Best Electric Water Heater Inst… in Phoenix AZ

We are very please with this AHWA company. They're a great team every one of the workman was nice and they'll answer all your questions, after we have installed the AC System, ours house really have a clean smelling air, my husband and I was very surprised, we both were very happy, it's just we don't have any pet in home but you still can tell the air was different from before, you can tell it right the way, we will recommend to all ours friend and to whoever reading these reviews! Thank you to AHWA giving us such a great confidence to their job, by the way they're on time to be at your front door as they said they would! They're trust worthy company, so far so good we are pleased with their work!

Hay's has been fantastic to work with.  They corrected numerous poor installation items by another vendor in the Valley, and have been very knowledgeable and responsive.

I have a two unit system and one of a/c units was having electrical issues. It occurred on a weekend and AZ Dukes of Air came on a Saturday (very nice they're open on Saturday) and accommodated the repair the same day. Our Technician, Anthony, was polite, professional and took care of the repair in short order. Pricing was fair and transparent, which I appreciated. I will call AZ Dukes of Air again for future repairs and service!

Outstanding customer service!!  I needed to have my HVAC unit serviced and looked at (evaluated) as it is approx 11-12 yrs old.  I found this company on Yelp and because of the great reviews called to schedule an appointment. The lady who answered was very courteous and professional and was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Albert was the technician and his level of customer service was one of the best I have ever experienced!  He was on time and clearly explained the results of the inspection. I would recommend this company to anyone!  Hands down one of the best companies I have worked with!!

My mom's water heater started gushing out water while I was house sitting. I spoke with Megan at Hansen's Family Plumbing & she was excellent on the phone. She took her time giving me all the details and was extremely helpful. Michael came out same day & took care of everything for us. He was professional, hard working, paid close attention to detail and made sure the job was completed. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs. Paul was the technician that serviced our A/C for routine maintenance. He was prompt and I also received a courtesy phone call with ETA before he made his way over to our house which I GREATLY appreciated. He was very professional and explained the work he had completed and also the proposed preventative work he recommends we get done to ensure our unit lasts as long as possible before having to replace it. I recommend Northern Air Mechanical Services and will continue to use them for maintenance services and repairs if ever needed.

Terry and Brandon came out to address a problem today that was left by a previous company (they refused to come back out). They were completely professional, kind and took our concerns very seriously. King fixed the problem and made sure we were satisfied, telling us they would come back out if we had any further concerns. I look forward to using them again.

Needed help with our central air. Derek responded to my Yelp request right away. He got here quickly even before his ETA and was able to assess the situation and help resolve it the same day. He also provided more solutions and ways to improve air later on as needed. He was kind and understanding of my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Canyon State to the rescue. My air conditioner died last Friday & I spent the weekend trying to figure how what to do & how much to spend. Something reasonably priced but also could be taken care of quickly. I combed the APS Qualified Contractors, reviewed them on Yelp, & checked for their ROC license.

I came across Canyon State and could not be more impressed or happy with their service. I received a quote from James Dunkins but it wasn't just one! He took the time to give me four prices on one sheet and an extra price contained in the email. Canyon State uses Trane products & the quotes included RunTru. I never heard of this but looked it up, read the reviews, & saw it too was a Trane product.

The prices was definitely right but more importantly, to me, was the customer service. It didn't feel like it was a massive push or over eager sale. There wasn't an upscale but a genuine, how can we help you? The fact that they also had a portable A/C to help me survive until they could I stall also helped.

James was patient & indulged all of my questions. He was thoughtful in his responses & the tone of his voice made me feel like a friend instead of some rando new potential customer. When he came on Sunday to set up the portable A/C & measure, I felt even more confident in the decision to go with Canyon State.

The first year of service (2 checks) are included with a proposal for maintenance plan to be given at the second service. The warranty for the new install is reasonable as well. I really appreciate the upfront pricing & how it is a flat fee. No hidden surprises. No up sales. No pressure.

I am extremely happy with Canyon State & this all started with James. The techs who installed the unit & set up the thermostat were professional, competent, & personable. Each person I spoke with made me more confident with the purchase.  I don't feel like they're going to forget about me or that I was just another bottom line $$$. This is a small, family run business that has been around for over 30 years.

My AC broke in the middle of summer and it was miserable, called them and they were so quick to help me.. definitely gonna save their number in case this heat kills my AC again!! Thanks guys

We called these guys to come to my elderly parents house for the $59 drain service. We were told that anything over the $59 service would be discussed with me or my daughter,  not my elderly parents. I made this  Very Very clear. Next thing I know is my mother has just paid your company $1300 for a service that I paid $700 with another company last year! If the tech or this company had actually done what they said they were going to  do on the phone, my mother wouldn't have paid $600 over what she should have. They are elderly and my father is senile. My mother doesn't know anything about home repairs and she was taken advantage of. I am beyond pissed off at this company's practices! Beware they will take advantage of you!

We had lost power to our thermostat and did not know how to fix it.  We called Precision Air and a service rep, Louis D, came out the next day. He found a hidden fuse that had burned out and soon our HVAC was running. He also did a tune up on our HVAC and helped my husband install the new programmable thermostat we had purchased. We decided to purchase a 4 year maintenance contract with them, since Louis knew exactly how to fix our HVAC in a short time. We feel this is a company we can depend on to keep our Arizona  winters warm and our summers cool. Thanks!
