The company did a great job. The process starts with a quote, and I think this process was fair. Instead of just recommending the highest cost unit, they listened to how we will use the unit, and recommended one that will be cheaper to run and eventually fix. Ultimately they weren't the cheapest prices, but it was reasonable for the work they did.

Then install day arrived and I think they did a great job and it was a quality installation. Chris the owner also visited to check how things were going.

One negative is that after the unit was installed, they just closed the door and turned it on to measure the temperature. They were never in the attic after it was powered, nor did they check the outside unit.  Yes eventually they will come back a few months later to check it more, but I would have preferred more operational checks before they left. I've had my share of AC companies that said it was all fixed and left, only to find out it really wasn't really fixed. Only time will tell if everything is working perfectly, and I have no indication it isn't. If things should turn out differently I will update my review. But to date, all looks good.

I was able to get a technician to my house in a very quick timeframe.  Price was less than I was expecting. Robert was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Be very careful using this company.. They eather have employes that dont know what their doing , or they are flat out  wanting to rip  you off.

I called them based on the yelp sight having pretty good stars, but i should have had another person herewith me..

I told the girl i had a vibrateing sound coming from my one wall..
I told the girl i have done a couple of repairs to my 12 yr old unit with in the last two years.i also told the repair man RON that also..He told me the girl wrote that after 2 hours i started to hear the noise.. bad commuication from the start.
thnk god i record all my calls and people that come into my home or i would have not had proof of his manipulation an severe scare tactic to make me pay 1400 to do a repair that DID NOT need to be done because i already had replaced that a few years ago .. yes i know things can happen but this was flat out LYE. I did also have RON talk to my boyfriend on the phone before he went up there and he told him IM NOT AN AC GUY BUT IT SOUND LIKE A FAN IS LOOSE.. MY boyfriend said that/
so instead of RON checking out my whole unit he just assumed that it was a indoor blower wheel going bad and of course i would have to replace the motor too. well I have M S and told Ron i have a medical
condtiton and that i really needed him to turn the unit back on and to my suprise HERES THE SCARE TACTIC.. he said no he could not do that that my barrrings in the motor would cause terrible damamge to my unit. that could be possible if that is what really was the issue
so i got very anixious and afraid and had to call my freind to tell him to
put it on again for me... not to change anything and I would take the responciblity if something happened i wanted a second option. and thank goodness i did..It ended up just being a bit loose, and my compresser needed new stablizer mounts on the bottm to stop the rattle which they didnt charge me for just for the visit.. and i asked them to take photos of the inside of everything which they did.. the other comany stated that my unit looks great and is in good running order.
In my option if a man RON has 25 years doing this and 15yrs with the company they would be aware of his tricks. and another very annouwing thing he would say i counted over 7 time he would say in my Professional Option. REALLY.. He basically would have charged me money and possible done a bate and switch .. i will be contacting the bbb and requesting my visit money..

Very honest and fair. They sent five guys to replace my a/c unit.  Manny, Luis, Freddy, Kailam, and Beto were very professional and quick. They kept me posted on the status through out the day. They cleaned up so well they left my property better than they found it. I will recommend them to everyone.

I loved the man that installed our water softener and carbon filter.  Extremely knowledgeable and professional.  I only give them 4 stars is because it was a fortune and the credit service they use for financing are real a-holes.  $1895 for a customer supplied newer water softener, and a new carbon unit.  I would recommend this company just for the service of our professional.  Another gripe is that to do financing we were required to go through another company and they wouldn't work with us at.  They denied me and my husband credit because of activity on our cards.  Of course we are going to put everything on credit when we buy a new house.  An hour later and it put our service tech behind schedule and inconvenienced everyone involved. No, we were not able to get financing.  If you're in a bind this plumber will not help at all because of GreenSky. That's money back on our CC bill every month.  Our credit is perfect by the way, since we pay all CC each month.  GreenSky is the company that refused to take us for monthly payments. Screw them! ProSkill needs to ditch that credit company because it left a sour taste in my mouth.

Highly recommend King Plumbing!  Extremely fast to respond for service.  Very prompt,  extremely efficient and very knowledgeable in their field.  Everyone I spoke with and worked with was very polite as well.  In the future if I need service they will be number 1 on my list to call!

