Best Drain Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Frank came to fix my a/c- they were fast to come out and fix it right. He waited to make sure the problem was fixed, and waited for the air to turn down before leaving. He was great!

I called Hobaica services to schedule a maintenance check on my air conditioning unit. On the day of the appointment Scott called and notified me as to his approximate time of arrival. He was very professional, kind, and after checking my ac, he gave me information regarding some repairs that would need to be done at some point (had I had time he could have done them the same day). He was also going to send me a quote via email. I feel confident that not only was he honest, he also didn't try to pressure me into making repairs that weren't necessary at this time. I will definitely use Hobaica again! I appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and kindness showed not only by Scott, but also by the person I spoke to when I called the office.

Great experience. They were able to come out within a day of my phone call, right on time, and the problem was fixed on the spot for a very reasonable price. $140 to change out both leaky shower valves in the bathroom. Sure, I could have done it myself, but I know it would have taken me forever to get around to it and it would have been a big pain for me. So I was happy to pay someone else who could do it in 30 minutes while I baked a birthday cake for my kid.

I had the unfortunate luck of having both AC units break in the middle of Arizona heat wave above 110 degrees late Saturday night. I must've called around half dozen places on Sunday but they were all booked 3 days out. When I called Proskill Services, not only did they have opening, they said they will be over in 2 hours. The technician, Julio arrived half hour early too. Needless to say, I was very impressed already. Julio fixed one AC, but had to order a part for my second unit. He came the very next day and repaired the second unit. My AC is running smoothly now and it's much quieter too. Julio was very courteous, friendly and professional. Highly highly recommend Proskill Services.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

Had a leak in the kitchen wall on 12/30. Left a message late in the afternoon and Sam responded that he would come by at 10 am on New Years Eve. He discovered the drain was leaking into the wall and provided me with the name of a restoration company to come in and open up the wall and clean out the water and mold in the wall. I contacted them, and they came out and did their work, then Sam came back on New Years Day to fix the drain. He was wonderful, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and honest and we really appreciate his service.

The person who did the survey was wonderful and very knowledgeable.
He brought up several idea's for cost and energy savings that will be valuable to us in the future.
The appointment was set up, and the company communicated throughout the initial appointment.
I would recommend this company; and most assuredly the representative they provided.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Jay from Canyon State did an excellent job! He explained the options to fix the problem and did exactly what he said he would do and it was a bit cheaper than he estimated! Definitely recommend Canyon State for your plumbing needs!

This company saved the day! My a/c was not blowing cold air and this happened mid day, I messaged a few businesses on yelp and Andrew was the first one to get back to me. They were able to come out later that night and check out what was going. They do charge a service fee but it does get applied to the overall bill which is nice as well. They were able to fix the problem with a recharge of my system and we now have cold air. I will definitely be using this company for any problems I have in the future with my HVAC. I highly recommend!

They really are the plumbing family you can trust! As a single mom on a budget, I had put off a bathroom project for over a year, thinking it was gonna be super expensive and take days. I finally decided to schedule the appointment to start the process. Zack and Chuy (Jesus) were here on time and finished the project in ONE day! They even took time to make my dog comfortable and let my toddler help before he left with Grandma. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. 10/10

I've used King Plumbing, Heating and AC twice now. Once for an AC issue and once for a plumbing problem. Both experiences have been wonderful! They arrived on time and figured out the problem quickly and completed in it in the same day. I felt very confident in their work and will definitely use them in the future.

I advise no one to use this company.  They are very overpriced and don't perform the work they were hired to to.  The repairmain replaced some water valves, but didn't bother replacing the tray, which was damaged---even though we asked him to.  They charged us way too much for this job.  Than we had to take off work a second day so he could finish the job he was suppose to do!!  He ended up having to do everything all over again just because he was trying to save a dime.   And he was late!  These people don't know what customer service is.  They should have refunded part of my money for the messed up job they did and for extra time I had to take off work!!
Lesson learned!  I will never use this company again.  There are plenty of other plumbers to choose from.  Don't bother with these guys!

We wanted a water softener since city water is so hard and loaded with chlorine.  Sales rep called on us and was very helpful and knowledgeable.  Walked thru what we had and recommended what we needed.  Time of appointment for installation crew of 2 plumbers showed up and installed our desired system.  In addition, I needed an new faucet installed in our house which they did quickly and efficiently.  We are very pleased with the process and people with whom we dealt.  System is working very well.

IN desperation my son call this company late sat. night for a sun. emergency visit as the A/C in his condo went out.  They showed up on time.  The  tech. did his analysis and found a capacitor out. Then came the gloom and dome sells pitch.  They do a detailed printed outline of their findings. They noted a very slight undercharge of the freon. The fix lasted 3 days.  Because I have a trusted A/C company I called them out to see what they think without telling them of any of the A/C by J findings. The reason that the fix lasted only 3 days was found to be that the freon fill port caps had been loosened and the valve stems jared just enough for the freon to leak out. This was deliberate in my view, considering the pressure the tech put on in his dome and gloom speech. This fix cost me $400 just to refill the freon.  In the analysis that my trusted tech gave showed that much of the A/C by J anlaysis was trumped up or bogus.DO NOT Call THIS COMPANY.

So of course Tanya has to get on YELP and start flapping her gums and defending their abysmal service check. Bottom line, there are lots of negative reviews about this company as of late. Mine is just one of them. They should have stood behind their work. And yes the new AC company who fixed my AC clearly stated that Dukes should have easily seen the the wheel had come loose from the housing had they done a proper inspection. Then to say she was trying to make things right, is completely untrue. She was rude and nasty and could care less if the inspection on my home was shoddy workmanship. The new AC guy clearly said that this break did not happen overnight. It was long time coming and it should have been noticed and noted in the inspection. These guys are not ethical and it all starts at the top. Thanks Tanya! Keep lying to your customers. Just my opinion.

This is a wonderful company to be a part of. Being from Texas I know about hot weather! Phoenix has some of the hottest weather you can imagine! These guys get cooling and heating. I have visited their shop and I cannot say enough about how professional these guys are! From the moment they answer the phone and when the install crew cleans up after their work these guys get professionalism! I am excited to be part of a winning team! So when your air conditioning system breaks or you just need a premium tune up call the good guys!

I started my search for a reliable handyman about two weeks ago with no luck until I contacted Honeycutt's Handyman Service. Joe is AMAZING and I am so glad I reached out. I had a tight window of availability before being away on business and Joe met it with time to spare. He's communicative, thorough, and motivated. I now have a go-to handyman and will certainly be contacting him for future projects!

I cannot recommend this company. They installed the HVAC system in our new build home in Mesa. Their service during the limited warranty period was adequate. At the conclusion of the warranty, my system was experiencing issues and the earliest availability was 14 days. The service tech's diagnosis was that the thermostats were faulty and needed replacing. Estimated total for repairs/parts/labor exceeded $700. I arranged for a diagnosis from another local company, recommended by the equipment manufacturer Carrier. That tech arrived the NEXT day and found an issue with the ducts and vent dampers, NOT the thermostats. Total for repairs was $225. I later heard that Chas Roberts technicians receive a portion of sales of thermostats. Chas Roberts overcharged for the wrong solution, so I cannot recommend their competence, their integrity or their value. I only rate 2 stars for their adequate service during the home warranty period.
