Our sink was clogged up and we tried everything to clear it. Archie was able to come out the same day and fix it for us. The price was very reasonable as I called many places for estimates. I definitely recommend this business.

Wife complained about sewer smell in laundry room last night.  Called Nobel about 7am thinking I would get an answer service, but John answered.  Said that Bernie would call me back in 20 minutes to schedule a time for visit.  She called and said someone would be here between 9-11am to give me a quote.  Herb showed up around 9.  At my suggestion, he was quickly under the house to check on an old sewer pipe.  It was fine, but he discovered that there was no P trap on the vent drain for the washer.  He added a P trap and was done and gone by 11. The price was more than fair.  I have used Nobel before and Will be my first call in the future.

In looking to replace our hot water heater, we were pretty certain we'd go tankless.  Chris is knowledgable and consulted us about our options, provided a competitive quote quickly, arrived when he said he would (with text updates along the way), was proactive in his communication, and was very competitively priced.  He was able to install quickly which was of great value to us.

Martin from Low Cost Plumming Services came and fixed two improperly fixed waterlines that resulted in a leak in the kitchen. In addition to fixing an issue a professional plummer supposively fixed but just put a bandaid on it. Martin told me exactly what needed to be done and what he had to do. He was flexible with the time as well. Strongly reccomend him!

Prompt and courteous service. Serviced both AC units, checked out our vents and took the time to answer all of our questions. Will recommend, and will use again.

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

Great service! I am super pleased with the work Joey did to add a Fridge line. My rental was built in the 1950s and it did not have a fridge line. Joey gave me a good price. He was very knowledgeable, gave me certain options that I can go with. I am a landlord and I recommend him if you need plumbing work done.

Tod replaced our water heater today and did a fantastic job. He replaced all of the fittings and didn't surprise us with hidden costs. This is the second plumbing job we've had Tod do for us and we've been very pleased both times. We highly recommend him.

Receptionist was polite. She was able to send a tech out same day I called. Tech came, gave me a estimate for free. I received a confirmation text letting me know Tech was on his way with a picture of him. That impressed me. Did not wait long for tech to come out. Hired him on the spot. The price was affordable. Other plumbers charged a lot more or just didn't call me back. Got first bathroom snaked & tub spout fixed in master bathroom. Appreciate the services I received. He also got work done in a timely manner. Double checked his work before he left my house. I will definitely use Snakes 'N' Laterals again.

Texted maxwell a day before to see if he's able to come out and look at a toaster for a restaurant and he was able to come the next morning. He looked at the toaster and was able to fix it! Very honest work and pricing is really good! We definitely recommend and if we need anything done, will definitely call maxwell again!

Hired them to repair a tankless water heater.   Nice guys, but they didn't know what they were doing- despite claiming to have a lot of experience with tankless heaters.  They worked for a week and in the end the heater doesn't work at all. Nothing but cold water. But we paid more than $800.

First and foremost the woman that answers the phone is incredibly rude. You don't even get to finish your sentence and she's already rudely telling you exactly what does not answer your question! That is annoying AF!

At any rate I called because the mainline was clogged. They were out two hours later and the plumber was kind, fast and careful not to tare up my concrete beyond what was absolutely needed. In fact, you can't tell he had to chip around the vent unless you really look. He cleaned up after himself and fixed the problem.

I had asked him for a quote on a different issue and he kind of acted like he didn't want to be bothered by it. No biggie since I figured he was going off to another call. He did let me know that it would be quite an ordeal though. So, I was okay with that, just surprised they didn't want more business.

He then took my credit card info and handed me a receipt. As I recall he called the number into the office so I figured it was being charged. No worries.

Eleven days later I received a bill. I called the office and the rude lady answered the phone again and no surprise she was rude. Her attitude is very much it is what it is rather than trying to u sweat and the customer and be polite. She cut me off before I could ask the question regarding the billing then said, oh wait. You haven't been charged yet. So... you took my credit card, called the number in but never charged it? Lame. She then explained that it takes one to two weeks. Then she said a week. I told her they need to communicate that to people she cut me off again and said they do.

Clearly they don't or I wouldn't have called when I received the bill.

Bringing me to my next issue that attempted to ask and was cut off.... if you aren't billing for two weeks but sending out bills in the meantime... how many people just send checks the turn around and have their cards charged as well thus paying twice? She cut me off again with that oh well attitude to the point I just stopped trying and hung up.

Just be forewarned in those odd ball things but the guy that came out got the job done. Also the quote she gave me and what was actually charged were different. She indicated a simple clog was 125 and I was charged a bit more  as I recall. The tech said he didn't find any instructions just like build up. I'm assuming the extra was maybe for the work of having to chisels the vent. No worries. Techs seem good the receptionist needs some remedial people skills. Woulda been another star or so but the lady was just too dang rude.

We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company through our home warranty service. We needed our water heater replaced, which they did, quickly, but the problem is they want us to pay for things that they quoted, but was not done. Why should we pay for copper piping that was not used or installed? They want an extra $60 for modifying the T & P line with up to 2 feet of copper, but that wasn't done. Copper was never used. They also want an additional $45 to modify the gas vent line, but it wasn't modified. We have pictures proving that the gas vent line wasn't modified. Now they want to change what was put on their itemized final invoice to make it look like these charges are justified, by changing it from modified with up to 2 feet of copper to modified with galvanized steel, which was never discussed with or approved by my husband. He was led to believe he would only be charged if copper was used.  

When my husband looked at the work done after the water heater was replaced he made the comment to the plumbing tech that copper wasn't used. The guy replied with it wasn't needed.

I will say the guy who came out and did they work was great. It's the office management that is terrible.

I had an issue with my shower drain.  I tried to solve the issue myself by using Drano and those type products, to no avail.  I called Allbritten and they were able to get me in relatively quickly.  The office staff was pleasant professional, knowledgeable and responsive.  

Via text message they let me know that status of my service time.  This allowed me to go about my day and not be stuck at home waiting.  I received a text my technician Ramon was going to be at my home in approximately 20 minutes.  

The timing was perfect.  Ramon was friendly and listened to problem and what I had done to resolve it.  He also showed up with shoe covers on... that's right, kept my floors clean.  He resolved the drain issues double checked his work, explained the problem and even had suggestions on how to avoid an issue in the future.  

Professional and knowledgeable all the way.  Very pleased with my experience and will definitely use them in the future.

How this place stays in business is beyond me.Total incompetent morons answering the phones.Tried to get a tankless water heater flushed and they couldn't even get that scheduled,maybe there's so much work for them they don't want to mess with small jobs,can't figure that out.
