Best Faucet Repair in Phoenix AZ

I have been using Hays cooling and heating on my Personal residence and my rental properties.  Their techs are professional and experienced, and on time.  Their prices aren't the cheapest, but their work is 5 stars.

We needed several repairs, including a new kitchen faucet. Robert was right on time for both the estimate and the repairs. While on his way, we were notified by text (the company contact Gabriella was friendly and responsive) with a picture and biography of Robert. He was very personable, obviously knowledgeable, and got right to work. Afterward, he cleaned up the mess. We are extremely happy with the work done, and will request Robert if we need any more plumbing help.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Ordered service and things didn't quite go as I understood them to be and I wrote a review expressing my disappointment.  A company representative called me right away and went above and beyond to assure that I was happy with the service and the company. Wow. A technician came, walked me through the process, explained, answered my questions and took care of matter. Handled the matter with exemplary customer relations care and abilities.

I had my usual maintenance checkup with Jeremy.  I've known him for about 12 years, even before he joined Day and Night Air.  Jeremy is very knowledgeable, always pleasant and patient.  Answers every question and more importantly is not pushy.   He helped to educate me about my old air conditioner which I really appreciated!  Thanks Jeremy!

James came and conducted an inspection on our home ac units today, he was courteous, professional and certainly knew what he was talking about. Best of all he didn't try to upsell me on something i wouldnt need; honesty like that gets my vote everytime! hands down a great service, I'll certainly be using Arizona Dukes of Air again and referring them too!

ProSkill Services is the GO TO company for home and service repair. I have used them countless times and they are by far, the cost friendly company in the Valley. Their experience is unparalleled to others and provide an resource we hope to never need. Thankfully, their technicians are intelligent and will do their best to repair what is broken rather than total it and refer you to someone else. They have said me thousands of dollars and I wish I could give a better review.

Remarkably good service! Contacted on Fri. Afternoon, they got me scheduled for the following Sun @ 8:00a for a non-emergency service. I mean, nobody does that anymore. The tech, Brandon, arrives exactly on time and is just terrific. Everything done to perfection. Pricing was a good 20-25% less than prior estimates. Will be my plumber for any future needs. 5+ stars.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Dion was ON TIME. That seems to be a problem with different contractors these days, and he got there when he was supposed to. Then he fixed the clog in the drain on the roof, and we haven't seen a drip since. Polite, to the point, and effective. The only way it could have been better is if it had been free. :)

They are very responsive and do great work. Hired them to fix my water heater, definitely will go back to them in the future!

I recently purchased a home and needed a leak and pressure regulator installed. He was the only one that would even give me an estimate on how much the project could cost and was available in a good time frame. He was very knowledgeable and while he was completing the job found that the main valve was not working properly and was able to fix it at the same time. So far everything has been working fine and I have no complaints.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

We just had Trevor with Yavapai plumbing come out to service our HVAC and I must say, he is AWESOME!! ! Very knowledgeable, kind and explained everything with great detail. I had one concern I ran past him and he diagnosed it right away and put my mind at ease. Great guy, great company!

Very happy with service.  Price for new AC unit was comparable to both small contractor and large one.  Work was done on time, and the installers, Josh and Matt were neat and professional. I would not hesitate in using them again.

Our thermostat went out which turned into 3 different service visits where each time something worse happened, by the 4th visit it was you have a leak. They kept insisting we pay 20grand to install a new unit. Guy literally shows me with some blacklight where theres a stain indicating a leak. Tell us any moment the unit will stop working. Guess what.  The next time we turned it on, it wouldn't work. New company comes out, finds zero leak but does find where this service guy pulled a breaker on the unit causing the AC to shut off but didnt tell us. So it LOOKED like our unit went out.  We almost shelled out 20 thousand dollars over a complete scam. Do NOT hire this company.

So parker an son get no stars . Well one because  at lease there plumbing tech showed up on his schedule  day an time . But there a/c side gets zero  . For the second time they called me to set up a tune up an a inspection. The first time was 3 months ago and it's funny same reason. Melissa  from there office said there having a no air day so all regular  service calls where reschedule an people with no ac got first service . Which for me is ok I understand  that but that's the same reason 3 months ago it wasn't hot . But then top that off I get a call from there tech 20 min after hanging  up that someone's on there way . I told tech I was told u where reschedule us cause u where slammed with no ac  calls . That's funny I would say don't go with parker an sons if u want service .

So its been 36 hours with no AC with the outside at 107 and inside at 96 with a 4 month baby. I was told by the service tech i will schedule you in first thing in the morning. So my wife wanted me home for this, so i called in sick. Then 8am get a call we have you scheduled for 5pm to 9pm. So not only have a just lost about $250 today from work, please having to deal with a 4 month old baby crying and screaming because she is hot and the house is hot so there is no cooling her down, and spending $300 on fans which of course make the house hotter. Im trying to figure out WTF i spent $5k on? Can anyone answer that? If yelp had 0 stars they would get them.

I actually had a really positive experience.  I am in a new build 8 months post-signing and still under warranty.  I turned my air on over the weekend when it got into the 90's and we had some company over.  The fan came on but no cold air was coming.  I tried turning it off for a while then back on and turned the thermostat down really low but wasn't having any luck.  I called Chas Roberts since they were listed on the contacts my builder left inside my cabinet.  They were able to come the same day, and in fact arrived within about an hour.  They ended up installing something called a hard start kit and had the place cooling down shortly after they arrived.  Everything was covered under warranty so I was relieved that I had tried the A/C well before summer start (and end of warranty).  They did mention their extended warranty/service plans offered for just over $2K for 10 yrs and $1.5K for 5 yrs but it didn't come across as a hard sell.  I was directed to their website to check it out.  I see that they have polar opposites on the reviews so I'm not convinced I would invest in that option until I see a consistently good review profile.  But my technician Jeff was really nice and helpful and this particular service was definitely a positive one.
