Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Phoenix AZ

As a manager of a window and door company, I have been in the sales and customer service business for most of my work life. When I was in need of a new AC, after my 20 year old unit finally failed. I proceeded to get estimates from a few different companies. This gave me an experience being on the consumer side rather than the business side of things. I let all the visiting  AC company representatives know that I was in sales, and that I only plan on living in the home for a couple of years, and that I needed a good AC at a reasonable price and didn't need anything fancy just the bare minimum.  This pretty much fell on deaf ears. They have a saying Never sale a salesman every up sale and pitch you could ever hear of from most of the appointments. Until Bill from Hays cooling and heating came through my door. Very punctual, professional, listened to my needs. Very soft approach.  Ultimately didn't try to sell me. Was very reasonably priced and was so impressed with the experience I moved forward with the purchase right away. They were very quick on installing the new AC a few days later just in time for the 115 degree weather. Workman where clean courteous and professional. Very pleased with the whole experience.  The Icing on the cake was a few weeks later my small rental property I owned unfortunately the AC  failed also, I didn't hesitate to call Hays again. It was nice to see Bill again, and as before listened to my needs and Hays hit a second home run with me. I highly recommend Hays cooling and heating,  and will not hesitate to refer to friends or family , and or call them for all my future AC needs. Very highly recommended.

I was having a problem with my AC unit. It was not cooling my house at all. A friend of mine referred me to Dukes Of Air. I sent an email on Sunday and first thing Monday morning they called me back to make an appointment. They were able to fit me in that afternoon Chris showed up and took care of the issue in about 30 minutes. He was very professional and I thought the price for the work was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who is having air conditioning issues.

Called Day & Night on a Saturday for less than cold air conditioning and had an appointment scheduled the same day - no surcharges for it being the weekend or last minute service call.  Kasey came out and quickly diagnosed the problem (low coolant) and fixed the issue.  Even gave me some advice about the future of my AC unit.  I thought it was reasonably priced, but after a Google search found the price of my coolant was quoted all over the place and oftentimes much lower.  This is noted in another review from 6/2015: I have an AC that needs R22 freon and that comes at the hefty price of $213 for the first pound and $135 for any pounds needed after that. According to sources online this freon is priced at around $100 per pound.  That being said, there weren't any labor charges on my bill so I'm assuming that cost was absorbed into the high price per pound of coolant.  Also, I called two other places and one said they weren't available until 6/24 and the other said they did not do diagnostic prices, their prices were hourly ($250).  All in all, I'd use them again (but hopefully won't have to!).

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

We have used this company in Gilbert twice now and both of our experiences have been stellar. Our first call was for a washer repair and they went out of their way to get it repaired quickly. Yesterday, we called for an oven repair and they found the part and installed it today for a reasonable price. Amazing service!

I have been dealing with Precision Air for the last 2 years and have never had a complaint until yesterday. Ricky came out to do the annual preventative maintenance check up. When he finished, he came in and explained that there were 3 things that needed attention in order to keep the unit working at its best. He explained what each item did to keep the unit working properly, and told me the price of each. When I told him that I didn't have the money right now so I couldn't do it at this time, he continued to push at least 1 of the services at which time I explained again that I just don't have the money right now. He stated that he understood, that he has a 1 year old and money is always tight. I then explained, this was a single income household, that I survive on retirement, and was waiting to get paid. He finally stopped, but encouraged that I write a review here which would get a $50 credit towards a future service that he was recommending. It seemed that he was really pushing, possibly to get a commission, I'm not sure, but that's how it felt.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

So my first Impression from the company was really positive but after I signed on the dotted line things changed...the system was to be installed in one day and all trash was to be removed same day. I left the installers and headed off to work. When I got home everything seemed to be in order other than all the trash they left in my front yard. The next morning I headed up into the attic to look at the new unit and I was not happy. There were exposed wires just left lying in the attic, the changes to the air intake that were discussed in the contract had not been done and there was a 2 inch gap in the air duct cooling my attic not my home. I called the office and left a message for Mike and received no response. I called the following day and they finally had someone come take away the old unit. After 2 more visits they finally got the hole fixed and wires taped off. As I was talking to the tech about the repairs I asked where the air scrubber/UV light was located that was included in my contract. The Tech told me it hadn't been installed and it was never in his work request. So I called Mike and he assured me it was an honest mistake and that they weren't trying to cheat me. The Trane unit seems to be doing great and I am happy with it but the customer service was differently lacking. I wish I could say I just caught them on a bad day but this was over 3 weeks. Hopefully they can work on this and insure it doesn't happen to others.

You arrived at my home pretty close to the time that he said he would be there. He took a look at the microwave, tested it and indicated that the magnetron had failed. When I told him it was under warranty with Samsung , he said he would not charge the service fee because he really didn't do anything. I will certainly call on Hew again if I need appliance repair. New to area.  Found their ad in 85086 magazine.  Picked them over other ads because it was family owned, in Anthem AZ, offered no service charge to diagnose the problem (that was huge to me), they will tell me what price is upfront (again-huge), etc.  I called them because AC unit wasn't working when I came home from work.  It was a Friday night.  The owner Tyler called me back within 30 minutes of my voicemail and scheduled an appointment for Saturday between 8-10am with Joseph.  Joseph arrived within that window.  Joseph was clean and respectful and put on foot booties when entering house.  Diagnosed problem and told me up front what charges would be.  Prices were fair.   Helped answer questions about being new to the area and helped me with questions about water softener and whole house filtration system.  This was NOTHING we have experienced before.  It was the FIRST time I have used a Heating/Cooling company in my life that I didn't feel violated!

Our toilet flooded downstairs and we weren't able to clear the blockage on our own. I reached out to this business and they were able to get to me right away. Like that same afternoon! They fixed the clog that was in the main line and all is working again. I feel like the service charge was reasonable for the work they did. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others!

I had them move my washer and dryer hookups from the kitchen pantry to the garage. Their rates were fantastic, I did get multiple quotes, and the tech was very knowledgeable. They were able to schedule quickly and paying the invoice via apple pay was very convenient. I am very pleased with their service and quality of work. They'll definitely be the first call for future plumbing issues.

Not the family owned company they used to be I believe they have been bought out by Ace services I will be using a different company from now on, somebody local with an interest in giving good advice and service not turning the service call into a sales call!

We moved to Arizona 6 years ago and because our builder used Chas Roberts, we hired Chas Roberts to do the heating and air conditioning maintenance and also to service our water heater when needed. We have been 100 percent satisfied with the customer service we have received! Yesterday, at 6:30 p.m. we noticed we had no hot water and could not get our pilot light to stay lit. I got on line and was able to schedule a service call this morning at 7:00 a.m. What is amazing is that yesterday was a Saturday and not only were they able to come to our house to help us, but there wasn't an extra charge for it being on a Sunday! The tech who came to our house was polite, professional, and friendly. I see so many negative ratings for Chas Roberts and decided to share another point of view since we have been 100 percent satisfied for 6 years! I highly recommend Chas Roberts!!!
