I wanted to give a huge kudos to Brittany for her customer service! She was extremely pleasant and understanding. Secondly, I want to thank Chris the service tech for being amazing. The customer service and the whole experience with this company was amazing. I won't use anyone else but this company. We had an after hours issue and they didn't charge overtime rates as a lot of other companies do. I will not use any A/C company but this one! Huge kudos! Thank you

Called in the morning and had someone out by the afternoon. Willy Rodriguez showed up ready to rock and roll. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the maintenance he was performing and why. He also did a complete check if the system and gave me some good pointers on my home system. When big Will left the ol aircondition unit was humming like a bird. I recommend you ask for him when calling for service.

Picture this.... it's Fourth of July holiday and your air-conditioner goes out, its going be 105° and you think oh my gosh what are we going to do ? it's Arizona on a holiday we have a 28-year-old air-conditioner this can't be good. LOL. My husband calls Goettl because that's currently the AC we have. We're connected immediately to speak with a friendly representative. They said they can have somebody out within an hour and a half. And then it gets better, Josh our technician shows up friendly and ready to work!!! We have a jimmy rigged old piece of ..... and Josh was still able to get our AC RUNNING and kept the bill under an arm and leg price...granted he said our AC is on a walker and will need to be replaced soon but this got us out of what could have been a horrible holiday mishap... shout out to Goettl and Josh for making our Fourth of July awesome!!!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C. When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out. The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best. Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit. I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

I had a great experience with Don the sales person when he worked up my quote. I told him I would need to think about it and figure out which unit I would be getting. The price and warranty was the biggest factor for me. Don called a few days later for a follow up.
Today Mike and DeeJay came out to replace my air conditioner that was 20+ years old. Both were very professional and helpful in explaining everything they were going to do. They completed the job in a timely matter and cleaned up before the left. I am very happy with the work that was done inside and out.. They even helped me set up my wifi thermostat. I will refer Precision Air to others.

Outstanding service! I called Sam on a Thursday night after work when my A/C went down. He offered to be at my place in 30 min. I actually had to put him off because I had somewhere to go. So he offered to come the next morning at 8am.
He showed up on time. He gave me a truthful assessment. It was a minor problem that he easily fixed. He didn't try to upsell me or find a problem that he could charge me to fix. He just diagnosed the issue and addressed it.
He also offered a nice discount for me as a veteran.
This company is going in my Rolodex and I will be calling them for all my future A/C and plumbing needs.

He was very customer oriented and took time to educate me as to what I can do to keep things running smoothly in my home. I also had service with Daniel who came out to clear back up in my toilets and sinks. Our heater was not working properly and we called a company in town that we had used before. They came out and said the gas valve was broken and it would be an $800 repair. We have recently worked with Donley for our business and so called them for our home. Rueben came out and was great with customer service. He found that the gas valve was shut off and that was the issue. The other company was trying to make money and Donley just fixed the issue and we paid the service charge. Couldn't be happier that Donley has integrity and the customer experience to go with it. Great job Donley on gaining a new customer.

Submitted a request for a price quote and Luke & Ian arrived at our house the same day and on-time.
They were extremely helpful and performed an inspection and explained everything they recommended with a new system installation. Our then current A/C units were 20+ years old . They also where willing to help with one of our current A/C units that was leaking freon (not working) while I worked with the home warranty.
After getting quotes from 4 other companies we decided to upgrade with Kings of A/C for the following reasons
(1) they are nice guys and explained in detail the services they would performed and the written quote matched (a other said some things but not on quote)
(2) their overall willingness to help, provided multiple options with different units (14 vs 16 vs 18 seer ; 1 stage vs 2 stage vs variable, etc) they explained the pros and cons of each and didn't push us to a higher priced unit.
(3) They were very responsive to my questions - I texted them 3-4 times with questions after the left while doing the research - each text was answered quickly.
(4) The value of the system (significant upgrade from what we had) and at a very competitive price - high efficient systems - they also didn't require the rebates others offered - the price they gave was the price we paid!
They were able to get the new system installed the NEXT day!! (2) 4 ton split units and new furnace. I paid the deposit and the next day they arrived sharp at 6 AM and worked 11+ hours- it was so nice to feel the cool air come on!
The new units are very quiet and the house went from 91+ to 78 in a few hours. They cleaned up everything - swept the floor - removed the old systems / parts and the concrete - I should have taken a picture of all the stuff they removed- it was a lot.
They came back the next day to tidy up and check the system. They replaced the trim on the attic access - paid attention to the small stuff.
Units worked perfectly - it's only been a couple of days since installation but all is great! We are very satisfied.
Highly recommend.

While the system worked, the installers didn't clean up much - the attic access was damaged and some of the drywall was damaged and reused some parts (pan and electrical boxes) NONE of this with Kings of A/C- all new and left like they were not here.

They were able to come out to my townhome faster than anyone near the holidays & gave me a reasonable quote after hearing the first quote i received from another company that sounded sketchy. Plumber was able to come back the next day and fix the cracked pipe quickly and for a good price. I will not recommend Chas Roberts to anyone. My new house has two AC units that were installed by Chas Roberts. One of the unit has small freon leak since day one, it leaks about a lb of freon every year, by the time I noticed the leak which was 2 years later, the warranty from Chas Roberts had expired. I had them came out three times in the pass 6 years to refill total of about 10 lbs freon. I called and expressed my concern that unit was defected since day one, they would care less.
