Ty was very responsive to our needs, as we live in another state and would only be in AZ for 2 weeks. He scheduled his time to accommodate us, starting the flooring job on our first day in town, and was done in 4 days. Our new Luxury vinyl plank floor looks great, and Ty and his crew were easy to do business with. His price was very fair and his work ethic was impeccable. He showed up on time every day, and cleaned up completely when done. Ty is very friendly and professional, and we will definitely call him in the future for any other projects we have. Be careful with these guys!   They answer the phone how can I put a smile on your face today then proceed to take advantage of you!  I was given an exorbitant verbal quote by Anthony that was so outrageously high I asked to please see it in writing and was promised by Anthony that I would receive in an email the next morning.   After three follow ups with Emily addressing this I never received anything.   Even Mike the technician said to me Anthony is a wheeler dealer.   Not the kind of company that acts like they are trying to put a smile on your face rather a frown.   Buyer beware!
