of repairs/installs I've had done to a recently purchased home. It's so hit and miss of finding a fair, honest, trustworthy and personable company. It's even more difficult to find these top-notch business professionals because there are so many paid fake positive reviews.
I chose Freddy's because they don't charge a fee to diagnose the problem. I can't encourage you enough, don't pay a company to come out to tell you what is wrong. Do you pay your mechanic upfront to diagnose a problem? Do you pay for your restaurant dinner before eating (Country Buffett is different)?
Freddy was responsive immediately via Yelp and then I called him and he was available within 15 minutes (this was at 6pm on 12/18/19.
He came to our property. He introduced himself. He had his equipment ready. He is like able. He listened to my concerns. He diagnosed the problem.
The price to repair the issue was a sticker shock because I was hoping it was something small but since we recently bought the house and most inspectors don't do a thorough job it's quite likely that our heat pump had never produced heat. After all it was installed by Hobaica (1 star).
However, the price quoted including labor was honest and fair. I know because the following day I spoke with a superintendent of a recognizable new home builder and he called his friend and the price quoted was lower than what the average price to normally repair things of this nature.
Freddy has a 1yr parts warranty, which is standard and 2 years on labor. He also shared his cost on yearly heat pump maintenance, which is below the market price.
I'm keeping Freddy's number and I'm happy to write this word of mouth review.

We had our Air Conditioner replaced yesterday. After getting estimates we chose Four Seasons Home Services. Jorge / George and his team did a great job! They were here on time. He gave us updates every few hours! They were friendly, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable! They wore masks in our home. They cleaned up every little thing. I worked with Their dispatcher Roxanne and she was great! She was friendly and keep me updated throughout the entire process! Their customer service skills are top notch! We highly recommend this company!

My old ac unit was going bad so i called up goettl they quoted me 11 grand for a ac unit i said ok they installed it no problem six months later im setting my ac at 78 degrees all day and its not cooling its staying at 80 degrees so i call goettl to come out to check it and they said they have to put dye in the system to find the leak WHAT i jus spent11 grand on this ac unit and it already has a leak so now they told me to wait 3 or 6 weeks to come back and check it while my new ac unit is goin to keep running wasting my electricity jus to stay at 80degrees never recommending this company

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Very disappointed. First they charge me for a 4 yr contract. Then I call them for a shower mixing valve and they charge me $750. 20 months later it starts dripping. I call them to see how much to fix it and the guy tells me $500. He also told me he would have never put that brand in. I did it myself for under $40. Then they come out for the annual A/C check. 3 months later my bathroom ceiling is on the floor because the A/C pan overflowed. This last time they charged me $96 to replace a 3 amp fuse that I got at Autozone for $0.60. The guy was there 20 minutes. The unit stopped working in 2 days later. Fearing another charge I got up there and looked at it myself. They guy never screwed the panel in ( the screws were sitting on top of the unit) and the safety switch was disengaged. I fixed it in minutes. I'm in need of a new unit this spring. I think I'll call someone else.

Our heater went out so we called Canyon State. We got a quick fix but unit was 13 years old and needed more work done to function correctly. Michael came out next day to explain fixing or replacing. We opted to replace since unit was so old and not that efficient any longer. Two days later Manny and Steven came and installed the new unit. Very professional men and it was done in no time. BOY what a difference the new unit makes. Also want to state that lady that took the original call was very caring and listened to our problem then referred us to the proper person for a solution. All aspects of our transaction with Canyon State were 5 star

Sam is the Man! Took care of a leak in my outdoor valve and replaced all the piping. Looks and works great now! Will use him again and he already assisted with a major leak that occurred in a sprinkler valve for a family member that flooded their street this morning. On a Saturday!! He will go out of his way to help and is very fair with his quotes. Highly recommend him!

Very disappointed unfortunately. Tried charging me for repairs that were done without my consent. We asked for an estimate on a house we were LOOKING TO BUY. We don't own the house yet and asked for an estimate only to give us due diligence to use to negotiate with the seller on. They did not not check all of the bathrooms the first day and went out again a 2nd day, trying to charge 2 service call fees ($80 each day). Then on top of that, they tried charging $160 on the 2nd visit to REPLACE THE FLAPPERS in all of the bathrooms WITHOUT CALLING ME FIRST.
I would not have authorized fixing flappers because I don't even own the house yet plus I could do that myself.
After calling to question the charges, the woman on the phone was condescending and resistant to answering questions. She also said the reason he didn't check the last toilet was because the door was closed. (THIS IS AN EMPTY VACANT HOUSE!!!!) When she would answer, the answers kept changing.
She finally agreed to only charge me for the one service fee and said she would note it in their files to NEVER SERVICE anything for me ever again so don't call them. Feeling is mutual.

When having problems with a differential temperature control for my solar water heater, their service man was helpful and put in a new one, with a one-year warranty, for $528. 3 months after the warranty expired, the control failed and Donley would not replace it without starting all over with new labor and new parts. Another company replaced the one Donley put in with an identical one for $200! I realized then how much Donley overcharged me $328 for the first one which lasted only a little over a year.

Can't say enough about these guys. They come out immediately when needed and do a great job. I've had an issue with my drains that Roto Rooter made worse and West Coast has been out twice to try and resolve it.. Even came out on a Sunday with no additional charge for a Sunday call. Came out again today as the issue happened again and NO CHARGE. John even stated that he wasn't sure what was causing the issues as he camera'd the line and couldn't find anything. I've had three different Plumbers from this company, Brian, Dave and now John... they're all amazing and I'd recommend them to anyone.
