Martin was very willing to help me with a water heater issues. I called him on a Friday night and he was able to come early Saturday morning to take a look at the heater. He offered me two options, repair or replacement. We decided to replace the unit. He came to my house early on Monday and was there maybe two hours if that. I was able to get into work at a decent hour which makes me happy. I can't even tell that anyone was there doing work, no mess. I had swept up some leaves to clear the path to the heater and he kindly picked them up for me and put them in my green can. Overall very happy with his service and happy to have a plumber I can call! Great pricing!

These guys are great! I had my 4th job done this morning by D & S and EVERY time they are timely, professional and reasonably priced. I'm not much of a reviewer but here is my experience this week:

-Had a plumbing stoppage at our house
-Reported to our home warranty company
-They sent a plumber out who spent 5 minutes walking around and said we needed to install something (~$1200) for him to clear the stoppage
-Called D & S myself, they came right away and had the stoppage taken care of in less than 2 hours, without the $1200 part!
-Eric and Angel from D & S have done multiple jobs for us and have been excellent every single time!

Call for a price on a valve for the shower, was quoted a price. Then it was different after installed, with no mention before hand, bad business practices!

The owner Ruben is very professional and innovative. We have used his services a few times for our bigger projects for a business and each time he has exceeded our expectations. The price was very reasonable given the ingenuity of what we were requesting. He has responded to plumbing emergencies very quickly and is therefore very reliable. I highly recommend.

Found this company here on Yelp. My garbage disposal stopped working and kitchen sink was getting clogged. I reached out to a few different companies on here, and Central Valley Sewer responded same day with a flat rate price. They were able to send someone out the next day and did a great job following up to confirm the appointment. The technician showed up on time, very friendly and professional. He changed the motor, left the space clean and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. No up-charges or finding unnecessary things to fix.

Without a doubt, I will use this company in the future if I have any more plumbing issues. Very efficient, professional and reliable company.

Me. Morin was honest and up front about the costs. He explained the red tape that is involved with Backflow devices to my satisfaction and his work was done efficiently.  Hopefully we pass inspection for the next few years!

I called All Star to perform a leak search on my home. They were easy to schedule with and showed up on time. Jerry was very efficient and thorough. Their price was fair and they made some good recommendations. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future if needed.

Cory has a tremendous amount of knowledge not only in plumbing but also in general contracting projects.  He has done numerous jobs for us.  From as little as unclogging a drain to as large as a huge master suite remodel.  He is honest and down to earth.  He will tell you like it is!  so listen to him because he knows what he is talking about.  I would refer him to anyone and I do!!

My very old water heater finally broke and the first company who came out quoted me a price that was so high it actually made my stomach drop. Someone knowledgeable recommended Franco's and they were at my house the same day, and within a few hours replaced my water heater for literally less than half the cost. They used a good brand, the guys who came out were really nice, and I had no idea I could have water pressure this great. I highly recommend them.

I called Darren to see if he was able to respond to a cabin above Shaver Lake. He was up there three hours later quickly fixing the problem. He was able to determine the problem which had previously been fixed by another plumbing company. Darren replaced a garbage disposal unit and two faucet fixtures. We asked Darren for his opinion about another area and he advised there was no need to replace the item at this time. Whereas other companies may have tried to sell us additional products that were not necessary, we definitely did not get that with Darren. We were very satisfied with his customer service and his work. We will definitely be using valley drain for our future plumbing needs.

I hired pro rooter to drain my septic tank on 2-2-22
They came out within a few hours  said they were done was told that I had roots that I needed to snake the  outside intakes on 2-28-22 i had same issues Called a license plumber he came out and snaked all traps and told me that not the problem he lifted the door to septic tank said that's your problem your full
Called pro rooter they said they would call back within an hour they called back 3 hours later I had already called out another septic service  said they could come out next day  for $485.00 more when I had already paid $500.00 I said no
The other septic service came out we're at my home for quite some time emptied septic tank and said there no way they emptied it all the way told me I should be good for another year and a half to two years and he had my husband inspect to show him it was emptied when he was done  I would definitely never hire this company ever again they should be ashamed of them selves. They should know that repeat customer and word of mouth make or brake companies  bad service to do a job not even half way

Reputable and experienced company. Installed new bath tub, toilet, shower valves, sinks and faucets. Lowered gas line for new oven. Art and Vincent are very knowledgeable and took time to explain things and make sure that I was satisfied.

Hired them to repair a tankless water heater.   Nice guys, but they didn't know what they were doing- despite claiming to have a lot of experience with tankless heaters.  They worked for a week and in the end the heater doesn't work at all. Nothing but cold water. But we paid more than $800.

Because I couldn't get a quote.  I installed the 3 faucets myself.  It took me a little longer but completed no leaks!

Called on a Sunday midday.. kitchen sink would not drain.. technician was here within a few hours..cleared drain in a very professional manner.. was very knowledgeable and friendly.. highly recommend

My well water pump didn't work and Purkey's came quickly and did the job.  They were friendly, and responsive.  I have since used them to help elevate my slow water stream from my sink faucets, they were great again, quick and I have water pressure again!
