Best Water Heater Installation in Fresno CA

Our sink was clogged up and we tried everything to clear it. Archie was able to come out the same day and fix it for us. The price was very reasonable as I called many places for estimates. I definitely recommend this business.

I used this company a few months back.  Estimate of $200 turned into $1000.  When I complained and told them about their tech who in my opinion was inexperienced, they claimed he is no longer with the company and they would refund me $500.  You guessed it, no refund was ever made. I hope this review saves someone else to become a victim.  I plan to post a few more reviews to save anyone.

I used A1 Noble Plumbing for my remodel of my master bathroom.  Ben did an awesome job!  He put in new body sprays in the shower and a diverter and handles and new fixtures in bath.   He took out my old pipes and put in new ones.  Everything went smoothly and fast.  He is very reasonably priced. He is really nice and honest and I would definitely recommend this plumbing company! They are licensed and prompt! A+++

We had a major water leak. A plumber was dispatched to our business within two hours. The plumber explained the problem a d rapidly repaired the leak.  Great service and professional staff.

We called on a Sunday about our leaking water heater and was happy to talk to a real person. He gave us a great quote and explained all the particulars involved in replacing it and the permit process. We wanted to get comparable quotes so we waited until Monday at 9am to call Noble plumbing back and they sent out a technician by 10:30. Our technician, Vince Bernal, was very polite and honored the quote and we agreed to go ahead. Well to our surprise he brought a water heater with him in his van. He was able to install the new one within an hour and took the old one away. He also upgraded our connections and advised us on good upkeep. We are more than pleased with their service and would very highly recommend them. Vince was fabulous!

Simms said everything I wanted to hear the first time we spoke. Scheduled a time without a problem. Then did not show. We rescheduled and they made up an excuse to why they did not show. I needed the help and did not want to start this process again, so we continued with them. Since they would be coming to my unit I had to be friendly vs getting in an argument why they did not show and then having them in my place.

If zero stars was an option, I would give them minus. They were not cheap and they wasted my time which is even more important.

Once you know... we all have options and instead of going in to the details, I will just say beware, they are bad... don't use them. I should have looked here first

If you keep reading, Simms has no customer service. They have little to no communication skills. We scheduled an appoinment and blocked out 3 hours. They did not show multiple times.

They do the work that is requested, but it is probably more difficult to find a plumber who cannot fix a broken item, so that is not saying much. It is very surprising in a time when people are looking for business, Simms appears to not be interested.

I would suggest to go somewhere else. Not even worth trying Simms, because there are plenty of options. Obviously I will not call them again.

Martin from Low Cost Plumming Services came and fixed two improperly fixed waterlines that resulted in a leak in the kitchen. In addition to fixing an issue a professional plummer supposively fixed but just put a bandaid on it. Martin told me exactly what needed to be done and what he had to do. He was flexible with the time as well. Strongly reccomend him!

D&S AC technician Eric was great!  I called made an appointment he showed up early and was very professional and friendly.  Assessed the problem and then fixed the problem all in a timely manner.  I will definitely be calling D & S again if and when I need AC repairs or maintenance.  Honesty and professionalism goes a long way!

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

Super personable guy and quick to respond in an emergency!

Tod from Clovis Plumbing Services did a great job for us on a plumbing repair. We had a leak from a pipe above the garage at a difficult angle. He not only did it quickly and efficiently but he explained both the problem and the repair. Also gave referrals for drywall repair since we had wet walls. Would both recommend and use again. Great, local, service!

My air conditioner went out in the middle of summer last year. I called Hawk Air to see when they could come out to check out the problem. They scheduled me the next day and had my AC running in no time.  The Technician's possessed exceptional customer service.  Happy with their services. Would recommend to friends and family.

Today A Reliable Plumbing fixed a water heater at a rental property I own.  The technician came out earlier this week, and wanted to charge me $350 for a new burner assembly that would take a week or two to receive!  Just the part, not even labor was going to be $350.  I explained that this is ridiculous because a whole new water heater costs $350-$400.  He agreed and said that I could order my own part.  I bought the part directly from sears and I was at my house the next day for $90.  After all this I was still dumb/desperate enough to have him install this part for me.  While at the unit to install the part today, he was rude to my wife, and insulted my tenant.  After all this, he charged me $160 for labor that he said was only going to be $95.  All this headache for an easy plumbing job that I would have done myself if I had the time.  Don't use this company unless you enjoy bad customer service and deceptive pricing.

We have used this service on two separate occasions, within a 1 week span. The first time the tech was prompt and courteous, we were very happy with him. However, the following weekend the exact same thing happened, this leads me to believe maybe something was not done right the first time. I am not a plumber so of coarse I do not know for sure.  When the tech Bill called me, I mentioned this to him our thoughts and he instantly was very rude and not helpful, he also was very adamant that because he was booked for 3-4 hours he was probably not going to make it to us. He was horribly rude throughout this entire conversation. Had he been polite, I would have waited for him to arrive with no issue. Because of his attitude I will never use this service for my business again! I am extremely disappointed in the fact that Fresno Plumbing would allow an employee to conduct themselves in this manner. If it were not for the first tech this plumbing service would receive 1 star.

After I sent you a message with pic of broken toilet you called apologizing you stated you would replace my toilet. Not only did you replace my toilet but you replaced it with a handicapped toilet. Thank you David.

Best plumbing company in town. They've been locals for near 30 years now I think and have always been super reliable, friendly, and fast.

Very fast response and very nice technician. Came out was very efficient had my unit diagnosed in about 20min. Bad capacitor showed me the problem with the capacitor was low voltage.
     But wanted 349.00 to replace it. Already had it out and new one in hand. New capacitor online was 20.00. I know businesses are there to make money and I understand this, i even understand marking up parts but 349.00? They had to reinstall the old one anyway so there was no more work involved. I dont mind paying for a service but 349.00 just seemed high to me. They got their 89.00 for a service call but missed out on a potential customer. Total would have been 438.00 plus tax to replace a capacitor. Im not upset at all just seems high to me and I couldn't justify it.
They were very fast and very nice people.

How this place stays in business is beyond me.Total incompetent morons answering the phones.Tried to get a tankless water heater flushed and they couldn't even get that scheduled,maybe there's so much work for them they don't want to mess with small jobs,can't figure that out.
