They're customer service was top notch. Everyone I spoke to was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The gentlemen that came over for my quote on the new AC was incredibly thorough, showed us pictures of problem areas in the attic, and walked us through all our questions. They had my new ac installed two days after the quote and got the job done quickly and cleanly.

The four stars is because we recently noticed the ac runoff was placed directly above our electrical panel, which may be a problem in the future.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Best company EVER! We 1st met them thru the home show...offering $99 energy audits. We were immediately sold on this service....so very professional and knowledgeable as our first impression. They came out did a great job on the audit, wonderful follow up report.and now as of this weekend they replaced our entire unit...gave us a new air return...fixed our crumpled duct work...sealed it...bringing us up to current requirements..new thermostat....and many other services. They are always early or definitely on time...in constant communication by phone and email...courteous, explain what they are doing and why, very honest and genuine. Cleaned up after themselves even more than they needed to. The whole crew is AMAZING. Every single one of them. It is very apparent from the moment you meet them they care about YOU the customer. Not a top dollar sale, or pushing upgrades, but truly making sure you get what is needed to better your home. We could not have asked for better service. Spending several thousand dollars is already a difficult decision but they made it easy. We can already feel an immediate difference in quality and comfort. After an initial hiccup with a brand new on-call servicemen and a sales rep, Rescue One Air has fully convinced me that they are a stand-up company and care about the customer.  The owner himself, (Jason), called me about my concerns and has proven his dedication to customer care.  He immediately sent his best guy (Alex) out and installed parts and tuned up my system all for free. They have shown great business integrity. I totally recommend using Rescue One Air!!

William responded to my inquiry promptly, I was able to schedule my repair within the hour of my initial request. William showed up right at the scheduled time and worked efficiently to fix my drain. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.

I agreed for him to come out to the house.  we discussed the job through messaging.  I sent him a lot of photos at his request.  He assured me he could do the job.  Saturday came and he sent me a text message that he would be done with his morning job in about an hour and a half and be heading my way, to my house.  He didn't show up and I heard nothing from him again.

These guys are the sub contracts for Heating and Cooling for Fulton Homes (or at least several Fulton Home Communities).  We have had numerous issues with the A/C system on our new Fulton Home since the beginning and it is barely 1 year old.  The technicians who have come out to our home have been chauvinistic and rude to my wife and when they dealt with me, at first treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about until, I was able to prove to them that I knew my stuff and then their attitude changed. All around poor service and poorly designed system and original installation to begin with. I would never use them for anything for out of warranty service.