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

Consumers , I am a very positive person and will always give people and companies props if they are a good person or company. but, I would be very cautious if you thinking about using this company. I bought a new a/c unit from them in April 2016 and the unit costs in the neighborhood of 8000 plus .. My unit has been running hot this summer so I had a summer check done for 69 dollars from another a/c company. Canyon State serviced the unit the first two years and this year I used another ac company.  This   other company  found  the unit to be short 2 pounds of freon .That cost me 200 dollars. The tech told me it may be a possible coil leak ,( which is a major problem and costs a small fortune to fix). This should not happen after 4 years . I called Canyon State and told them the issue, and there response was we can send a tech over for 75 dollars to make a diagnosis.What they fail to tell you is its another couple hundred  to find leak and then the labor runs over 1000!! All this $$ for a 4 year old unit.. They never mention or say thank you for your purchase lets get that diagnosed, or sorry for you inconvenience  we will send a tech and see how we can help. Bottom line is  once they have your money they forget customer service. I will be contacting Trane and filling them in on my issue and will never use this company again . Very Disappointed in this company.

Didn't realize it could be this easy!  Sam and Isiah were punctual, got the work done quickly and the price was more than satisfactory.  I'll be using The Neighborhood for all my plumbing and air needs from now on.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

We wanted a water softener since city water is so hard and loaded with chlorine.  Sales rep called on us and was very helpful and knowledgeable.  Walked thru what we had and recommended what we needed.  Time of appointment for installation crew of 2 plumbers showed up and installed our desired system.  In addition, I needed an new faucet installed in our house which they did quickly and efficiently.  We are very pleased with the process and people with whom we dealt.  System is working very well.

Bought unit from them, and they have serviced.  They arrive as scheduled and do a good job.  The new unit (have had about 18 months now) has lowered my utility bills, and performed as promised.

A few months later, during a service call, I mentioned the airflow balance causing whistling in one of the rooms.  The tech climbed up in the hot attic, made a couple of changes and adjustments, and now all is well.

Great service is much appreciated.

Received a quote from Parker and Sons for two a/c units. Their quote for two 14 SEER units, coils, and furnaces was $13,300. I went with a local firm in Mesa, AZ for similar equipment. The cost: $8,000. Not even in the same ball park.

The sales rep was condescending and arrogant. I didn't even bother asking questions because I already had three other quotes that blew his prices away.

This is a rip off company if ever there was one.

Got my a/c installed last summer when my old one finally went out. Went with this company because they seemed professional. That summer was super hot and my house stayed cool. Now, about 10 months later i get my yearly checkup for my a/c that is still under warranty (parts and labor) and am told I need a 5 2 1 starter also known as a soft starter and they wanted $300 just to put it on! This is a huge compressor savor since parts get damaged the most when things first turn on. (sort of how a light bulb usually blows when you flip your switch on and not randomly while its on). This part USED to be included with your a/c and is only $40 on amazon!! So my a/c and compressor went a whole year without a simple $40 component without my knowledge maxing out its temp just so they could try and up sale me the following year. Really poor business and sucks after spending so much on a new unit they would still try and pull shit like this. Who knows what else they didn't include on my unit for future profits....

I wish zero stars was an option!  If this review helps save someone else from what we went through then it might make our nightmare worth it.  We purchased a new construction home last year and Chas Roberts was the contractor used.  We moved in Feb 2021 and by May we began to experience physical symptoms.  Since it was all 5 of us experiencing symptoms, I knew that it was something environmental causing it.  Long story short, we discovered (with the help of multiple inspectors) that our house was suffering from sick house syndrome as well as severely hazardous mold levels due to negligence caused directly by Chas Roberts.  Our fresh air system was closed down, restricting proper air flow which led to sick house syndrome.  We had what appeared to be a kicked in air handler as well as a very large open hole in our ductwork, a missing fresh air intake filter and several unsealed areas.  This resulted in contaminated air getting circulated throughout our home which led to a hazardous environment and greatly affected our health.  We ended up spending 22k+ remediating our brand new home, we had to have our hvac unit professionally cleaned out, all carpets replaced, our entire home dry fogged and our contaminated coil replaced in order to create a healthy and livable home environment.  We are thankfully feeling so much better physically but now we need to begin the process of detoxing the mycotoxins that are unfortunately now showing up in all of our lab work in response to being exposed to the contaminated environment.  Having a trustworthy and quality hvac company is essential in creating a healthy home environment.  We highly recommend steering clear of this company for the sake of your health and safety!
