I had the Company install a new A/C unit in my condo and from the outset, Craig Orr, the sales tech was there and assessed the needs. He determined, unlike the other companies who quoted, that there were problems with the existing duct work. He gave me a detailed proposal and the price was the best and included repairing the duct work -- He made sure the install was perfect, and in fact it was. Tom and his 2 Technicians were great on the install-- professional, courteous and completed the job without a hitch. Their attention to customer satisfaction is stellar and they, as part of the install will come back in 3 weeks to make sure all is functioning as it should. I have lived in AZ for 10 years and had a number of companies service my A/C but they are clearly heads above the competition-- totally recommend them

Had a water pressure valve installed, Hansen Family Plumbing offered the best price of all those I queried. First thing is Hansen Family Plumbing is responsive - extremely quick and always kept me informed on arrivals, etc. I needed to have them come out after a few days to take a look at some vibration noises, turns out that it was my fault when I added a pressure gauge to the spigot. They came out right away to investigate and took the time to educate me on the do's and don'ts of what I did, and were really great about that. One of the best customer service experiences and definitely recommend Hansen Family Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable and customer focused business.

Marc did a wonderful job with the home audit, explaining everything as he went along. He then provided a list of suggested improvements.
We pursued some of the suggested improvements - an estimator came out to scope the job, then shortly thereafter the guys came out to do the work (installing whirlybirds, sealing ducts, replacing door edge seals). There was one hiccup when the door seals made it difficult for the door to close, but the Field Supervisor followed up with me and sent out a guy (Rick) to make repairs that same day. Rick did a fantastic job!
They truly want their customers to be satisfied, I was impressed with their persistance to make sure the work was done properly before closing out the job.

Randy and Marc showed up on time and were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They found simple solutions that 2 other plumbers hadn't found and wanted to charge us a ton of money to fix. One was the recirculating pump, which wasn't working. These guys figured that it wasn't plugged in! (It still needed work, but....) We also had no cold water in the master shower. A previous plumber told us it was a cartridge that was hard to get to, and would cost $1000. Randy handed me a rubber piece and said someone put this rubber piece on backyards and it blocked your cold water intake. I'm 63 years old. This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had!

The heating unit that was installed by Y P &H 4 1/2 years ago started acting weird. They sent JOSE GOMEZ out to check. After checking everything on heater and it was good, he checkeD thermostat. It was bad. Looking at warranty of 5 years still had time so he called manufacture Honeywell and arranged a replacement for free. He also drove across town to pick it up anD then came back to install. None of that was his job, but h wanTed to make sure we had heat and were satisfied with his service. Thank you Jose! We bought a combo heat pump unit 3 years ago ( over $5000). Unit would not turn on to heat this year. Called Mike Carroll, salesman who sold us unit. He told me there would be NO CHARGE to come out and check unit. Made appt and two days before date they texted to say THEY changed appt to the next day. Called them and made arrangements to come on the day they were suppose to. Jason showed up on time and determined problem was the thermostat. He said it would be $79.00 for diagnostic service and ARE YOU READY FOR THIS $330.00 to replace the thermostat that costs less than $30.00 at home depot. Told him to contact Mike about service charge and NO THANK YOU on something that should cost less the $100 total to replace.
Bought new thermostat for $28.00 and replaced same in less that 10 mins. Service Tech's make commission on UP SELLING customers. Well don't worry Donley and Mike I'm due to change both my 3 and 3.5 Trane units that are over 20 years old and I won't be checking with YOUR company. You just lost over $10,000 thanks to JASON.

West Coast Plumbing & Air is wonderful. right before Christmas my water heater starting pour water out the top, and I reached out to them, John sent Reid over right away to look at it. Reid realized my anode rod was completely gone and that it would have to be replaced, except it was the very end of the day. Reid left me his cell number to reach out overnight if I had any issues. The next day John and Michelle both reached out via text to keep me informed of the replacement status (making sure the warranty was applied, the progress as they got the new appliance). Reid came back and got us set up. I cannot tell you have grateful I am to West Coast Plumbing & Air for their personal service, not just the technician who came to my house, but the owners as well. This is not the first time I have used them, and service has been 110% every time. I highly recommend West Coast Plumbing & Air!

We had a 1yr old a water softener that needed repaired and had several companies come out to look at it. Everyone insisted on replacing the softer but APES worked with us to find the problem and repair it! They also helped us replace our old reverse osmosis system and fix a bathtub that wasn't getting hot water while they were here. Communication was prompt and responsive with both the main office and our plumber Anthony. Extra points for Anthony being a sweetheart with our 4yr old daughter and an all around stand up guy. Will definitely be using APES in the future and recommend them to others.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

I do not recommend anyone hire Joe for tile work, or anything else for that matter. I reached out at the beginning of June to have him demo and re-tile two bathroom showers and initially, Joe was very responsive. I chose him because he had photos of a previous tile job he had done. He sent me a quote and told me it would take 2-3 days per bathroom from start to finish. He came out the first day and removed the tile, and then found that the original tile was put up on drywall. As we decided to put in cement board, he told me it would take an extra day per bathroom. I offered to buy the backerboard, he said not to worry about it.
First day was demo. Second day was 5 days later due to his family emergency, and he put in the backerboard and shower valve. Day 3 (a week after starting) he started to put up tile and wasn't able to finish, so he came back the next day. Took 4 days just to get the tile up (no grout), at which point I was able to get a good look at his work.
He had left tile spacers in from Day 3 (should have been removed after 20-30 min). If I hadn't removed them, they'd have been left in over the weekend. Most of them were stuck and broke off. There was also a dent in my tub and adhesive all over it. When I texted him about it, he said I could clean the adhesive with a sponge and regarding the damage to the tub that happened when I did the demo. No apology or offer to fix it.
I then noticed that one of the walls wasn't level. Several of the tiles were out of place, one had a corner popping out. None of the grout lines were even. There was a huge gap between where the tile ended and where the drywall began. When I texted him regarding the wall not being level, he took two days to respond. When I sent a follow up text after not hearing back, he said he could take out and replace the tiles but could not fix the wall not being level.
I then had two separate contractors come out to assess it and both said it was the worst work they'd ever seen. They confirmed that the wall should not have been tiled until it was level, and that they could definitely level it but the whole shower would have to be ripped out and started over. Additionally, now the tub needs to be replaced as Joe damaged it during the demo.
I reached back out to him with this information and apart from saying sorry for the inconvenience he did not take any responsibility for not only the terrible work, but the damage he caused. I sent two additional texts and he completely ignored both. He has refused to refund my deposit or fix the work (beyond replacing a couple of tile, which is a complete waste of time). So now it has been two weeks, I still don't have a functional shower, and I am now out $2,000 between the deposit and the tile and tub. Unacceptable.

I have used Chas Roberts for AC repair several times on my personal home and on my rental properties over the last 8 years. Generally, their service has been fine. This week they lost me as a customer. My home has 3 AC units. The heat wave is straining all of them. One went down, another was weakening and the third was teetering. We scheduled an appointment with Chas Roberts. The technician came out, fixed one, added Freon to another then he told us to schedule maintenance for the third. We told him it was teetering and asked him to double check it. He said no. Two days later that one stopped working. Guess what. I am calling a different company to take care of that problem and will never call Chas Roberts again.
