Curly's has always done a good job for us. Never any complaints and the work that needed to be done was explained, and the prices were covered. Sorry, guys!!!  You and your  workers are awesome.

I reached out for help with a bad main sewer line clog late at night and they replied very quickly and were available to help early the next day. John and Javier came out and were able to assess the issue, point of clogs and clear it quickly. They were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything - explained what the problem was, what caused it (flushable wipes are not really flushable!) and how to avoid it in the future, as well as upfront pricing and a clear scope of work. Clogged main sewer line cleared in under an hour. Thanks!

I've needed a plumber twice since moving to the area and have used Vintage both times. I've had an excellent experience each time. Customer service has been great. I encountered the owner the second time around and you can tell he really cares about his business and customer satisfaction. Special thank you to Shawn, Wyatt and Billy who recently had to reconstruct our Master bath plumbing. They actually took care not to destroy the floor and wall tiles that had to be removed. They even numbered the floor planks while removing the floor  to hopefully relay them and save us the expense of replacing the floor. They did it too, they successfully saved and replaced our floor!! That is not a plumbers job at all and was so unexpected and well above expectation. Y'all did a FANTASTIC job and thank you for looking out for us!!

Fairly impressed with Mars overall. When getting bids for the work, they were the slowest to respond...took until the next day. However, once they did, they were able to schedule time to come out the same day for the repair. Aside from the ability to get the item addressed the same day, I also liked that their diagnostic charge was the lowest. As I thought, the issue was just replacing a fried GFCI outlet. I was a bit shocked at the $225 price tag, but at that point, the thing was already apart, and I needed it fixed, so I had him do it. In the end, I would've liked for it to be less expensive, but he did a good job, and everything works well.

I brought a brand new home in 2014, my heater stopped blowing heat last Dec. called Xtreme Air and they fixed the problem Yey, then in June the a/c stopped they charged Me almost 700.00 to fix it.  OK here a year later the heater goes out again. Called Xtreme Air for the 3rd time, they tell me the zone board is out will be over 2.100.00 to fix.. well Damn new house what the heck,so I called someone else. The problem with the zone board the wires were connected wrong, wow that's the same thing Xtreme Air told me a year ago and charged me for fixing it. People watch out I smell a scam,either the technicians are not knowledgeable or they're scammers but watch out. GET A SECOND OPINION

I was in the process of selling my house. We had to have foundation work done which required a hydrostatic test afterwards to verify there was no damage to the plumbing. The foundation company had someone perform the test. He had to do the test 3 times because he couldn't get a good seal on the pipes or he didn't want to dig up the clean out drain.

When he finished he stated that we failed the test, and of course referred us to the sister company (Integrity Plumbing/IPR) that of course is a plumbing company. So...like a dummy I called them out to locate my leak. They showed up on time at 9:00 AM, and the guy was there until 4:00 PM. He said he would show me any leaks that he found on his camera, and also would make sure that I was made aware of what damages needed to be repaired. At 4:00 he came to me not having shown me any pictures or anything but quoting me $17K worth of repairs. I was shocked. He left and called me back about 30 minutes later stating that he had misquoted me...it should have only been $10K.

Of course I wanted a second opinion. In comes HEB plumbing and Ron Winn to the rescue. Ron explained the procedure to properly do a hydrostatic test, which was not done by the other guy. Ron quoted me off of the quote/diagram from the other quote, and was only $4700. Ron insisted on performing the hydrostatic test first and was only willing to do the work if the test failed.

Ron performed the test on our clean water combing into the house and our sewer lines leaving the house. There was no leak at all. Ron performed the test exactly how he stated that the test needed to be performed. He went above and beyond and allowed the test to go for an hour and a half when it only needed to go for 15 minutes.

Ron was very thorough in his explanations as to why he does stuff, and how things need to be done. He made sure to explain things in layman terms so that I wasn't confused or misled by anything.

I would recommend Ron Winn and HEB to anyone who wants someone honest and thorough. I will use Ron from now on for any work.

Called on a Monday to schedule service same day and was told he would 'try' to make it out. Never heard back until I reached out later in the evening. Booked service for later in the week. Was promised service that day, told me he had personal business to take care of in Fort Worth and coming back which was fine and never showed up again. Had to reach out to find out he wasn't going to show up again, so then I just scheduled another company. Not reliable, poor communication.

We had a gas leak and the propane had to be turned off and we had to get a plumber. This was 3 days before Christmas. I used the contact page and received a reply the same day. I had plumbers out the next day, all day, replacing gas lines under the house. They were nice, they worked hard, in single digit temps. The fee was lower than expected. I will use the again.
