Best Heater Repair in Fresno CA

Received quote, seemed to be extremely high,  I did appreciate the representative going into detail on the the features of the 3 products shown to me.

This might be my first 5 Star rating. Let me tell you, this guy earned it. I've had dripping water  coming from my tub/shower in a guest bathroom for over a week.  This bathroom gets tons of use from  our large family. Well, when I tried to tighten it up, I actually made it worse and I was forced to shut off the main water to the house. I called him first thing on a Friday morning and he was here within 3 hours. He is clean, courteous, and prompt. He got the job done and was on his way in 30 minutes. A+ for customer service and efficiency. I have come to realize that I take running water for granted, I'll be keeping Ben in my contact list. You should, too.

The best plumbing service! Courteous , reasonable , professional are just a few words to describe this business. Angel is an Angel . When installing my new bath tub he asked me questions to make sure that the tub would be installed in such a way along with the tub fixtures to best suit my needs . The other guys that accompanied him were courteous and experienced , knowing exactly what to do . The cost was reasonable and all their work was professionally done . Afterwards they cleaned up their work area leaving me with the feeling that I had made a good choice in D and S Plumbing . Many times when calling a business needing their services it's a little like a crap shoot . Will they know what they are doing ? Are they going to charge me an exorbitant amount ? Especially in the case of a single girl these are  natural concerns. No such worries with this business . They are trustworthy and will prove it by their service in your home .

I'm giving this company 1 star, not because they did a bad job but because they Price gouged me. Let me explain, I called and requested a quote because I had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, after checking all the P traps I figured the seal on the toilet was loose and sewer gases was leaking into the air, I was given a quote of $95 to replace the wax ring and reinstall the toilet - that included parts and labor. When the technician arrived (very polite man) he checked the toilet, he said everything seemed fine (there was no removal of the toilet or anything like that) Turns out there was a dead mouse in my vent, he took the Mouse out and rinsed off the vent. I asked OK how much would this be? He replied i'll have to call the company, when he came back he told me that they told him that a air conditioner company would have charge me $185 but they were only charging me $125. I was shocked because that price was more than actually removing the toilet replacing the wax ring and reinstalling it!! And had I known I would've had my son get the mouse, it was literally laying on the vent. I felt railroaded, I had no choice but to pay this amount because he had already done the job but let's be clear I would've never paid someone $120 to dispose a mouse! I feel this company possesses a lack of integrity and I will definitely never use their services again. So BEWARE!!

PS. The technician was very professional and kind throughout the process he was not the problem the company was.

Had to call out a plumber for a clogged toilet.  I read some reviews about E and J Elite Plumbing.  They said Elite was reasonably priced, courteous, professional and helpful.  Well I could not agree more!   Ended up having roots in my sewage pipe.  Not only did the gentleman and I'm sorry I don't remember his name I think it was Stan?  but not only did he keep me updated every step of the way he went out of his way to go above and beyond his duty to fix my issue.  Plus for $250 I felt it was worth every penny!

We had to have the hot water valve replaced that controls the water for our washing machine.  Peter from Noble Plumbing came over and laid it out as two options.  Option 1 would cost less money and would be the easiest, quickest fix.  Option 2 would be if option 1 didn't work, and would cost a lot more money plus more mess in cutting the wall open to replace the valve and pipes behind the wall if the valve couldn't be disconnected from the pipes.  I watched him try a really good idea to remove the valve from the pipe without cutting into the wall and it worked!  Peter was excellent in every way!  He kept the work area clean, and avoided spillage.  He solved the problem in the best way while saving us a lot of money = in my view, an honest plumber doing the best for the customer rather than just trying to make lots of money!  Peter also tested everything to make sure it worked properly.  He was also very polite.  Peter gave excellent customer service, Grade A +++++!  I would request Peter at Noble if I needed a plumber again!

Chris did a GREAT job in a timely, professional manner.  
Our gas was shut off in the middle of the night (a leak had been detected by SoCal Gas).  He came up with the solution, rallied a crew, and completed the job in the time frame as promised.  The job turned out to be more difficult than anticipated, but he kept to his timeline and his price was very fair.  I will call him with any future plumbing needs and can recommend him highly.

Call this company! Great service, NO arm twisting, fair and honest pricing. Had a water heater issue, was presented with 2 solutions, Martin was happy to repair or replace the unit. Thank you for no pressure. Highly recommend.

I just got off the phone with Todd. I'm in need of some plumbing services   but unfortunately I'm out of their service area. However, without getting into the details of the call, he was amazing. Not only did he answer every question but he was thorough and elaborated on a couple of different scenarios which to someone with no experience, is extremely valuable. He didn't have to do any of this; I appreciate it and i believe it shows a lot about their character and mission. Give them a call and see for yourself.

Our sink was clogged up and we tried everything to clear it. Archie was able to come out the same day and fix it for us. The price was very reasonable as I called many places for estimates. I definitely recommend this business.

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

Called them out 3 weeks ago to do a basic rotoroot and spent $160. Just had to have them come out again to do the same job when the bathroom started backing up and had to pay another $100. Great company if you want to pay $260 for a basic rotoroot and have it take multiple trips.

While the workers are fairly friendly they take a long time for any simple job and they charge for everything-including social pleasantries. We felt overcharged for every service. Will not use again.

Michael came out to check out my heater when it was making a weird noise. He found the problem, and had to order the part we needed to fix it. Took a few days but he replaced it after it came in and the noise is gone. They suggested we replace the whole HVAC unit but we can't afford it. I've used Allbritten for years and they do good work, I've never had a problem with any part they've replaced or anything they've installed. That's why I've stuck with them over the years even though they tend to be a little more expensive than other companies that do the same work.

I had a great experience with B B plumbing & would recommend highly ! I called for appointment on a Friday & they were able to come out on the next Monday morning. The Plumber  who came was courteous and took the time to explain the repair.

I'm a Realtor and need a last-minute fix for a listing. Francine answered my call at 4:45 and was so sweet! Ray was able to get to the home that night and had everything fixed so we could close on time.  He was very nice and reasonably-priced. I'm so appreciative for their fast service.  I will definitely call again.
