Can't praise these guys enough. Asked for a quote though yelp in the evening thinking I might get a response in a day or two. Instead, I received an email from Ben within 5 minutes and had an appointment for the next day a few minutes after. Ben and Matt showed up at the time they promised, courteous and friendly. They were able ascertain and promptly repair two toilets and a leaky sink within an hour, all for under $200 dollars. Wow! I just couldn't help but let everyone know how awesome D&S is, I called them out to unplug some clogged drains for me and service my a/c and can I say not only their work is great but their customer service and customer relations... Upon arriving they took every precaution not to dirty my home and no matter if it took booties for their shoes or a laying down tarps in their work area they did it! Shortly after they finish I found them cleaning as I ran to grab wallet my and my house ended up cleaner than when they arrived. Great job will use your services any time

Today A Reliable Plumbing fixed a water heater at a rental property I own.  The technician came out earlier this week, and wanted to charge me $350 for a new burner assembly that would take a week or two to receive!  Just the part, not even labor was going to be $350.  I explained that this is ridiculous because a whole new water heater costs $350-$400.  He agreed and said that I could order my own part.  I bought the part directly from sears and I was at my house the next day for $90.  After all this I was still dumb/desperate enough to have him install this part for me.  While at the unit to install the part today, he was rude to my wife, and insulted my tenant.  After all this, he charged me $160 for labor that he said was only going to be $95.  All this headache for an easy plumbing job that I would have done myself if I had the time.  Don't use this company unless you enjoy bad customer service and deceptive pricing.

Do not hire this company.  We did a remodel and our contractor used this company.  First they didn't cap off a pipe and caused a leak in our ceiling, then they dented our refrigerator moving it back in, they reversed the hot and cold on our washing machine hook up, they left a piece of plastic in the garbage disposal when hooking it up that made us think something was wrong with the disposal, and the worst was hooking up my gas stove and not checking for leaks.  Thankfully we discovered it before it blew up my house because it was leaking gas!

We had a major water leak. A plumber was dispatched to our business within two hours. The plumber explained the problem a d rapidly repaired the leak.  Great service and professional staff.

I had an emergency plumbing situation. Called and a technician was at my house within an hour. Michael the technician was very friendly and professional, and got the job done. Noble Plumbing was recommended to me by my brother. I highly recommend this company.

WARNO: Do NOT use Simms Plumbing. They installed a new water for me that went sideways. The new gas water heater was placed a on plastic pan (not okay). The strapping and tank was not secured; with one hand and very litttle pressure, I could shake already the already wobbly unstable tank. Reused old fitting and lines...oh yeah and it took two weeks to finish the job and that was the end result. Horrible Experience.

My mother-in-law needed a new water heater and, after calling a number of companies, I decided on this one because Tod took more time discussing the problem than any of the other companies. He seemed to really care about the work and his customers.

Fast-forward to install - everything stellar. He and his daughter fixed all the weird things about the old install, and did it on time and with great manners. AND, to top it off, Tod took a video of the install and sent it to me so I could see all that they did. He explained everything in great detail.

Since I live 200 miles away, I LOVED seeing that video.

Our sink was clogged up and we tried everything to clear it. Archie was able to come out the same day and fix it for us. The price was very reasonable as I called many places for estimates. I definitely recommend this business.

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

We called around to so many places to get a quote for backflow testing. This was the only place that was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. Everywhere else was booked 2 weeks-couple months out due to Covid. They were also the one that would be able to service the same day of the testing if it didn't pass. Other places told me I would have to schedule two appointments, one for testing one for service if needed. I also left many messages for other companies. Only a couple of them called me back. This place answered my phone call right away, twice.

Their price was comparable to every company I called. It was $100. They didn't pressure me in placing my card on file before the appointment.

They gave us a 4 hour window between 8am-12pm. The day of the appointment, a man called me to tell me he was on his way. About 15 minutes later he said he was at my location, but I didn't see anyone out front. He was at the wrong place! The operator put in the wrong address. It was completely off. The man apologized and it took him about 20 minutes to drive across town to meet me. Glad I wasn't in a rush to go anywhere.

The testing took only a few minutes and he was out of there. I was so glad I was able to reach this company.

HORRIBLE service. David, the owner, could not handle things worse. We experienced flooding in our bathroom after using the washing machine, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. Pacific Plumbing sent someone over to help. They established that a tree root was growing in the pipes. They came the next day to remove the root. They had to tear up the backyard which was necessary to remove the root. During their time here, they got mud on the walls in the bathroom, removed the toilet and replaced it crooked breaking the bottom seal (as seen in pictures) and the landscaping is HORRIBLE (seen in pictures). David said the landscaping looks phenomenal. We sent him pictures and then he said you should expect that from plumbers. It is now a sink hole in the place they fixed the pipe. David said they will come back and do a good job for $400 more. Two men left our house without even telling me or checking to make sure that the flooding issue was solved. I also flushed the toilet and the reservoir was not refilling and the water in the toilet bowl was not refilling. I called David to tell him the toilet was not fixed. He got extremely sassy and said they weren't hired to fix the toilet (but they were out here the day before to fix the toilet and assess the problem). After I argued with him and my husband talked to him on the phone, he agreed to send someone out the next day to fix the toilet. Before the guy showed up, I posted a negative review on yelp and David called my husband and said I need to take it down or they wouldn't come. Pretty gutsy considering we hadn't paid them or signed anything yet. Unfortunately, we have to bite the bullet on the landscaping which is absurd, but do NOT USE THEM. Read the other negative reviews on here. I wish we had before all of this nonsense. I wouldn't even give one star, but I had to. My one star is for Dale who came out and fixed the toilet the next day. The only one to blame is David.

Find another company if ever you're looking for one to purchase or repair your ac. Purchased ac unit 5 years ago from them because they said they can't do anything with our old one. They also brought with them our old ac unit after that. Requested twice for cleaning service but nobody ever showed up. I don't know where do they get that 4 stars.

How this place stays in business is beyond me.Total incompetent morons answering the phones.Tried to get a tankless water heater flushed and they couldn't even get that scheduled,maybe there's so much work for them they don't want to mess with small jobs,can't figure that out.

I'm a Realtor and need a last-minute fix for a listing. Francine answered my call at 4:45 and was so sweet! Ray was able to get to the home that night and had everything fixed so we could close on time.  He was very nice and reasonably-priced. I'm so appreciative for their fast service.  I will definitely call again.
