Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Joel was fantastic. He was meticulous, careful, comprehensive, and absolutely honest. Our back decking in Flagstaff was in need of refurbishment. Instead of trying to talk us into a full redo, he was able to find the structural issues with our railing and steps, walkthrough a repair of a concrete pillar, showed us where there were opportunities for small restructurings for reinforcement, and gave us a dead honest estimate. When we looked to add a few things, his add-ons were priced fairly, and he also discovered a few issues which he repaired without extra cost. He came when he said he would, he completed the work when he said he would, he documented with photos and videos and sent them to us. We paid him ahead for materials, we paid him at the end for labor. I was absolutely pleased with his work, and would definitely call him again should the need arise.

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.
Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.

This is a handyman service that was well worth my time. I am too busy with work obligations for the honey do list. Doug helped us with a broken spa cover that was damaged in a storm. After his repair, it works better than before the weather related incident. We look forward to using him again.

When searching for a company to remodel our kitchen I reached out to multiple  vendors, and G&C was by far the lowest, while also taking the most time to work with us on our design and plan out everything we needed. The remodel included a total demo of the old kitchen, installation of new cabinets, electrical, granite countertops, and a back splash. The quality of their work was second to none, and they finished the project on time and on budget. We love out new kitchen and will be reaching back out to G&C every time we have any other home improvement needs!

Recently used Vetsbuilt Contracting to do some remodeling in my home of 29yrs. Remodeling while living in your home is not an easy process, however DJ and his crew were so easy to work with. The work was done promptly and efficiently. 1500 sq ft. of wood look ceramic tile layed perfectly. They also turned my upstairs loft into an in home office space.   I am so happy with both. Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat!  Thanks Ruben. Stan did a great job on about 7 different repairs I needed including leveling & caulking a tub that had detached, replacing toilet shut off valve, re-caulk my windows, reinstall a floor transition, replace spring loaded hinges, and replace a drain pipe. Then on a second job he was able to complete  an exterior stem wall repair and paint while I was out of town. All tasks showed good workmanship and he's clearly detail oriented.​

Terry does great work.  He has installed skylights and a French door for us and we are very happy with his work.  He is very personable and has a good sense of humor which makes having him in your home enjoyable.  Since he is good at what he does he does get booked up so you need to schedule him a couple weeks in advance but he is worth the wait.
