Best Carpet Repair in Phoenix AZ

Chris repaired several spots of rippled carpet in a rental of mine. He was upfront and honest about the repairs, responded quickly via Yelp and text, and arrived at the appointed time. He was very personable and completed the repairs sending before and after pictures for our records. I highly recommend him for any carpet repairs, stretches, etc. Thank you again, Chris!

SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

We just had F&F out today and our carpets look great!! Anderson took great care to rid my son's room of several large, old stains from vomit to spilled drinks. I had another well-known carpet cleaning business tell me that they will never be able to get all the stains out, but Anderson made them disappear!  They charged $.35/sq.ft and it was worth every cent. They also squeezed me in on short notice. Anderson was prompt and courteous.

I was pleased with their professionalism and communication from the start. The tech was able to repair my Berber carpet from the extra spare supply I had and it turned out great. I had two rooms cleaned and they both looked great after cleaning as well. I will use this company again in the future.

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

Robert did an amazing job getting my walls dried out. Once we got that done it became apparent that there was a leak in the wall I had a plumber come out an fix it. Robert came back and made sure everything got dried out again! He was always prompt and did what he said he would do. I highly recommend them if you have water damage.

On another note their carpet cleaning and repair gets an A+ as well. I had a stubborn stain they got out and a need to stretch the carpet. All done to perfection and everything was back looking like new.

First time we've used Dave and his team to clean our carpets.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and results when the job was done.  They arrived on time, were both informative and friendly, and the work was top notch!!

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

Awesome job.  For both the quote process and the work itself, John was on-time (actually a little early, which was great!), informative and answered all of my questions.    The work was done in a high quality manner, and I couldn't be more pleased with the way my tile and grout looks - it looks brand new!    I would highly recommend Martin's All Floors Service!

Ernie did an amazing job on my daughter's family room and living room carpets. They were quite torn up by their dogs and we thought the tears were not repairable.  Ernie patched and stretched the carpets and you literally cannot tell anything as ever wrong. What a thrill to find someone so competent. He is a miracle worker!  Cindy

If I could give 1 star I would. The lack of response, communication, commitment, and service is absolutely disgusting. This company is terrible... We hired them for work, which took months to complete with no follow up, I had to constantly call them. The work took 6mos. To complete, and then less than a year later my wood panels are opening on the flooring that they installed! I called 6mos ago to have them repair it since it's under warranty and they have still not repaired my flooring. I'll be contacting the better business bureau as well, this is ridiculous.

I've used HD once on a 4plex flood - - same day cleanup and they worked with my tenants and my insurance company to rebuild the bathroom + kitchen.  Rodney was great

Travis did a great job cleaning, deodorizing and sealing my mom's furniture and rugs. There are no pet odors now, which is a big deal for a household with 4 male dogs who sometimes like to lift their legs.  Travis was able to get the rugs cleaned, deodorized and sealed at the Dr. ChemDry facility and return them in just 1 week (their usual turnaround is 2-3 weeks).  Nice, professional and diligent young man.

Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work,  was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story.  I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with  at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
