Best guys in the business hands down. Not only are they sweet, they're quick, which is unheard of with plumbers lol I'd never use anyone else!

Absolutely fantastic. Service from Garrett the grandson of the owner. Came out on the fly and helped repair our busted pipe. Would recommend them to anyone looking

Unfortunately the water heater went out in my home and I needed a replacement rather quickly. I am so appreciative of John reaching out to me once I sent an estimate request out on yelp in such a timely manner.
It was a Saturday and around 8:30am in the morning and John reached out to me and arranged for Chris to visit my home all before their store opened. Chris arrived quickly and provided a quote within minutes.
I did not move forward with the services as I had a family member fix the problem for me a couple days later, but the customer service I received was impeccable during this encounter. Thank you John and the Smith and Son team.

I reached out to Miguel via Yelp messages and he was very helpful. We were able to schedule an in person estimate and he showed up on time and in a mask. He gave me an extremely fair price and provided an electronic estimate on hanging two new light fixtures one of which was in the stairwell and required a ladder. He also gave us a fair assessment of an old peeling bathtub and did a great job painting it. It looks brand new!
As we continue updating our home piece by piece, w will definitely be reaching out to him for future projects!

I recently had exemplary service from Micah's Honest Plumbing. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and -- most of all -- with the quality of the work. We had a slab leak and had already spoken with another plumber about options, but I wasn't confident I was being dealt with honestly. I left a msg for Micah late on a Friday afternoon, and his wife immediately called us back -- from the car -- while their family was traveling on vacation! She asked questions and relayed them to Micah while he was driving, requested photos and information to help them understand the extent of our issues here, and was able to reassure us that we'd be handled as soon as they returned. They then rented a camera to ensure that they were not bidding on this job without understanding the full scope of the issue, which is more than I can say for the other company we initially dealt with. They took care to share the camera views with us, drew diagrams to help us understand what work they would be performing, and they discussed the variables we were facing in great detail. They performed the work immediately, keeping us informed at every stage. Their excavators arrived the next day and were speedy and polite and so tidy! When they covered up the hole after the job was done they even spread fresh mulch so you couldn't even tell they had been there. I felt like Micah did exactly what was required at a fair and reasonable price, without padding his bill or his time with a bunch of fear-mongering extras the way the big franchise-owned plumbers often do. Truly I just felt like this small, family-owned business took excellent care of our plumbing, our property, and our budget. I can't recommend them highly enough, and they will be my first phone call the next time I need plumbing work of any kind. Contact them today -- you'll be glad you did!

Tim Long Plumbing installed my appliances in my new home. Instead of using a supplied water supply line from the manufacturer, they decided to create a makeshift line with many adapters (which the factory unit did not have). One of the adapters failed, causing a slow leak which destroyed my cabinets and appliances.
The manufacturer has verified this was caused by the shoddy installation of a non-recommended supply line. Tim Long has been contacted, and ask to make this right, and no cure was offered.

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this company. They came over to fix my garbage disposal and when they got here they discovered that it was installed wrong when it was originally put in which caused the system to back up. My landlord said she was going to charge me for the repairs even though it wasn't my fault. I called and spoke with Eric (one of the managers) and he said I should not be charged for the services since it was installed incorrectly and he would call the landlord and explain that to her. A few minutes later I got a call from another manager who was extremely rude and hateful saying I should be held liable for the damages and basically told me I was lying about what happened with my garbage disposal. I wouldn't recommend these clowns to anyone, completely unprofessional. They also snapped our baby locks on both counters and didn't bother to reimburse for the damage THEY caused. I wouldn't recommend this company under any circumstances. AVOID HARD TIMES PLUMBING!!!

Tank yanker installed my tankless water heater in December 2010. After a few few years, I started noticing black particle in the water, especially when we fill the bath tub. Since it started more frequently, I decided to contacted Tank yanker. He came and said it is water problem, he said he can install a water filter for $550. I said, we are just treating symptom not the cause. I decided to contact the manufacturer Noritz. They also said, it could be water problem. I said, there are many people in our neighborhood who has tankless water heater and none of them have this problem.
I called another plumber and he said it is the problem with flex pipe Tank yanker used which has rubber inside to connect the hot water output to copper pipe. He replaced it and our problem is solved. When he took the flex pipe out, the rubber inside was disintegrated and was coming out.
I think Tank yanker knew the problem, but he did not want to admit and want to get another $550 to just correct the symptom. I do not know this was just an oversight during the installation or intentional, but he could have easily fixed it.

Winter storm disaster February 2021, North Texas. I got a quote from this business for the installation of a tankless hot water heater that I was going to provide. I had gotten other 4 other quotes in the $350-$500 range. The installation was universally stated as being a 1 hr job of switching out a tankless unit for the exact same model. $350 is more than any usual hourly rate for a plumber, but I get it, a major shortage of plumbers, and customers in need get a bit of a premium fee. I called Bill Blankenship Contracting and their office manager advised their installation fee for the water heater is currently going for $1,500. Thats $1,500 per hour (assuming an hour job. $750/hr for two hr job) to just install (not the cost of the actual unit) an item that allows suffering people to clean their bodies, dishes, and soiled clothes. If their normal rate was $1,500 per hour, then they would never be in business because no one would ever pay that for any home service. My opinion is that they are taking advantage of a Presidentially declared state of emergency by making their service insanely inflated at the expense of those that are in desperate need. I assure you their business will not be charging $1500/hr. after this initial desperation subsides. Price gouging at its' finest. Needless to say I went with another plumber this time and for future needs as well.
