Best Electric Water Heater Inst… in Phoenix AZ

The hero we all need! He showed up right away & got my power back on in my house in no time. He was so friendly and gave me a very fair price. Another electrical company wanted me to wait until tomorrow morning but I'm glad I called Gabe right after they told me that. I cannot say enough good things about what a blessing he is. I will most definitely be using him again for anything else that I need done in my home & recommending him to everyone!

We hired Gary to enlarge a bathroom by moving a wall and then adding sliding barn doors, shelves, a closet and storage. He gave the lowest bid of the 4 companies we considered. He was fine with adding small jobs here and there, adding handles and locks, hanging a few items, putting together shelves and prepping a door that came with no holes so it was not ready to install which added some work he wasn't expecting. He charged less when we decided against certain doors. Everything looked professional and neatly installed. When the sliders wouldn't go smoothly, he was able to fix them. He took away not only large pieces (doors, wrap, wood...) that were part of his job but other large items that weren't part of his remodel. With other companies we have worked with, collecting money was the most important thing. Gary didn't make it the highest priority, in fact we were ready to write out the check before he had to ask. We are very pleased with our roomy bathroom now and will give good references for Gary and use him again whether we need a big or small job.

Very fast response from this business and the owner. Did exactly as he promised was prompt and did a great job with great communication. Thank you Ty!

These guys installed my unit on my previous home so they were my first call to replace my elderly unit in my new place. They are very dependable and always on time. They are very neat and organized. I love that they are polite and will explain anything you need. I can't believe how quiet the new unit is and I love the app to control the unit. Many thanks everyone.

It disappoints me I have to write this review. I wanted to hire this group because I'm remodeling the house that my dad (Vietnam vet) left to me. I know it would make him proud to have vets work on our house. I also saw the positive reviews and posted response times which made me even more excited.  Unfortunately, I have submitted their online form to get a quote (a week ago) AND I have called and left a voicemail (Saturday) but noone has contacted me.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Electrical home issue with my upstairs outlets-came in 45 min on a Sat! Also fixed a leak immediately after in my washGreat service and nice guy. Have been using handymen with mixed results and have been difficult to coordinate with. Switching my business over as of  today. Great professional work, highly recommended.

Kurt is super polite, responsive, and does a great job! I hired him to mount a tv, fix a closet rack, install a new electrical outlet, and partially paint my bathroom. Everything was completed neatly and efficiently, with minimal disruption. I found his pricing to be fair and affordable.

From the first time I contacted Kurt, I felt like he really wanted to earn my trust. He patiently answered my questions and asked me questions that others didn't - which showed me he cared about getting it right. I've already asked him to come back for additional work, so I think that says it all.

Kurt was the 3rd handyman I contacted but I highly recommend you call him first!

We have employed Fix It Floyd numerous times over the last 8 years for numerous services. They never disappoint. Most recently they installed a new shower in our master bathroom.  They far exceeded our expectations. The new shower is stylish and functional. Their prices are reasonable. They provide great value.

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

Brazil came out to fix my AC this morning and were.... WHAT?! And hour EARLY?! Whoa. I don't think any tech has been an hour early for anything I've ever scheduled. Ever!

The pair of techs were super nice. They came in, laid down mats and got to work. They were patient with me even though I had no idea where the breaker box was. It was in the pantry, by the way. Who knew?!

They warned me before making loud noises which I thought was nice of them and cleaned up well when they were done. They took the  time to go over the new system with me and answered all my questions even though the user's manual was sitting right there.

I'm overall very happy with their service and now I'm sitting cool once again.

I got referred to Tucker Hill thru Home Advisor/Angie's List for a bid to remove garbage disposal, and not replace it.  They made appt for Tues, but company called to say tech was running late.  They tried to schedule afternoon when I had a lunch appt, so we scheduled for the next day.  

When tech Michael Granados arrived, he never gave me any eye contact, the whole time.  His face was in a tablet, like he was texting.  i finally asked Michael what he was doing.  He said he was writing up a bid, and didn't even look at me when he said that.  Even before I showed Michael what I needed done, his face was in that tablet as soon as he came in the door.  I thought NEVER giving eye contact, when I was speaking to him , or he was speaking to me, was SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!  And it was just not a little bit, or moment, it was the entire time he was at my house, never looking at me, always eyes doing something on that tablet, all the time I was speaking to him.  I am age 71 and i don't recall someone like that, no eye contact EVER!  

His bid was also a shocking $1000.  Another plumbing business from Angie's list, called Patrick Reilly bid $389 for same removal of garbage disposal, just before, and I thought $389 was expensive.

I see other revieiws here, about Tucker Hill's rapingly high prices,  like the one Amanda A wrote on 5/12/2022, $10,000 for 5 electrical outlets.  And another review by Nathan G. here on Yelp, quoting $1400 for a fan motor when another company quoted $375.  And another reivew by Jessica W here on Yelp, about overpricing.  

I feel sorry for people who hire Tucker, but it is their fault, not watcing their wallets and shopping wisely and price comparing.   This company does not deserve to be on Angie's List.  I gave Tucker Hill 1/2 star rating on Home Advisor, too.

These guys will say anything to get their customers money and not back it up.  They should really learn to treat customers better.  Never sign a contract with this company.  You might never get your money back.  They'll tell you your deposit is refundable but then invent hundred of dollars in fees later on.
