So glad I used this company to re-texture our kitchen drywall that had decades old wallpaper removed from it.  Did a fantastic job, awesome price, on time, kept it clean.  Highly recommend.

Gary the Handyman responded right away to an inquiry. He fixed the light switch the next day because he says the house was on the way to his next job.
Why the 2 stars? The dishonesty in pricing. I asked what he thought how long it would take for the issue to be resolved, he said something along the lines that it may take an hour or it could take longer. He says his hourly rate is $65 an hour. I agreed. He shows up and fixes the light switch under an hour. He then charges me $195. His words "Service call is $65 to do that type of work is $195."

We hired Arizona Maintenance Services to fix and finish a flooring job we had started. although the job presented more issues than originally known, Patrick did a fantastic job! We could not be happier with how great the floor looks. Patrick was super friendly and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend Arizona Maintenance Services.

He's the real deal. I've been looking for a simple next door neighbor type handy man and he's your guy. Friendly, helpful and smart. I will be using him in the future. Thanks again!

VIVONA LLC is the best ever!  He is honest, reliable, professional & all around talented handy man.  He repaired our roof (no more water leaks from the rain), fixed all the stains & damage on our ceiling,  put new floor in bathroom, repaired kitchen cabinet (ready to fall out) & repaired our porch steps & railing that was "rickety" & dangerous to use.  He did not charge us any where near what we expected for all that work.  We are so happy we found him.  We will recommend him to all our friends, & will definitely use him again!!!!!

Everette showed up on time and was courteous and professional. He did an excellent job of fixing our 3 drywall holes leftover from a plumbing leak repair. Everette's estimate was below at least 4-5 other contractors I contacted. You would never know there was ever any damage. It looks great. I would recommend him to anyone needing drywall or other repairs.

Five Stars isn't nearly enough!

Robert came out quickly, assessed the issues correctly and was able to correct the various problems of SIX badly installed doors both interior and exterior that the original contractor did not do right. He rehung our entry way lamp which was also done incorrectly by another contractor And he even helped with hanging some of our artwork.

We had him back out to our place to replace a rotting shed door and door frame as well. He was so intent on completing our job on time and correctly that he was working in the rain for a time as he finished with the installation.

His attention to detail, genuine desire to do a job right the first time no matter what, his friendly demeanor and professionalism all recommend VERY highly indeed for whatever job you might have. But I will also say that I personally would recommend him to anyone that asked me for a handyman, and plan too.

In an environment rife with hack handymen just looking to finish a job and move on it is refreshing indeed to find a true Craftsman!

First off. If I could give 10 stars I would. From the first communication to the completion of the jobs necessary, I knew I had hired the right guy. Nate is a professional and he showed great communication, reliability, and above all great work. He was fair in his pricing and he is a down to earth guy. Those two things are very important, as I am in the "Trades business" as well. Some guys may do great work, but there pricks. Nate was the exact opposite.  We had 4 large TV's mounted to the walls. An extremely heavy mirror and a very large picture hung in our living room. Everything turned out perfect and is secure. It is nice to know the jobs were done right, as my Wife and I have 3 small children and another baby on the way. Now we don't have to worry about one of our TVs or wall hangings coming down on our children, as they like to pull everything down! Young with no fear. I'm sure other parents reading this understand what I mean. Anyways, Thanks for everything Nate. My wife and I will definitely be using your service's in the future!

Great job installing the electrical for a ceiling fan. Fair prices and great work.  We definitely recommend his services.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

Taylor was very professional, easy to work with and a problem solver. He was willing to make the extra effort to get the right tubing to fit the faucet since the one we had did not connect to the new faucet we were replacing. He got the project done efficiently and on time. Great Job!

I highly recommend this service. The communication and follow through could not be better. I hired them to dismantle a Murphy bed from one room and reinstall it in another room. It actually is not a very easy feat, requires special tools because it needs to be anchored in four places to the concrete floor, and takes two because the material is so heavy. They did a great job. And I'm extremely appreciative of their high-quality Covid sensitivity and precautions.

I needed a chandelier taken down and a much bigger, heavier one put in its place.  Joe was on time and always very polite and accommodating.  He worked fast too and before I knew it the job was done.  I will definitely be calling them to come back for my next job.

This was the first time I had used House Doctors. They provided repair service for a large crack in my travertine tile that ran the length of my kitchen. House Doctors came out within a few days and sent me an estimate that was very reasonable. They sent a 20+ year experienced tile guy that did such a good job you would never know the crack was ever there.
So after that good experience I hired them to install gutters around the home. Again, they impressed me.
Bottom Line? Fair pricing, good communication, on time and on budget. Rare to find. I now have them in my contact list as my go to guys for anything else in the future!
