Best Drain Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

My outdoor refrigerator stopped working and Ty quickly found the problem in the electrical outlet and changed the GFI plugs. He was very professional and I will be using him again!

This review is long over due but I wanted to make sure I got this in because Mike is probably one of the best Handymen I've ever used.  A move from Phoenix to Seattle had us scrambling to fix up the house for sale and we needed all sorts of work done - we had quite a bit of dry wall that needed repair and also needed a corner of our kitchen cabinetry retouched.  After seeing the reviews here on Yelp, I called Mike at Copper State Home Maintenance and he was out the next day for an estimate.

Now, the estimate was beyond reasonable and Mike even picked up the supplies needed and just charged me for those at his cost.  He did all the repair work very quickly and everything looked AMAZING.  I mean - there was no way to tell there was a smallish hole in one of the walls originally.  I looked and looked to see if I could even see a seam.  The paint was matched perfectly and everything was so professionally done - I was one happy camper.  

I'm really picky about how things look and Mike is a perfectionist.  His prices are great and if you need anyone to do anything in your home in the Phoenix area, call Mike.  it will be the best call you ever made...

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

I would give this family business a million shooting stars if I could! Ryan is patient, has great attention to detail, is very considerate of our home when he does work for us and has a great, friendly attitude. This company is absolute garbage.  My water heater went out so I called George Brazil. After 6pm the service is classified as an emergency,  no problem. I agreed to pay 125 non refundable fee. I called at 7pm and wad told that they would come at anytime between 7pm - 6 am. Your math is right I waited 11 hours, they never showed. I called at 630 am, and asked what the deal was, I was told that I need to wait till Monday.  If your ok with waiting and happy to deal with mentally unable people us George Brazil. I called Parker and Sons and they repaired my issue 2 hours after calling them. Moral of this, this company sucks Do Not Use them!

They did call back and rescheduled.  They did the work as requested.  4 stars for following up.   I thought the price was high, but I haven't used a certified electrician recently, and I felt the work required a professional.
