My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by All Star Plumbing. Our home warranty originally referred us to another company, but after reading the reviews we opted to work with All Star Plumbing directly. Customer service at the office is excellent (Thanks Jondee!!), and Jerry came right out to provide and estimate. Lance and Roger provided incredible service and repaired a deteriorated hot water line which required going through my kitchen floor. Lance took his time to prep the kitchen before he started doing any work, hanging plastic in all the doorways and over all the cabinets and laying down mats around the work area. The guys really know what they are doing and make every effort to ensure that the leak is sealed - even having to extend the repair further down the line after what should have been a completed job. On top of that, the guys left our kitchen cleaner than before they started, albeit, missing a few tiles. We will most likely end up having to repipe our home considering the current state of the water lines, and I can say with absolute certainty that Lance and his team will be the ones doing the job.

If you won't the job done right the first time call Franco's Plumbing. After calling 5 other plumbers and having them say we will get back to you or we can do it next week we called Franco's Plumbing and someone said hello. And this is the best part of calling Franco's #1 call back to schedule time to look at the job,#2 out to do the estimated,#3 call back the same day estimate given and date to do the job,#4 job done on time and fast. This was a wall mount toilet that the others did not have the time to do. Thank you Charlie for the great job. After that job I had Charlie come back for another job

I've used Darren for my plumbing needs for many years now. He is always prompt, friendly, and does excellent work. He is very honest, If something needs to be replaced, he tells you that. Sometimes he makes suggestions about doing other things(besides replacing something) that will save you money. I highly recommend Valley Drain.

I over paid to have my sink looked at. The guy came and acted annoyed that he had to be here. When i would ask questions he would just stare at me blankly and give one word answers. At the end he said there was more that needed to be done then just went silent. I said, ok, well, can you do it and he would just stare. Weird as hell. Finally after re asking the question he said he'd have to come back. I called to reschedule 3 times and on the third phone call he said he wasn't interested in doing it. WTF how do these people have such good reviews?????? I seriously think they ask family to write reviews for them cause there is no way in hell...

After a year of plumbers just snaking our drains. I Called James (Who came recommended by our realtor)with an issue he was able to come out same day and fix it got right to the problem! He got the job done right and in a timely manner! 100% recommend! Definitely Our go to guy now!! So grateful Thank you James!!!!

We received the best service from this company! We had several other top name plumbing companies come out to our office prior to calling Gary's, and none of them could find our water shutoff. They told us to give them a call back when we were able to locate it and they would be able to fix our problem. Gary's sent Donald out, and he went above and beyond to find our water shut off and found it! Amazing customer service, we will be using Gary's Plumbing from now on.

I was having problems with our sink and call them at Friday morning. Michael went to check and fixed the the issue at same day. He responded quickly to our message and phone call.
I will keep this company in mind if I have plumbing problems in the future.

Cory was fast, efficient and very helpful. I rent a house in Merced and was in need of a plumber because of an outdoor  broken pipe that was leaking. The leak was so bad it was getting into the house. Cory was able to be at the house, assess the problem and fix it in less than 24 hours at a very very good price. Needless to say, I think he is the best person to go to and will go to him again for any future plumbing needs.

Needed repiping done they quoted me at $8,000. When other companies were charging double. Guys were professional and friendly. While they were here they also installed a new water heater. Highly recommend this company.

My well water pump didn't work and Purkey's came quickly and did the job.  They were friendly, and responsive.  I have since used them to help elevate my slow water stream from my sink faucets, they were great again, quick and I have water pressure again!

I went with Willie Treece numerous times and found them to be extremely reliable, financially reasonable and extremely nice when dealing with my numerous questions. A lot of companies will usually target women with a lack of knowledge for simple or large fixes but with them that was absolutely not the case. I was treated fairly and met with a lesser price than the other people in nearby towns who wanted to rip me off with. For that I was extremely grateful because it's awful not being able to do things like having running water to take a shower or do things like washing clothes, especially when I'm on the go and have to commute often. They fixed everything without any continuing problems and explained things in ways I could understand. Even over the phone they were extremely helpful and patient with me. Thank you all (in the company) so much. I found my plumber, and out here, with all the hard water and septic tanks, we need that in this community really bad.  A+

They said they would be coming out around 5:30. No call to tell us they were not coming. When they didn't show up by 7 I called them to follow up. They were rude and dismissive. By that time I had to pay another company an after hours fee! I will never call them again!
