Our sink was clogged up and we tried everything to clear it. Archie was able to come out the same day and fix it for us. The price was very reasonable as I called many places for estimates. I definitely recommend this business.

Brittany scheduled me immediately based on my schedule, & Brian came out EXACTLY as promised. I was quoted one price & actually paid a lower price than was quoted because the problem was not as bad as originally anticipated. Brian was quick, efficient & explained everything as he worked. I am ELATED with the professionalism & quality of work done. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or refer them for any plumbing needs!

I stumbled upon D&S yesterday, when searching for a plumber to handle an emergency at home. This, after being disappointed with the company that I first called and ultimately chose not to go with.

From the moment these folks answered the phone, to the ultra fast response time (well under an hour), to the great technician they sent out and the professional quality work he did, I couldn't have been more impressed. Oh, and the price was more than reasonable. It's clear to me why I'm seeing virtually all five-star reviews here for this company. They've obviously earned it!

In a city where, to me, mediocrity in business seems to be the norm - as I have expressed in other reviews - this company stands out to me as a notable exception to that rule.

I highly recommend this company. I called the office about 845 and had an appointment for the same day at 11am. I received a text message with a picture of the tech so I'd know who to expect at my door when he was on the way. I thought that was brilliant in this day and age you can't trust anyone anymore. The service tech (Austin)was prompt and professional. He did a great job at explaining what was going on and and how to avoid the same issue in the future. Total time of appointment was 20-30 minutes( only because he had to get on the roof to clear the main drain. I will definitely call them again if I have any plumbing issues in the future!

We needed 3 ceiling fans installed and John provided a quick, reasonable quote. He was able to squeeze us in for same day service, arrived when expected and got right to work. He was easy to work with, professional, cleaned up his work area, and answered all our questions. We will definitely call him back for other projects.

Based on my experience with B and B Plumbing it is a shame that I am limited to giving them only Five Stars. Yes, they are professional, efficient, trustworthy, and reasonable, and this firm is highly recommended.

Too bad he was rude when I simply made a call to his business   We needed a plumber, found his business on Yelp. My suggestion to the owner, regardless if you are too busy, are having a bad day or, if you don't want to work during a certain time, politely let people know that you are not available. Referrals and recommendations are key to every business. You won't get one from us.

We had a water leak at one of our business locations during after hours. I called A-1 Noble and Benjamin was out to our site within the hour. He stopped the leak immediately. Then came back early the morning to finish the job. Friendly, professional, and a job done very well.

Chris did a GREAT job in a timely, professional manner.  
Our gas was shut off in the middle of the night (a leak had been detected by SoCal Gas).  He came up with the solution, rallied a crew, and completed the job in the time frame as promised.  The job turned out to be more difficult than anticipated, but he kept to his timeline and his price was very fair.  I will call him with any future plumbing needs and can recommend him highly.

The entire experience was great. When I called a recording came on that said if you're experiencing COVID systoms to basically let them know so they can do alternatives for you. This gave me a piece of mind that they care about thier employees and their community. Then I got a live person and didn't need to leave a message, which I appreciate, because the others I had to leave messages and wait for a call back to schedule a time. I work still so this was very convenient to not have to play phone tag. When Moses got here he wore gloves and a mask the entire time. He was very professional and took care of the issue. He was in and out in a timely manner. He also showed up on time and I was alerted via text.

We will be using them again.

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

Nathaniel is an excellent employee. He was very efficient and explained everything in detail regarding purchasing a new air conditioner.
Service technicians, Rafael, and Gilbert were outstanding. They took their time installing my new air conditioner and was very thorough.

Albert just left.  Before he started work he quoted, 215 to $225 to take a snake machine onto the roof.  
I approved.  I thought he was quoting me a by-the-hour and that he would take about that long.  No.  35 minutes later he is finished.
He brings the invoice in and says, $245.  So my conclusion is: they charge more than $400 an hour.
This business needs to explicitly say, The job is quoted by the work to be done.  We do NOT charge by the hour.
When I called to clarify my misunderstanding, the woman on the phone started making up stories and misquoting me three different times.  She is very good at confusing an issue and blaming a current customer for past customer's complaints and issue.
They really need to get interpersonal communication training.  Because they did not clearly say, WE DO NOT CHARGE BY THE HOUR, they left room for misunderstanding and hard feelings.
No, I will not use them again.

We had 2 outside faucets that were leaking. I called Fresno Plumbing and they sent someone over the next day. Bill was able to fix it quickly and he saved me from spending more money.

My elderly parents live in the Fresno area, and I am in the Bay Area. Their A/C unit went out, of course during the hottest time of the year. They were quoted $25k for a new unit. I called Allbritten for a quote and the tech came out and was able to literally save them thousands of dollars with a solution. I called on Friday, they were out the next day. They would have come the same day but my Dad had a doctor's appointment. I called my parents today, and they are enjoying the nice cold air.
